Gran Outpost- Desert of Hok.
0600

The sun was only just rising over the Gran outpost that was either not correctly named in basic, or Dax Rau did not care enough to learn before burning it down. This Mos Eisley wannabe would soon feel the the pain and hatred that the Supercommando felt after loosing so many friends and family to the careless Sith Empire.

Dax had split his forces between three armored speeders, among them were two two fresh faced Marauders. One of which Dax would of gladly spaced (@KinkyPrawn ), were it not for the respect he had for the rest of the k'el ch'attuhim's clan. Still it would be more swords for the crusade, and Dax could hardly be picky about it now that their home was all but gone.

Riding in the lead speeder, Dax wore his clan armor. Still baring the scars of battles won and planets concord. With it, his Westar carbine and his duel quickdraw pistols. All with 3 extra power cells each. His beskad sword, four frag grenades and a smoke grenade.

Inside the small cargo compartment of the speeders were about a dozen fire bombs. Simple explosive devices designed to burst into a rain of fire, not unlike the more primitive molotov cocktail. Dax and the new marauders were cover the rest of his men as they went house to house. Taken from the Gran what the Sith took from the Mandos.

Crystal was excited, she couldn't lie, she was psyched about this. Her brothers had been off tormenting her about how they were killing Imps and over all just raising hell; she was definitely missing out. Now that her mother had gotten around to taking care of herself again, Crystal had been rearing to go. She hung back to the right of Dax, just across from Sumas. She felt her sword ping against the back of her armor as the speeder moved ahead. Her Z-13 pistol had just gotten a nice polish yesterday, and her repeater clanged against the speeder, as they moved towards their destination. She had never shed blood with these Mandos, but maybe after today they could rectify that. She had two spare power cells for the pistol, and one for the repeater.

Their payload was gonna make for a hell of a bonfire when they got off, it'd have made her pa' proud to see such a thing. They'd burn this place down for what they had done to Mandalore. Yea, an eye for an eye made the world blind, but they invented cybernetics for a reason.

Viladous was out for vengeance as much as any man. What they had done to his home world was... unthinkable and although he had attempted to reach out to his Father, their had been no reply. There was no time for careless anger however, his rage was focused in a unified Mandalorian goal. Vengeance.

It would be putting it lightly if Viladous was keen to get rounds down. He was gunning for a fight, but was with a group that he had never worked with previously. Never the less, they were undoubtedly on the same page as he was and to him, that was all that mattered. He had performed his usual weapon functions checks before deploying out, sharpening his blade and stocking his utility belt with three extra cells for his pistols and three extra for his rifle.

He remained at the rear of the speeders. Maybe it was because he was protective, the scars of the past running deep through his heart and mind, or perhaps it was the fact that he was the outsider in the group. Whichever it was, he cleared his mind and maintained vigilance, scanning the areas they passed through and constantly conducting his fives 'n' twenties. He would remain silent for the moment as they traveled, he was sure that Dax would provide the party with orders soon enough.

"All units, weapons free."

Dax gave the simple command as his leading speeder rolled into the entrance of the "city. The marauder at his back, working the blaster cannon mounted in the rear, would open up on. Careless heavy laser fire suddenly poured into the streets. Raining death and destruction on those unsuspecting.

The Supercommando jumped from his seat. Using his pack to leap from the speeder to a near by second story rooftop to use as overwatch. Meanwhile the speeder slowly moved foward. The other marauder who was sitting next to the gunner would roll off, quickly grabbing a few explosives from the open cargo compartment. Set a short fuse timer and cast the explosive devices into the first floors of near by buildings and shops. Within seconds, the bombs exploded. Casting fire and debris in all directions. The speeder continued down the main street of the outpost, and so did the carnage. Simple, bloody, and effective.

Sumas rode in his technical, his head on a swivel to make sure nothing was off or coming after them. He and Dax didn't see eye to eye, exactly. But that didn't matter. All they had to do to get along just fine was shoot a Sith in the head and check their fire in the process. If they could do that, then this fight would be over before it even got off the ground.

His MSBR was on his back beside his jetpack and all his other sidearms and grenades were in place. His jetpack was currently in flight mode, due to the plan he had for his speeder. He didn't have anyone else on it, mostly due to the fact that each seat held a crate of grenades and other incendiary substances that he was planning on driving right into the village center. The detonator was linked to his wrist's computer.

When they reached the village, Sumas grabbed a few more grenades and flew into the air with a loud "YAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" as the speeder raced into the main building, most likely the town leader's house. As soon as it hit, Sumas hit the detonator and an entire chunk of the town went up in flames.

In the air he drew his rifle and started to open fire on anything and anyone. He hovered over to a nearby building and hurled the extra grenades into it before touching down on a roof to get a good view of the area.

Crystal heard the order, and nudged the man behind her to start firing, which he did with a degree of efficiency. Dax had leapt out of his speeder, taking up an over watch position, which left the rest of the team with their mission. The first batch of explosives were deployed, covering a set of buildings in brilliant and lethal light. Crystal saw this as her opening now, as she throttled back on the speed, letting her passenger take hold of some of the charges and lob them at the building in question, as it too was soon engulfed in flames. That was two down.

She made a hard turn around the corner, her gunner still blowing up everything he could target, while the man beside her got the next set of charges ready. Sumas of course had already made himself look like a jackass, flying around and screaming like a child strung out on a sugar high. Least he was having fun. His explosions made it three now. They were making good progress so far. Vil was somewhere behind them, probably doing the whole rear guard thing again, so she was expecting a forth explosion to rock the little town any moment now.

Explosions started going off in a symphony of fire and destruction, complemented perfectly by the screams of the Mandalorian who had decided to fly into the air, making himself a target for even the most basic of grunts. He was all about getting stuck in, but being reckless... that wasn't his style. "Get ready to jump off bud." Viladous said as he punched the speeder up to max power, the vehicle swooping through the others in their company with a sharp crackle. "Now" he shouted, activating his Jump Boots he and the Mandalorian accompanying him shot themselves from the seat, gaining enough height to safely dismount the vehicle.

Much like Dax, the Marauder with him had rigged the speeder to blow and as it took off into the street now filled with people. It detonated. The walls were painted with the blood of those hit by the blast, and the screams could be heard all around. With two Mandalorians taking the high ground, if you can call flying around high ground Viladous decided to sweep the streets. As he landed on the ground, he bent his knees and entered into a combat roll, the direction of which saw him safely into the cover of a now partially destroyed wall.

Quickly battle prepping his rifle and checking its functions he stood up from behind cover, opting not to fire needlessly into crowds of people, but take a more conservative approach to his ammunition and pick off the security forces he could see making their way towards the groups position. His conservative method however, was not shared by the Mandalorian who had accompanied him on his speeder, the Marauder rattling barrage of laser fire from his repeater into the crowd.

Despite being sure that the pair on the high ground had seen it, he got on the coms to pass the message through to his group. "Security forces approaching. North-West, I can see around seven. What can you guys see up there?" His message was clear to those who would receive it - He would await for a reply, remaining vigilant and taking aimed shots towards the approaching security forces.

The surprise of shock and aww would quickly turn into mass panic. Dax stood atop his perch as the watched the spike headed mud dog wildly fly into the air before crashing his speeder into a building. Perhaps that of the local mayor or village elder. It didn't matter.

A stray green blaster shot fell short of his boots and burned into the building below. Dax turned his attention from the Zabrak, to local law. Who seemed to be spraying and praying for a lucky shot. The marauder called out seven incoming. But From his vantage point Dax could see a few more. "Ten", he could announce. Correcting the other mando's count. Then taking aim, double tapping the guard who made the poor shot at him. The guard took one in the belly and the other in the chest area.

Scanning for his next victims, he could see a group of three slithering toward Crystal's location. They were grouped up, a rookie mistake. Dax would aim his rocket launcher. Fired. The small wrist rocked who travel the 75 feet, give or take, across and down the street. Impacting at the feet of the guards. Blowing one backward and into fleeing civilians, the other two would be wounded. Mortally wounding them if they did not get medical attention soon.

"Now there are seven."

Taking the corner hard, Crystal shifted down the street, engine howling as her gunner and passenger went to town on the buildings aligned before them. Three charges were tossed into now shattered windows and doors, as a concert of explosions shook the woman's head inside her helmet. Just before they were starting to lose themselves in the mayhem, she spotted a pair of guards trying to set up a barricade.

Scowling, she was going to call it out to her gunner, only to see the entire thing get engulfed in an explosion, as Dax's voice played out over comms. With the danger having quite literally passed, she pushed the speeder by the barricade, as they were back at the carnage. Damn it felt good to raise hell.

Sumas kept flying around, firing away and chucking grenades as he went. Some form of security force emerged and tried to fight them off, but they were hopelessly outmatched. Sumas dropped another two after Dax and flew off to another part of the town. "Five, actually." he quipped over the commlink as he flew.

"You know, this is way too easy. I thought..." he stopped as he descended and landed right next to a civilian. "Here, hold this." he said as he handed the civilian a live grenade before flying off. "I thought some imps or Sith would pitch up with this attack." he continued, landing on a roof to lay down some firepower on the village.

The security forces had started to take cover under the firepower produced by the Mandalorian's Dax and Sumas. It was this firepower that was keeping the heads of their enemy down and meant that in badass like fashion, Viladous could stand up and start popping off shots.

Twirling his blasters around his fingers he drew them both from their holsters. He started moving down the firing lane quickly popping off three quick shots at two of the remaining members of the security forces, before being forces into cover once more. "Three left. Too easy..." he remarked as he knelt down, his back against the thick concreate he now was using as cover.

With little to no actual contest or a need to hold out, Dax was done. The commando switched his rifle out for his twin pistols and activated his jet pack once again. Soon as he hit the air he flew past the remaining guard's cover. Soon as he had their backs the filled the air between himself and the guards with laser fire before they had a chance to react. A rain of bolts littered two in the back or side. The third got it in the leg as he ducked down an alleyway.

In that very same moment, a VXN dropship would appear overhead. It would circle low over the outpost before coming in to land at the entrance to town where the mando forces had made their entrance before. Seeing this, Dax gave the command. "Fish bait, (@KinkyPrawn) finish off that rabbit. The rest of you, rally at the ship. Our job his done here."

Checking his kit was in order, and that everything was still in place he stood up and began moving at speed back out the way he had come "MOVING" he shouted to alert the rest of his team that he was now with his back turned. If needs be he would pepper pot past the other Mandalorians, turning round to face the direction of enemy approach once more

Repeating this, he would make his way to the ship, where he would board ready to get off world.

Crystal heard the word, and that was all she needed. "Roger, heading to evac site ASAP." She dialed off her comm and shouted to the men with her. "Parties over boys. Boss is calling us off." She proclaimed, gripping the controls tightly from the adrenaline pumping in her veins. Maybe the next mission would give her some excuse to get up close and personal with the opponent next time; improvised drive bys just wants the same. She could tell her companions wanted to keep going with the mayhem, but staying any longer was going to invite trouble. With the landspeeder whining, Crystal booked it out of there, leaving a wake of dust and fire in her steed. She wasn't sure who 'fishbait' was, but she'd be sure to find out before long. It was going to be a nice ride back home.

The fight was over. Sumas did as Dax asked and hovered over the remaining fighter. "Hippity hoppity." he quipped before blowing a hole through the man's forehead. "We blew up your property." he finished, flying off to the ship.

Once he got there he waltzed in and plopped down on one of the seats. "Well that sucked." he commented, taking off his helmet to get some fresh air. "I was hoping some imps or Sith would have shown up. Oh well. We'll get them next time." he continued, placing his helmet on the open seat next to him and checking his rifle.

Not the best job he pulled off, but at least he was getting his pay out of it.
