"So there I was, just me and the Mando. One on one. Gangway, down to our vibroblades. We eyed each other, before running full speed to meet the other in combat!"
"And then you killed him, right?"
"What? No! Why would I do that? I needed him alive! Haven't you been listening!" Arial fired at her Rodian listener.
"Well....I just thought..."
She sighed and took another sip of her drink. "Sorry, but where was I....oh yea! I kicked him in the groin and slammed my pommel into the back of his head."
"T-That's all?" The Rodian asked, obviously sounding disappointed.
"Well, yes. Why?"
"Nothing just, kinda anti-climatic."
With that the Rodian moved away from her, leaving Arial alone once more.
Shesh, I need to find better company.
She thought bitterly, as she knocked back another drink. The cantina band was still playing that same, damn irritating song, and the rest of the bar patrons seemed about as lively as waterpark on Hoth. Again, the woman sighed.
I knew I should have linked up with that Mando.
She lamented, as she poured her regrets into another fresh glass.
