Gellart Creed

Independent Drifter Swashbuckler
Bracca Human Male 28
Force-Negative Neutral Good Level 1
Theme 1 Theme 2 Theme 3

He would hunt down every last monster in the galaxy if it meant that no one else would suffer as he did.

Summary

A cold, grim scowl greets those that first lay eyes on Gellart Creed. Standing 6’ tall with a lithe build and light skin, he is clad in ruddy, muted spacer’s clothes and appears otherwise unremarkable. However, those that peer deep into his piercing gaze see what lies beneath: an aching pain of loss, and the fearless, unquenching righteous fury that follows. A vigilante through and through, Gellart has lost all faith in the law and those that enforce it, taking upon himself the role of judge, jury, and executioner. Those that profit and revel in suffering Gellart deems monsters, and he would see them all put six feet underground before they lay a finger on another innocent soul.

Biography

Born to a lower-class family of indentured employees on the scrapyard planet of Bracca, Gellart learned from his parents to make the most of what was available. His mother taught him how to stash away baubles and sneak through the detritus, while his father taught him to improvise and tinker with their salvaged materials. Life was simple, but it was good. They had hopes to one day make enough credits to leave it all behind.

But Bracca is a cruel place, filled with cruel people. A mother and father brutalized beyond recognition, their bloody remains staining alley walls and their teenage son, are easily forgotten. A local corporate enforcer slinking away, pockets full of “extra tax collection”, is quickly forgiven.

Gellart never forgave. And he never forgot.

Skills and Possessions

Having worked for his entire life in the salvage yards of Bracca, Gellart has a better than average understanding of mechanics and is capable of repairing and modifying items previously discarded as junk. This knowledge extends to robotics and droid programming as well, having returned his trusty astromech R1-GL to working order.

Gellart has trained himself extensively with cobbled-together targets and moderately-functioning training bots. While a decent shot, he prefers to close the distance where he can catch his opponents off guard with a swift and fierce assault.

Salvaged SB-17 Combat Fusioncutter, with a modified full-length vibrosword attachment.
Refurbished DE-10 Blaster
R1-GL — BA-10-series Astromech Droid
Durvokun — a Lancer light freighter.
