Coruscant, Upper Levels, Lucky Bantha Casino

Today, Emilia was looking to make some credits and relax after her fight with the mandalorian's on lavani. It'd been a tooth-and-nail fight, but luckily enough the small Jedi came out uninjured somehow. Unlike her partner, which she wasn't sure where he went off to besides the infirmary on lavani. Emilia took that time to slip away and ignore any and all holocomms from the Order after that.

She wasn't exactly sober. A very decent amount of liquor was running through her veins. A cig lazily hung from her mouth, and small plume of smoke drifted above her, giving off the smell of a mostly legal spice. Not legal here but legal somewhere. No one would be able to pick it out of all the other smells inside the building, anyway. Probably.

All the casino lights tinted her signature white robes. There was no reason for her to cover her face or dress up in one which way, so today was a regular garb day. She reached out and grabbed the handle on a slot machine. While she waited on the result she took a long drag from her cig, allowing the smoke to gather in front of her until she heard the noise the machine made when you lose.

"Kark," Emilia grunted, not nearly drunk enough to stop caring about losing. Not yet, anyway.

It didn’t take Zayn very long arrive at his destination - hazel eyes fixated onto the Lucky Bantha Casino just across the street from where he was standing, already able to hear the steady flow of music coming from inside. It was an extended weekend from Academy classes, and that meant that the Corellian Padawa had some free time to fuck around as he pleased.

While he had heard that some of his fellow Padawans had also come to Corsuscant and were headed for some theme park not too far off, Zayn quickly decided he was more interested in completely blowing what very little money he had on drinks and gambling.

The Corellian Padawan was dressed casually enough - ditching his Jedi tunic and robes for some regular clothes. He wore black, ripped jeans and a dark red hoodie, coupled with a pair of white sneakers, a chrono on his wrist and a black jacket pulled over the top. His hair was styled in its usual sidefade, and the air around him was scented faintly with some average cologne. Zayn ran a hand through his dark hair before finally deciding to cross the street and make his way towards the entrance to the casino - his attention turning to the security officer at the door.

Naturally, the Corellian had his fake ID at the ready - having scored it off one of his older brothers during his last trip back home. While the resemblance wasn’t spot on, it was enough for security to squint down at the card suspiciously before eventually waving Zayn inside. He let out a silent sigh of relief as he crossed the threshold, stepping into the glittering interior of the casino. His hazel eyes traveled from the row of slot machines, to the occupied poker table in the middle of the room, and finally to the open bar tucked off into the corner.

After a moment of glancing around, Zayn finally decided to make his way towards the row of slot machines - his hands tucked casually into the pockets of his jacket as he approached. He swiped a drink from a tray, and it wasn’t long before his gaze was eventually fell upon the Sephi stationing herself at one of the machines - hazel eyes drawn towards the shock of snowy white hair and matching robes.

He couldn’t help but linger on the robes that the woman wore. He certainly didn’t recognize her from his time at the temple, but the attire she wore certainly alluded towards her affiliation with the Order. “Damn,” Zayn said, walking up just in time to hear that signature noise from the machine that indicated someone had just lost some hard-earned credits to the house. “Shit luck so far?” He flashed Emilia a smirk.

It had been a long day of tracking a lone sith. Luckily it was a successful mission. Tiberius had found his target. Now it was time for some relaxation. What better way to relax than with a few drinks and losing money? The Lucky Bantha was located just across from the hotel that he was staying in. After freshening up from the day’s events and slipping into something a little more casual he walked across the street and entered the casino.

After entering the establishment Tiberius first got himself a drink. He had a personal rule not to drink on the job, but the job was now over and he was free to do as he pleased. Holding his drink in his hand he began walking around inspecting the various mean that were provided to him to lose his money.

Eventually he found himself wandering by the slot machines. That was there that he spotted the other two Jedi. One he knew, and the other didn’t look quite as familiar. “Well, well, well. If it isn’t Emilia.” He strode over to the Jedi “Imagine meeting you here.” It actually wasn’t that surprising. Emilia seemed to spend a lot of time on Coruscant and from what Tiberius knew she also liked to gamble.

Tiberius gaze traveled to the younger male that was standing near the Sephi. “And who is this? Your new boyfriend?” He gave Emilia a quick wink letting her know that he was teasing her. As far as Tiberius knew Emilia only liked a select few number of people, and like was a strong word to be using.

“Tiberius Fenric.” The knight introducing himself to the young man (@Altaris ). He stuck out his hand out for a hand shake. Looking closer at the man Tiberius noticed that he didn’t exactly look old enough to be here, but who was he to argue with security who had obviously let him in.

"Yeah this blows, I'm going to the roulette tables," Emilia answered, waving a hand flippantly through the air and swirling cig smoke. She didn't even know who she was answering but it wasn't uncommon at all for random people to comment on a game.

Of course after taking another long drag of her spice, she looked up while the smoke plumed from her mouth. Through the smoke she could see the stranger give her a friendly smirk, but Emilia just gave him a flat look in return. It wasn't uncommon for strangers to comment on games, just Emilia wasn't exactly people friendly.

She was about to get up when Tiberius' voice behind her caught her off guard. It surprised her. His cheery tone brought her purple gaze to him. Then he made a boyfriend comment. "No, he's not. Can I not have a man near me without being involved with him?" she asked Tiberius giving him a look and little "hrmpf", pushing herself up from the chair.

If she was being honest with herself, she probably wouldn't have commented on his poor joke if she was sober, but she wasn't.

"It's some dude," Emilia said after, "What are you doing here, Tiberius?" she asked. It could be for business or pleasure considering him, and while Emilia wasn't sober or pleased with the man's joke, she probably would help him if he was up to something. The Force always seemed to draw them together.

A short moment passed before a well-dressed serving droid arrived with a green, fizzling alcoholic drink for Emilia. It had a colorful straw with a little cherry on it and a cute tiny umbrella. It was a drink she'd ordered earlier, so Emilia plucked it from the tray with her free hand and took a small sip of the fizzling liquid.

"This is a very odd place." Tupe said to nobody in particular as he hobbled his way into the club. "And what is this music!" he lamented, covering one of his ears with his spare hand and scowling at a passing waiter who offered him a complimentary drink. "No thank you!" he waved the man away with his stick and tutted loudly.

Continuing into the club, Tupe spotted the rest of the gang and caught the tail end of their conversation, his eyes widening with shock at the suggestion one of their numbers might be here on a date. He shook his head for the umpteenth time as he moved to stand next to Emilia, resting with both his hands on the top of his stick.

"No, he's not. Can I not have a man near me without being involved with him?"

Tupe nearly audibly sighed with relief. "Good to hear it. I imagine with all this noise, and a boyfriend, it would be almost impossible to focus on your studies, eh?" he nudged her with his elbow and chuckled.

When one tracks criminals from one end of the galaxy to the other, one tends to learn how to travel unnoticed. Kotii had recently been cleared to return to normal activates but to try and take it easy. Doctor Morata knew her words wouldn't stop the badger from being as stubborn as they were known to be. But the Solus needed to get used to his new hand anyways.

The Mandalorian was on Coruscant surveiling a possible covert for his people. The lower parts of an ecumonpolis like Coruscant meant there were more places to hide than one thought. It was more wild in the depths of triple zero than the surface dwellers cared to admit. But that was a boon in disguise for his people.

Kotii was dressed in a dapper suit with low profile blast vest and scatterweave inlay. While his arms were mostly hidden by the long dark sleeves of his outfit, he also wore a pair of black gloves covering his hands. The synthetic flesh covered his left and dominant hand though there used to be a tattoo on the arm. Now it was a hidden cybernetic.

A pair of lenses with a small HUD were built into a pair of spectacles which rested on the Echani Offshoot's face just in front of his crimson eyes. The building seemed to be lively with dings and rings of people having various levels of success with their machines. Kotii would go to the bar first but nab a flute of some bubbly drink before getting there. Plucking the drink off of a tray, the man knocked it back quicker than he expected before hesitating and setting it down on a nearby table. He decided to continue towards the bar after all.

Ordering a Corellian brandy, Kotii made a mental note to stick to GSB and not let his accent show. A Corellian accent came naturally to the man considering that was the other majority of his geneology. But mostly it was because he watched lots of Core News which was flooded with that Corellian accents.

One youth nearby looked entirely too young to be here. At least by the local laws. Kotii didn't give a kark though since he knew Hauron would probably be fine in this kind of place. His eyes shifted towards the hobbling form of a male Cosian who looked almost like he was trying to corral a school field trip. Maybe he's their foster parent or guidance councilor. Whatever

Making his way towards a table with dice, he hung bac and fished a few gambling tokens in one hand. Each was worth a thousand credits and he knew there were larger denominations. When it came to laundering money it could be done through casinos like this. But mostly the Solus was just looking to have a relatively relaxing evening with some exciting gambling mixed in.

Emilia’s look told Tiberius was his joke was not well received. Tiberius knew sober Emilia, but he was not as familiar with drunk Emilia and she didn’t seem like someone whose bad side you would want to be on. Thus, Tiberius made no further comment on the matter.

“I was here on business.” The knight began to respond to the sephi’s question. “I was tracking a sith on the lower levels, but that’s all taken care of.” He stated. About the time Tiberius finished answering the question a serving droid came by with a drink for Emilia, who gladly accepted the fizzing concoction. Tiberius thought about asking what the sephi was doing here, but he knew that she spent a lot of time on this planet, and he also knew gambling was one of her favorite pastimes.

Tiberius turned his gaze to Emilia’s side. There was an elderly looking cosian standing next to her now and he made a comment about how the sephi would have difficulties with her studies. Tiberius eyes darted back and forth between the two beings in front of him. Did they know each other, or was this just a senile old man making strange comments?

In the distance, at the entrance of the casino, Tiberius noted a well-dressed, white haired individual enter the establishment.

Tiberius took a sip of his drink before speaking again. “I’m going to the roulette table if you want to come.” He stated to Emilia, and their new companion if he was so inclined. However, the cosian didn’t seem like the gambling type, but maybe the knight was wrong about him. Either way he turned and began making his way across the casino
