Newton would nod and smile at Professor Khaldun (@Fine Dining Set), who appreciates Newtons work. "Thank you. You can call me Newton" he said "And much appreciated. Pleasure to make your acquaintance Professor Khaldun" he said respectfully. The droid engineer has spoke about the evolving issue of organic/synthetic relations for a long time.

He did see the King of Korriban and the Thorne heiress dancing. So quickly... There is obviously something between them. But is it Newton's place to meddle? No, he has a feeling it's the journalist's thats standing right there.

He would then respond to the Doctor (@JoeWing) about maybe his ideas not being suitable to the market. "Well, if you want some advice, we can talk about this another day." he said. Discussing ideas for something to sell probably not advisable in a place like this. Plus Newton was enjoying this party too much to talk business.

"I'm pretty sure that the Grand Marshall is running the show at the moment in the Empire" Speaking of journalism, Newton responded to the journalist (@Nor'baal). Emperor Drast died last he known, and there was formally no Emperor to replace him. Officially the Moff Council is running the Empire in the lack of an Emperor. But they are all weak-willed fools who gave in to the Hutts with the Concordat. The Imperial subjects lost faith in the Empire.

But Altair came back, his return is celebrated, and wasted no time getting things back on track. Altair is a unifying element in the Empire. The CEO wonders why Altair won't just take up the mantle of Emperor and be done with it.

For his part, Newton would shrug and smile as if to say, he isn't concerned with their leadership situation, at least at moment.

Jayna Thorne certainly knew what she was doing on the dance floor. While he had expected to keep the lead the whole time, she surprised him by taking charge and guiding him through the dance floor. As was always the case, he easily flipped into the opposite role, allowing her to lead him across the room. Azar was light on his feet, practically gliding across the floor as she tugged him along. He raised her hand above his head, twirling beneath it before she would pull him back towards herself. A smile tugged at his lips the entire time.

Azar couldn’t help but giggle softly when she abruptly dipped him. His gaze, in fact, did not shift from hers the entire time. On the contrary, his foot teasingly slid up along her leg that was exposed from the slit of her dress before hooking around it as Azar abruptly spun himself back up to stand. His hand found her waist again to catch her, easily switching her from one arm to the other as he took the lead once more.

As the song came to a close, he stepped back with a polite bow and kissed the back of her hand again, “A dance to remember, Miss Thorne,” He said with a smile, “I will cherish this memory above our prior ones,” Azar added with a playful wink. (@Altaris )

The tattoo on the back of his shoulder tingled and he looked around, brow ridges furrowing. Almost at once he spotted a tall, slender Wrean he would recognize anywhere. To say that he was surprised was an understatement. Azar stared vacantly for a few seconds before he snatched a champagne flute off a passing tray. But then wasn’t this just like Vossari? Unassuming and striking when Azar least expected it? It was exactly how the Wrean always kept him on his toes.

The Pureblood smirked to himself, politely excusing himself from the dance to rejoin the chitchat. Unfortunately for Trodai, Azar didn’t recognize him just yet. He smiled at Vossari, “What a pleasure to see you here, Mr. Khaldun,” He said formally, clinking his glass against the Wrean’s in cheers, “You look absolutely ravishing,” Azar said with a grin. As delighted and shocked as Azar was to see him, he wouldn’t hog his time. He wanted Vossari to mingle if he was going to be out on the galactic stage. The Wrean could hold his own in any situation. However, that didn’t mean Azar didn’t give him a fond gaze to silently convey his adoration before he turned his attention elsewhere. Plus, it wouldn't be Azar if he didn't play a little hard to get with his most theatrical partner. (@Fine Dining Set )

He would let the conversation between Dr. Croncu and the mysterious man with the crusty face conclude before he turned to the Doctor, “Do you dance, Mr. Croncu?” Azar asked curiously, “Perhaps you can lead me in a dance and we can discuss some products of yours I can invest in,” He suggested with a honeyed tone of voice. As he waited for an answer from the doctor, Trodai then observed as Azar made his approach. His heart started jumping a few beats at the sight, wondering if he might see him at all. His fear was realised when he noted that his king said nothing to him at all, failing to recognise him at all. Yet he understood why. He was truly unrecognisable in his current state.

And yet he hoped his voice might jog something. That they would speak and he would recognise him as the man he once knew, if he spoke and felt that familiar presence in the Force. His aura. And would see Trodai at least at his core despite how he looked. The man who would die for his king, for Azar. At first he was reluctant to show his face, until Azar was directly in front of him, he hadn't wished they meet again like this. Not as he was. But he couldn't stop it now, yet in some ways he was relieved to see him. To see his king thriving. To see the diva and majesty that he knew. And he looked fantastic.

Perhaps he would have a chance to let him know. How foolish he felt at his mistakes, and how he still felt for him. That despite it all he still held firm to his principles. Unwavering and committed. But only if he saw past the husky mask.

He offered a bow of his head respectfully, before speaking calmly, and measured after Azar had finished speaking. Trying to keep himself from freefall, yet his emotions were threatening to break free. As his heart kept skipping. "Greetings my king." he continued calmly, despite inner turmoil "Azar, I had not expected to see you here...and me like this. Least of all in this condition, I can understand why you can't recognise me. I am...different than perhaps you last saw me. Upon Korriban. It is..." He sighed a little "Trodai. I know it might be a bit of a shock, I don't look like the man who you knew or imagined. Yet I am pleased to see you, and I missed you regardless of circumstances." He exhaled, knowing it would likely be a big shock. To see how changed he really was and the affects of his husband wrath. Of being drained by the Force in such a way.

Of seeing what had become of the Adas he had known from Ur. A lover and consort who had shown him the legendary hidden city of Korriban and the wonders of it. Now reduced to the form before him, more lich than man. Yet still somehow he remained among the living. Defiant as always and too stubborn to give up. He wondered what did he think? How might he react? Would he be ashamed of Trodai? Would he be rejected and cast aside? Such was the whirlwind that was spinning. For he had not seen him since Murzana.

Vossari felt a chill run down his spine as he felt the presence of a wraith behind him. Dear gods, was that withered creature Trodai? The campaign had not treated him kindly. Vossari looked down at his metal thumb - certainly, some losses were far worse than others. Vossari and Trodai had a tradition of not speaking to one another that he dare not interrupt - from afar, Vossari could even appreciate the pale worm.

He strode towards his king and swirled a swish of champagne into his mouth. "The pleasure is always mine, Your Majesty. But it's professor Khaldun, now." With a quick flourish of his hand, Vossari moved the glass of champagne out of Azar's hand, bowing deeply to plant his lips on the Pureblood's hand. "I'll see you on the dance floor, princess." Vossari watched with glee as Azar pulled Dr. Croncu onto the dance floor. He'd make sure he was next in line.

Turning back to Newton, Vossari put two and two together.
"You're based on Manaan these days, am I right?" Vossari was keen to build relations with power brokers on the water planet. Control of the world's kolto was a vast, untouched resource, given how inexpensive and plentiful the plant was. "Have you ever thought about investing in some droid manufactories in the ocean? Kolto harvesting is still very...antiquated. It could use the touch of a modern industrialist." He tipped Azar's champagne glass towards Newton, knowingly.

Nodding, Blec expressed his agreement with Newton's suggestion to defer their discussion to another time. Although the evening was enjoyable, he recognized the opportunity to forge business connections. @The Good Doctor

"I totally understand your position, but I'm afraid I can't assist you with that," he explained to Trodai. "You see, that falls under cosmetic surgery, a field in which I'm not trained and lack extensive experience. Such a complex surgery would require specially programmed medical droids, which mine are not. However, what I can do is make some inquiries to find out if, and where, such procedures could be performed. The decision is yours," he offered. @Akheron

To Azar's proposal, he responded, "Well, it has been some time... but sure, lead the way." Their dance turned out to be quite a spectacle for onlookers. It was an eclectic mix of dance moves interspersed with occasional missteps on Azar's feet. "I'm sorry, your highness... we can stop if you prefer. I'm afraid I've lost my touch with dancing," he apologized after one too many missteps. With a red, embarrassed face, he continued the dance – now humorously dubbed "The Mess" – until Azar decided it was time to stop.

Azar grinned when Vossari corrected that he was a professor. He was suddenly reminded of Vossari as an acolyte spray painting the ceilings of the Umbara academy and how he had to yell at the Wrean to scrape it all off. Professor, all right. The Pureblood quirked a brow ridge when Vossari took his drink, amusement glinting in his eye, “Always so bold, darling,” He said breezily before he was swept away for the dance. He was a little pouty that Vossari didn’t compliment him on his attire - after all, it wasn’t often that Azar put on the corset vests. (@Fine Dining Set )

The Pureblood didn’t know whether to laugh or yell at Croncu (@JoeWing ) as the man completely failed at the dance. Azar maintained a polite demeanor despite wanting to throw the man over the nearest balcony. He winced as the doctor stepped on his foot for the third time, “Dr. Croncu, I must insist you cease to ruin my imported New Alderaan shoes,” He said calmly, though the iciness lingered beneath the surface.

“Let me,” Azar said at last, grasping the doctor’s hand as his other wrapped around the back of his shoulder to start the dance. This time Azar led the dance, twirling around and even spinning the doctor under his arm once or twice. The entire time there was a bit of distance to prevent the man stepping on Azar’s foot again. After a few more twirls, the dance finished and Azar gave him a smile, “Well, I trust you are significantly better with surgeries than you are with dancing,” He gave a wink before chuckling to himself.

Azar was about to get himself another drink when the ghoulish man (@Akheron )from before crossed his path. The Pureblood briefly looked disgusted, wondering why the man was speaking to him. However, the more he spoke, the more Azar’s expression changed to one of surprise. His eyes widened as he looked at the man, “T-Trodai?” He whispered, genuinely shocked to see him like this, “Oh..Trodai..” He said, the shock slowly shifting to sadness, “What has he done to you..” Azar said as he reached a hand up to gingerly touch the gaunt, eerie face. Gone was the handsome, proud Massassi face Azar had grown to desire. He looked like a shell of himself, a decrepit and wretched thing. Azar drew his hand back and sighed.

“I will find a way to remedy this, Trodai,” Azar said at last, “I am pleased you are alive.”

As Trodai listened to the doctor he nodded in understanding, knowing not every problem had a solution. He thought upon it and decided against cosmetic surgery, deciding to continue his research in the Force using ancient holocrons, texts, tomes and artefacts to find an answer to his condition. He knew there must be a way somewhere and somehow. The Dark Side would provide it just as it had helped him to survive. Of that he was certain.

He replied to the doctors inquiry "I see. I think I shall keep researching for now, however I will give you my personal EZPhone number. A man of such a mind and skills is always useful in my line of work."

Trodai observed the dance, smiling and laughing a little as the doctor failed miserably. He was clearly a better doctor than a dancer. He could just imagine what Azar was thinking right then, he was happy to see this side again. Better memories of fun times, even the funny ones like that. (@JoeWing)

He allowed Vossari his moment, keeping the tradition they had between them offering a polite nod.

Eventually after finally managing to speak and explain himself, Trodai at first put his head down. He could see the look Azar (@Sreeya) was giving him of disgust. His eyes seemingly drilling into him. He felt disgusted at himself, at what he had done and was becoming at the time. He had spent the time since reflecting upon himself when not in research to a cure or on more assignments for the Sith. And in those moments, the latest moment, he had found clarity in the storm. He had seen his flaws, his weaknesses and knew what he must do. Determined to be better and not just for himself. He had to be better for Azar and for their people.

He had realised the fool he he had been, allowing ego, pride and overconfidence to bring him down. He would not allow it again. He had looked to the lessons of old and found some teachings enlightening. As Azar would look upon his gaunt form he would see and could feel the difference. This was not the same man from Murzana. He had grown.

Even despite what he had become.

As Azar grew surprised and at last recognised him, Trodai smiled with joy. Yet he was also more reserved. As Azar touched him, he briefly closed his eyes as he felt his touch. A touch that he hadn't felt in what felt like a lifetime ago and brought memories of their previous times flooding back. His heart jumped a few beats. As he asked what Karys had done to him, Trodai replied calmly, as he looked into Azar eyes with a hint of shame.

"Only what I deserved for what I did. I am sorry I disappointed you are at Murzana, Azar. For allowing my ego, pride and overconfidence to become my downfall. For my cowardice and being a fool. It was never my intention. I have had time to reflect and I see now my erroneous ways. I will be better, I must for not just myself, or for you my king. My Sith'ari. But for our people. For how can I help to change them if I do not change with them."

As Azar spoke of finding a way to remedy the situation and drew back his hand sighing, Trodai at first shook his head "I brought this upon myself, I will find a way to fix. Yet perhaps we can find a way together, we do have much to discuss. I am pleased to see you too, I am sorry I left it so long and that I placed myself into this situation. I wasn't sure you wanted to see me after what I did and what happened. I thought you would...despise me as much as I despised myself. For allowing my weaknesses to gain control. I have missed you though as I said...and...my heart it still burns for you. And for the vision we share for our people, that has never wavered. I still intend to keep all my promises."

He allowed a small smile as he continued "You know during those moments when I thought death was certain, when all else was fading. I found it's true what they say. Your life flashes before your very eyes. In that moment I found it wasn't just my rage, my wrath that brought me back. It wasn't just the Force. In that abyss of darkness I believe I saw you. I saw your face. And the very thought of losing you, I couldn't stand. Even in the darkest pit you found a way to awaken me."

It was then he used a nickname, one he hadn't much thought of before but now he knew it made sense and was true "You are powerful and luminous. A unpredictable force of nature. A star that just explodes and changes all you touch. Just as you touched and changed me, and the others. Made us all better men. And inspire me to grow. You became my Supernova and always will be." he said with a small smile.

He spoke only once more "On another note, I have been keeping myself busy. I have a apprentice now, Kyssiara Serket. She is of our kind, from Ziost of a lesser known house...she is not very fond of royal blood and is very blunt in her words so it has been interesting. I like her though and think you will should you meet her. I thought she could potentially prove useful."

"I sincerely apologize. I assure you, my surgical skills far exceed my dancing abilities. May I get you another drink? And is there any way I can assist you further?" Blec said, his tone conveying genuine concern about the impression he might have left after the embarrassing dance incident. @Sreeya

"Thank you for your trust. My emergency line is always available, although I can't guarantee I'll always be immediately on hand. However, I am always open to consultations should you encounter any issues," he reassured @Trodai Narat-iv-Adas with a comforting tone. @Akheron

Returning to @Newton, Blec raised his eyebrows in a silent message conveying a mix of regret and resignation. He swiftly downed an entire cocktail, then turned to Newton and admitted, "Yep, that was incredibly embarrassing... But I don't think he's too upset with me," he surmised. @The Good Doctor

For the remainder of the evening, Blec busied himself with his EZ-Phone, scrolling through the latest medical advancements. Despite his focus on the phone, he remained approachable, ready to engage in conversation with anyone who approached him.

Trael had arrived to the party late. Mostly because he had no knowledge of it and didn't get the urge to arrive till he saw the live broadcast. He made his way from the starport in a bus after being informed the venues hangar was full. As he arrived he straightened his suit and made his way through security till he was approaching the main area.

As he walked in a server with glasses of champagne passed by and Trael quickly grabbed one. He noticed Vossari first making his way over towards the Wrean as he looked around for Azar. He spotted him on the dancefloor with another guest so continued on to Voss (@Fine Dining Set). "It seems black is the color of choice here." He said taking a sip of his drink, "The suit fits an owner if a mining company quite well." He offered as he noticed the ghoul that was Trodai walking towards someone.

His gaze followed him as he reached Azar. He watched as Trodai talked for ages as Azar looked on in disgust, then sadness. He turned back to Voss, "I have something to attend to." He said with a nod as he made his way to Azar and Trodai. What did he say to upset Azar? He arrived to hear Trodai calling Azar a supernova, Trael gave a look at him calling Azar a dying star. After hearing that he decided to actually let Trodai finish.

Once he finished Trael cleared his throat, his gaze on Azar as he took in his outfit. The sight of it caused a system reboot inside of Trael. He just stood there silent sipping out of an empty glass he didn't realize was empty. In fact at the sight of how tight the outfit was up close, he forgot completely that there was a party. He finally pulled the glass down his Naboo accent heavy as he spoke his native tongue not realizing it as he spoke to Azar (@Sreeya), <"You look outstanding your Majesty. May I have the next dance?"> He asked confident he was speaking basic.

Azar listened patiently as Trodai said his piece, his thoughts back to Murzana. It was true - he wasn’t happy with Trodai leaving his men. However, he also wasn’t happy with Karys taking abrupt action right there instead of allowing formal processes. He could hear the pain in Trodai’s voice and it sent a pang through him. Trodai had always been loyal to Azar and it made all this that much more difficult, “Your royalty to me as King needs to extend to my militaries and subjects, Trodai,” He said calmly, “If you are a general on the field, all of those individuals out there are a reflection of me and should be honored as such,” Azar wanted to be a different ruler that didn’t needlessly waste lives on the field. Loyalty held kingdoms, not fear.

The term of endearment drew out a tender smile, though Azar found the naming choice curious. He quirked a brow when Trodai mentioned he had an apprentice that wasn’t fond of royal blood and blunt, “Then break her until she forms into what is needed,” He said dismissively, never understanding why anyone tolerated difficult apprentices unless there were other emotions involved. He briefly thought back to the absolute headache Karys was an apprentice. Azar took a sip of his drink, “As a reminder, Trodai, we are not to discuss such things here. I trust you understand discretion is key to our survival,” He gave a dangerous smile then, puzzled that Trodai was openly talking about apprentices and hinting at the Sith Order when Azar was here strictly as a Korriban native. After all, Voren Dhur and other ears were always listening. (@Akheron )

Before the discussion could continue, another figure emerged. Azar glanced over and lightly gasped at the sight, shocked to see Trael there. Not only that, but he was in a suit that was perfectly fitted to his muscled frame. Azar had never seen him in anything outside of casual or hiking clothes and he realized he was vacantly staring. He cleared his throat, his face burning hot at his own juvenile response. Once that cleared, Azar’s brow ridges furrowed. Why were Vossari, Trael and Trodai all here? Did they plan this? Azar looked around the room, half expecting to spot his titan of a husband brooding in the corner somewhere.

For now, he focused back on Trael when he rattled off a sentence in a language he didn’t understand. Azar blinked a few times before giving a teasing grin, “Oh, I do love it when you talk dirty,” He said with a giggle, having no clue what the hell Trael just said, “Why don’t we refill our drinks?” Azar asked as his gaze flicked to the very empty glass he was sipping from.

He would walk with Trael to the bar to grab new drinks - walking ahead of Trael so he had a nice view of the tight pants- still puzzled by everyone showing up. Azar gave a few polite smiles to others before looking back at Trael, “Not that I’m not delighted to see you in that sexy suit, but what the hell are you doing here? And Vossari and Trodai?” His gaze flicked across the room, “Is this some kind of intervention?” Azar asked suspiciously, “Because I don’t recall inviting a single one of you,” He added. Trodai listened carefully and took note. As Azar explained his loyalty needed to extend to the military and people, he nodded his head in understanding. And the implication being made. He kept listening speaking only after, reflecting on what Aza r had said and finding them to be true. He missed this. Azar giving such sound advice he needed to hear and more regarding his apprentice. Perhaps he was right about that too, she did need to be molded.

Broken and remade, he would do so. She might not like it, but it was needed, she would accept them and him or she would fall. He finally spoke as Azar finished, mentioning discretion, nodding in understanding as he spoke, and taking the advice about such matters especially with the company around them "I understand. I forgot we are not back home." He stated calmly and simply to all of it and then he saw a familiar face. A old rival. Trael. He smirked a little and found he looked different than he remembered, more bulky. Muscular. He could almost admire him now, not like before. Even for a bearded chimp. He was almost tempted to pull the beard for old times sake but decided to behave himself, he didn't want to be thrown out.

Despite their differences though he did enjoy their little rivalry, it made things interesting. More fun.

He chuckled a little at Azar, as he looked at all three of them suspiciously. Vossari, himself and Trael. He admitted it did look suspicious yet it was all mostly coincidence to a degree. At least it was for him. He had not anticipated seeing Azar at the gala and come fishing for new investments and investors. Yet he did enjoy seeing him again and the welcome surprise. To have a chance to explain himself and receive such advice. To see Azar smile again and his infamous cake.

He certainly looked very appealing in the corset vest he was wearing. Yet he knew in his current condition nothing was happening. He knew Azar too well, and he would have been the same if the situation were reversed. He knew how he looked, how very unappealing on the eyes he currently was. Soon though he would change it. He would change everything.

He followed Azar over to the bar at the suggestion of everyone refilling their drinks. Thinking he could probably do with a refill too, yet he was cautious around Trael after the last time he went near a bar near the guy. He knew his tricks so was alert in the Force. Trodai got himself a drink and for nostalgia sake, ordered one for Azar to try and get ahead of Trael just a tad. A small smile forming at it, he knew Azar likely knew what he was doing. And the joke behind it, the memory it might bring of the events of Nar Shadda and the hilarity of it all.

He wouldn't attack him but he would at least give Trael a little rivalry and salt as was their custom and tradition. It wouldn't be the same without it just a little. Their rivalry was infamous among his lovers.

"I know how it might look" he said "But it's nothing what it looks like Azar. I actually came here under invitation. As shadow CEO to the Gorse Mining Corporation Ltd or GMC Ltd, my company. A public appearance was necessary, much as I disliked it. I am looking for new investments and investors to expand and was not expecting to see you so soon, or to see these two. I actually have a idea for a new line of products, something that could appeal to royalty such as yourself or the nobility. Regardless, it is a welcome surprise none the less and wished I had spoken sooner. I did miss you. This gala has been full of surprises." he smiled and was more surprised to hear Trael use a Naboo accent. He realised he had never used it before and Trodai had never heard it.

He looked and spoke "That's a interesting accent, you genuinely surprise me Trael. I didn't know you were from Naboo." he remained calm being respectful as he asked it. Although they didn't get along, Trodai did sometimes wonder if they could ever change that considering they loved the same man just as much and each had a purpose in their own way. Just as he had changed his thinking so to might they change perhaps what existed between them. The same he supposed could be said of Vossari. They had never talked, not really. He did want to change that too. Perhaps when he was in better condition he would finally end that tradition. Time would tell.

Professor Khaldun (@Fine Dining Set) brought up a very good point. Indeed Newton has look into kolto was something that Newton looked at. Especially after the news of prices of bacta skyrocketing. "A very good question. I have indeed been looking into the possibilities. Especially with what is going on with the bacta prices." he said. "There are some obstacles, such as the Selkath's protectiveness of the kolto, and them being a traditional people reluctant to get too close to anyone else." Pesky species traditions getting in the way of profit. But, it is a good reminder, and the corporate CEO will be sure to redouble his efforts into getting into the Kolto market.

To the doctor, Newton would say sure "Uh sure." he said blankly. Newton was zoned out, focused on his drink and he is not sure what he is apologizing about. @JoeWing

Newton will need to get more drink soon.

Newton (@The Good Doctor )raised an important point - one where Vossari could fit in. He was an aquatic species, like the Selkath, so there was cultural kinship that a human likely wouldn’t have. Deeper than that, his ties with the Order of Shasa, a Dark-Side cult that operated in the shadows of Manaan, could pull strings and maneuver pieces with the familiarity that only a Selkath could have on Manaan. “I believe we might have an opportunity then, Mr. Arden. My clients on Manaan have been looking to expand past their rigid walls. With Blackwell’s support, we could expand into the ocean” If they could get a complement of droids, the could massively expand the industrial output of Kolto and provide the Order of Shasa with a veritable army. Droids always had a way of solving problems, huh? “I don’t mean to sour the party with business. I could drop you a line and we could discuss this further, if you’d like.”

This Senate social gathering was becoming crowded with Sith. He normally wouldn't have minded, of course, but they were all competing for one man's limited attention: Azar. Trael’s approach was a complete surprise - but what was more surprising was his boldness. He tried to cut ahead of Vossari for a dance!

“Uh-uh, homie. I’ve got something to attend to.” He mused. Azar’s excitement at seeing Trael sent an embarrassing burn to his cheeks, and seeing Trodai just follow behind the pair of them prattling seemed…pathetic. He didn’t want to be a part of that. But he did want to see Azar move in those pants.

He noticed Azar glance at Trael, Trodai, and himself…nervously? He could sense the sentiment. Three of his lovers appearing at once, completely uninvited, and pouring their attention onto him had to be emotionally draining. He had half a mind to let Trael and Azar enjoy their private moment, take one for the team, and interrupt Trodai to spare them the awkwardness.

But then he remembered - he was Vossari. He was a giant asshole pretty much as a rule at this point. Why should he have to take one for the team when Trael and Trodai arrived after him? With a small, imperceptible flick of his finger, the liquid in Trodai and Trael’s drinks would splash out, all over their outfits and the floor around them.

“Looks like you boys need to clean up!” Vossari opened his right palm, offering it to Azar to sweep him away from these dirty, juice-stained boys and towards the dance floor. In his left palm, he offered napkins to the two, before spiriting away.

In doing so, he would answer one of Azar’s questions. “I had hoped this evening would be a change for me. Diplomacy, schmoozing with political bigwigs. But I guess I’m up to my same old tricks.” He surmised that the Sith Order was in need of political representation since their expulsion from the Empire. Azar as Korriban’s King was certainly one such figure who could become a power player in the Senate, but Vossari knew that he himself could be, too. Getting a fantasy romance ballroom dance with Azar would just be icing on the cake.

His eyes drifted to Azar’s open chest and soft, cherry skin. He grazed a hand across his shoulder.
“One dance, and I’ll let you go back to the others.” A smirk crawled across his face. “You can’t walk in looking and smelling this good without causing a commotion, princess.” This is probably the closest Vossari would come to apologizing for selfishly interrupting Azar’s conversation with Trael and Trodai.

Trodai was quite content until all hell broke loose, as Vossari did what he did best and acted all salty and petty towards him and Trael. At first he wasn't expecting it, and when it happened a audible gasp was the result as he tried wiping what he could with the offered napkin, grabbing a few from the bar to help. He shot a glare that could kill to Trael, thinking he did it at first until he saw Vossari acting suspiciously as he took Azar away to the dance floor and spoke with his voice hinting at the responsible party.

He shot him a glare. So that was how it was to be this evening was it? And he had hoped not to cause trouble, but he could hardly not answer this. Internally he shouted "Vossaaari!" in a manner similar to a certain star trek captain when losing spock. Shortly after in the bathroom he cleaned himself as best he could before returning as fresh as he was able under the circumstances. He noted the staff were probably not amused at having to clean the spill on the floor but ignored them. Trodai knew the night was young yet...he had time to pay Vossari back.

And he would or was he not Sith. And he knew, Azar knew him well enough that he would do something.

For now though he waited at a cleaner area of the bar for them to return, the area they were was no longer suitable for Azar unless he wanted wet shoes. And he knew he wouldn't like that one bit. As he waited he thought of possibilities to exact his own form of revenge. A dish best served cold. He had the feeling Trael, despite the rivalry between them felt the same way, something had to be done.

Voss had struck the first blow but they would return it in kind. He made no move to interrupt, not until Azar was in the clear and the dance was finished.

As they walked back over to the bar, he used the Force almost imperceptibly, applying his own slight flick at just the right moment, aiming at Vossari legs with the result hopefully tripping him in a embarrassing display that looked natural to the untrained eye. Afterall dance floors were so slippery were they not? It wasn't his fault if Vossari couldn't keep his footing.

Blec's recent actions and his evident embarrassment led him to seek solace at the bar, where he quickly downed one drink and then another with remarkable speed. The effects of the alcohol were swift and pronounced; he was noticeably inebriated.

Leaning heavily on the bar with both arms, he slurred his request for another drink to the bartender. "Heyyfff barkeewer, gimmeeeeeeeeeeeee...eeeeeeeeee an othfeerrrrrrr drrrrrrrink *BURP* HAHA!" he exclaimed, his index finger comically raised in emphasis. The bartender, shaking his head in disbelief at the sight of a Cerean – typically known for their composure – getting this drunk, nonetheless complied and handed over another cocktail.

Clumsily gripping the glass, Blec tottered away from the bar, intending to rejoin the other party members. Along the way, his unsteady movements caused him to spill some of the drink, staining his white shirt with light blue splotches that matched the color of his beverage.

Approaching Azar, he let out a loud, "HEEEEEEEEE *BURP* EEEYY, HAHA! Howwwwwwsssss it goooing..." pausing as he struggled to keep his eyes fully open. "Caaaan i ofwer youuu a drrrrrrrrrrrrrrink?" he continued, barely managing to maintain his balance. As he took another generous gulp from his glass, more of the 'blue dream juice' spilled, further adding to the colorful mess on his shirt.

Trael had completely zoned out for a minute when he saw Azar in the vest and tight pants combo. He didn’t realize it, until Azar pointed it out, that he was speaking Naboo instead of basic. On top of that Azar suggesting to refill their drinks made him realize he was sipping from an empty glass. Trael had made a fool of himself, the sight of the corset vest and the way it hugged Azar’s figure completely threw him off. “We probably should.” He replied sheepishly.

He followed behind Azar his eyes glued to the infamous cake of his. He didn’t even notice Trodai trying to get ahead so he was the one to buy Azar’s drink. When they got to the bar Trael noticed what Trodai had done but just let it be. After all he saw no need in competition with the shriveled man currently, only one of them would end up in Azar’s bed. Though he couldn’t help the annoyance at him following them and interrupting his private moment with Azar.

He looked to Azar as he asked his question. Trodai began his impressive display of speaking in monologue before Trael could respond. Once he finished explaining his reasoning for being here Trael cut in before he could compliment his accent, “I saw you dancing on the holo with the Thorne heiress.” He said coolly, “I simply wanted to dance with you too.” He stated casually, he didn’t care if his reason sounded shallow or self serving. It was the truth and he’d proudly state it.

He finally ordered a simple cocktail. Not wanting to get too drunk. His drink arrived and he went to take a sip when it spilt all over him when he had no chance of spilling it himself. Trodai wasn’t this subtle, Trael knew this, that left one…THAT MOTHERFUCKER VOSSARI!

Trael had to keep himself calm, causing a scene here was not the best option. He watched as Voss lead Azar to the dance floor debating if he should do something or not. He, surprising to himself, chose to not do anything and let him and Azar dance. He watched as the two danced together, his face devoid of emotion as he held down the pangs of anger he felt at the interrupted dance he was supposed to be having.

He felt Trodai use the Force next to him already having a clue as to what it was for. He turned to the Pureblood his face still emotionless, “If you don’t mind I’d like privacy with my man when he gets over here.” He said rather icy not wanting to deal with the petty squabbles of the other lovers. “You can have your turn when he’s no longer excited to see me.” He said dismissively, not worried about the other man in the slightest. (@Akheron)

He noticed the doctor walking back over to Azar. That’s it! He made his way over as the obviously drunk man (@JoeWing) began talking to Azar, “Excuse me sir but His majesty has important guests to see. If you’d like the red gentleman at the bar can take your info and set an appointment to continue this at a later date.” He said in a professional tone before ushering Azar (@Sreeya) away from him. “Now I have you to myself baby.” He whispered with a smirk, “Are you feeling a drink or some more dancing?” He asked his man as they walked through the croud

Azar was a little surprised to find Trodai (@Akheron )joining them when he had tugged Trael away to chat with him. However, he didn’t say anything about it, listening as the Pureblood gave his explanation for being here and how it had nothing to do with Azar. The King of Korriban simply smiled politely at that, “Well I hope your company gets a lot of investors,” He said, “After all, there are a lot of individuals here with more money than they know what to do with.”

Trael’s blunt answer to his question actually drew out a giggle. The man’s blunt honesty was perhaps one of the defining characteristics Azar adored about him. They were just getting their drinks when Trael and Trodai both abruptly spilled theirs. Azar only sighed, resisting the urge to roll his eyes seconds before Vossari slithered into the scene like the deceptive serpent he was.

He took a sip of his drink as Vossari addressed him, unable to keep the smirk off his face as he gazed upon the Wrean he had grown to love. He wasn’t pleased with what Vossari did, but he wasn’t going to chew him out either. The Pureblood allowed himself to be led away by his partner, the music changing for the next dance. Azar didn’t set his drink down this time, keeping it in his hand as he grasped Vossari’s hand with one of his, shifting to take on the male lead role in the rumba dance immediately, “Perhaps it can still be about politics,” Azar said as he twirled Vossari effortlessly before spinning him back into himself so Vossari’s back was pressed against Azar’s chest.

Azar’s hand dropped to grasp Vossari’s waist, his face leaning in close to his ear, “Perhaps you can represent Korriban and the Stygian Caldera in the Senate,” He whispered against Vossari’s ear as he gazed out towards the crowds, “Have all the spotlight on you as you represent all the worlds I conquer one by one,” He said with a smirk before he spun Vossari around and tugged him close to dance sensually with him to rhythm of the song. Azar brought up his drink and purposely spilled just a bit of it along Vossari’s neck, flashing him a wink before he took the glass away. A subtle use of the Force - the droplets around his skin would abruptly coil around his neck courtesy of Azar’s use of hydrokinesis, becoming a collar that compressed around his throat. After all, he wasn’t going to let what Vossari did slide so easily.

Their dance continued as Azar let Vossari twirl into another spin again before releasing his hand. Vossari would only be allowed to take a step forth before that watery leash around his neck would subtly jerk him back, making him fall backwards for Azar to catch in a low dip - all appearing as if part of the dance. Azar smiled down at Vossari, their faces inches apart, “You can’t walk in here doing whatever the fuck you please without having me remind you of who I am,” He gave a teasing smile as the bind around his neck shifted back into liquid which Azar brushed off tenderly with his lips from skin. The almost painful hold was released at last.

Azar was about to discuss his ideas with Vossari further when the Wrean abruptly slipped. The Pureblood sighed as he sipped from his drink, blinking as the doctor (@JoeWing ) from earlier bumbled and belched his way towards him. Rage flashed through Azar and he had to actively calm himself down until Trael swooped in to the rescue, sending the man on his way. Azar was once again happy to see him, though his suit still had damp wine stains on it. The Pureblood threw back his drink and set it aside, “Trael, I’ve been wanting a dance with you since we were robbed of one back on Nar Shadda,” Azar admitted, smiling fondly at his boyfriend.

The Pureblood stepped close as he placed Trael’s hand on his own waist for a more sensual hold and took his other hand, wanting his man to lead him through a dance.

Vossari giggled with delight as he swept about the dance floor with Azar. There was no one else in the room as far as he was concerned, and, much as he was delighted to hear political dirty talk from his lover, it was just the experience of moving with him that he cared about. After all, it was that had sealed their fate on Nar Shadda. It felt like a distant memory, now.

"The Stygian Caldera?" He whispered, with a hint of excitement on his warm breath. He chuckled, feeling the electricity between them as they spoke and flew across the dance floor. "You know I would love to see this little Senate dancing to my tune." And him, in turn, playing to whims of Azar. It was a beautiful, ornate machine, like an ancient clock. Each cog had a purpose, turning in time, working in unison, towards a greater goal.

His giggles turned silent as Azar displayed a little hydromancy.
Oh god, not here, not like this. Was this turning him on? "I love when you try to tame me." Vossari twirled away from Azar, pulling the glass in his hand for a sip as it did. As he returned to his short king's embrace, he returned it, cooing. "But you know the truth. I can't be tamed. I'm uncontrollable, like the waves and the wind, and I SOAR above the competition like the radiant phoenix! I promise you I wi-" Before he could go deeper into a longwinded rant, he slipped, planting his face into the beautiful ceramic tile and cracking his nose. A little bit of blood, thin and red, began to leak out.

Those bastards. Whoever did this to him would pay. But first... "Oh, fuck! I'm gonna run to the bathroom. Thank you for the dance, love!" Vossari sprinted off to the bathroom, heels of shoes clicked as he strutted. When he reached the marble floors and giant mirror of the bathroom, he stuffed his nose with tissue as he contemplated the agonizing ways to torture whoever had done this. Trael was mature. So mature it was kinda hot. It couldn't have been him, right? It seemed more like a Trodai move.

Trodai was enjoying his drink and listened taking the advice. He would keep an eye out. As Azar went for his dance with Vossari first he let them be, only acting after. And then Trael requested a moment of privacy with Azar, which he would respect. Moments later and he found the doctor approaching, belching and burbing. He wasn't amused, the doctor was a clumsy, idiotic drunk. He could smelt the alcohol on his breath and see the mess on him...having a sneaking suspicion who sent him to him given the direction he came from. Trael. He preferred a subtle method like that. He might have known he would do something. The doctor was going on something about a appointment, and Trodai was trying his best to ignore him eventually speaking when he couldn't avoid him "I am not his secretary. The human who told you that was lying. Get away from me you drunk baffoon!" He said shoving him away and adding a subtle use of the Force to steer the drunkard. To most it would seem like he was swaying aimlessly, and walked himself somewhat at least to unseen eyes, towards the journalist. Yet Trodai knew what he did...moving him ever so slightly so he didn't have to deal with him anymore while he couldn't tell what he was doing.

He also noted that the intended prank had backfired a little. He had a look that was in momentary shock and expression that said a big whoops. Instead of falling backwards it appeared Vossari had instead fallen forwards, he knew that wouldn't go down well. Especially with Azar, he knew that much. So he would try to rectify it as best he could from where he was and hoped it wasn't broken. It was probably better to keep a distance for now at least until things had calmed down a little.

Yet despite it he did send a brief telepathic message to let Azar know it hadn't been intentional. For what good it might do considering he would not be happy. The last thing he intended. Yet he knew it hadn't been on purpose and the prank was just misjudged and at the wrong angle by the slightest margin. He hated his bad luck.

I'm so sorry Azar, I did not mean to harm Vossari like that. It was not the intention that he hit his nose, I had only intended to make him slip on his ass, not to damage.

If he were to check he would know it was the truth. He decided perhaps he should cut down on the pranks for a bit given the situation.

As the evening wore on, Blec Croncu continued to meander through the party, albeit in a state far from sober, attempting to mingle and meet new faces. However, his level of intoxication had reached a point where further antics were no longer feasible. Recognizing his condition—or perhaps programmed to intervene when a certain threshold of inebriation was detected—his loyal security droids stepped in. At his request, or perhaps following a pre-established protocol for such situations, they began to escort him away from the festivities to allow him some much-needed rest.

As he made his way to the exit, supported by his droids to prevent any missteps or falls, Blec couldn't help but let out one more loud *BURP*, followed by a muffled *HAHA*. The sounds were quickly stifled by the glass door that closed behind him, sealing off the party's noise and leaving Blec to the quiet and steadying presence of his droids as they guided him to where he could sleep off the effects of the evening's indulgences.
