DESCRIPTION​

Unlike the Gaderffii Stick that everyone is familiar with and the first weapon that people may think about when Tusken Raiders are mentioned. The Gaderffii Lance or Gaderffii Staff, depending on how people describe it being, is a relatively uncommon weapon to come across. The main reason is that the weapon requires more training to use due to how awkward it can be to use in combat compared to the other traditional weapons Tusken Raiders use.

Like the Gaderffii Stick this weapon is made up of various materials. Some are rumored to be made with Baskar that is salvaged from crashed ships or gained through raids. Tusken Raiders who are qualified for this weapon make the weapon themselves, just as they do when making their Gaderffii Stick. When construction of this weapon is completed the Tusken Raider will then go on to training with their new Gaderffii Staff.

How this staff can fair against melee weapons in a combat situation depends on the materials used to put this weapon together.

Like the other two weapons that Tusken Raiders use the Gaderffii Staff is precious to the sand people. It is technically it is both a weapon and a symbolizes those who are leaders. For an "Outsider" to take one is conaidered a high crime to Tusken Raiders that will lead to that person or group of people to be savagely attacked.

When a Tusken Raider owning this weapon is killed the staff is broken into two and buried with the fallen sand person along side the other two precious weapons he or she owns.

LEGALITY​

May be legal in societies on other planets and among those that Tusken Raiders label as "Outsiders" on Tatooine.

INTENT​

To create another melee weapon option for Tusken Raiders to use.

RESTRICTIONS​

While there are no restrictions. It will be more commonly found with Tusken Raiders who have completed a number of threads / missions.

Special Note: For any Gaderffii Staff's made containing superior metals (that can be used against lightsabers) must be obtained through plot threads.
