DESCRIPTION
The G-20 Glop Grenade was one of the most widely used non-lethal grenades, favored by police forces and law enforcement around the galaxy. It is used to suppress rioters and capture fugitives alive. The weapon has been produced by Merr-Sonn since the Galactic Republic era. The grenade can either be set to explode on impact, or have a delay between two and fifteen seconds. This delay function can be adjusted by the length of time the 'timer' is set to.

On activation, the grenade will spray a large cloud of a sticky gaseous agent in all directions of a 5-meter radius (10-meter diameter). After a moment, this agent turns into a foam-like substance which then hardens over the course of one round. Once fully hardened, the foam has a consistency and structure similar to duracrete. The foam becomes brittle on the following round, this allows the individuals caught in it's wake to free themselves.

While the foam the grenade produces is non-lethal, there have been some reports of allergic reactions to it, and inhaling the substance could induce suffocation if especially unlucky.

LEGALITY
Legal. The ownership of this weapon is typically limited to police forces on core wrolds, but on some worlds these can be owned with proper licensing. They are generally seen by the galaxy as a non-lethal weapon in the hands of a trained professional.

INTENT
Bringing a well known grenade from Legends and the Fantasy Flight Games Star Wars table top into the site's fannon. This also provides another non-lethal grenade option, but with the twist of a restraining effect.

RESTRICTIONS
N/A.

Could you give the effect in posting rounds, rather than seconds? 1 round would probably be sufficient, plus 1 more to break out.

Added one round for the effect, and one round for the break out. As per request.
