Personality
The easiest way to describe Frath is serious. His work is what is most important to him. Many would see Frath as a blood loving sociopath, workaholic. Frath has no family and very few friends, so those who know him believe he is deeply disturbed. While there isn't anything that truly brings him joy, he finds contentment in fulfilling the tasks given to him. That is not to say that Frath is not an emotional person. In his work, if need be, he will feign pleasure, joy, anger, and anything that will help accomplish the mission. He is more than capable of emotion, he just chooses not to waste his time indulging in its unfulfilling nature. Frath is not overly complicated and tends to be very straightforward in his dealings with people, not wanting to waste his time with their petty trivialities.

Beliefs
Raised on the streets, Frath has no spiritual or religious beliefs. He believes you get ahead in life by working hard and putting in the time it takes to be great. He believes that there are no absolute right or wrongs and it is simply the invention of the ruling classes. He also believes that Credits are king. Whoever holds the most will always win the battle.

Thoughts On
Jedi: Frath has no issue with the Jedi, but believes their beliefs about the force, justice, and good are all idealistic, unwarranted, and limit their potential. Frath has no intentions of crossing the Jedi, unless there's a large enough bounty on their head. Frath would join the Jedi if the situation paid enough and didn't include crossing the Sith.
Sith: Frath sees the Sith as the absolute ruling class of the Galaxy. The empire may hold the political power but the Sith control the Empire and Frath is smart enough to know that. Frath wouldn't go against the Sith as a faction but might go against a renegade or turncout. Frath would join the Sith in a hunt in a heart beat. They control the galaxy and there isn't a better ally than the king.
Empire: Frath sees the Empire as a puppet of the Sith. A well trained and finely tuned puppet, but a puppet all the same. As the Empire owns most of the galaxy Frath does his best to stay on their good side. Similarly to the Sith, he'll take a contract to go against the empire if the money is good enough and the people involved are deserving of the outcome. Frath is reluctant to work for the Empire, not because he doesn't believe in their ideals but because he doesn't respect them as much as the Sith. However, because their work is so plentiful, he often takes contracts from them.
Mandalorians: Before their fracture and ultimate doom Frath believed the Mandalorians to be great, misguided mercenaries. Their constant infighting has weakened them beyond revival. Frath would consider working with them to be an honor in terms of military and combat experience. However, he would be reluctant to get drug into association with them due to the galaxies mixed view of them as well as their own tendency to implode.
Rebels: While Frath doesn't have knowledge of the official Rebellion he is sympathetic to those who fight for themselves. He doesn't mind taking down a high ranking official or a powerful military officer to help free those who are fighting for themselves. He is only going to help them if they have a well formed plan. He wont simply kill someone they don't like or deliver goods for general purposes. He'll certainly go against them if propositioned by a larger faction. He wont be pulled into cultural, civil, or social wars. If he's going to take down or undermine a rebel cell it's going to for a much stronger group.
Hutts: Frath works for the Hutts because they offer the best opportunities and the most freedoms. Frath has a good situation going on right now and would only compromise that stability for an extremely large sum of money and power. Frath will continue to work for the Hutts as long as the money keeps pouring in.

First Theft First Kill
Frath Sarian was seven years old and didn't know what had happened. His mother had been killed in a speeder accident and his father left him for the military a few years later. Abandoned and unsure what to do Frath sought out help. The streets of Nar Shaddaa's undercity quickly took Frath under their wings, teaching him everything he needed to know to take care of himself. Before his abandonment he'd been relatively sheltered from the horrors of the undercity. Now his animal instincts were taking over. He'd been given a blaster by a 'thoughtful' Given, and was told that if he needed food he should just take it. So he did. He waited outside a convenience store and when he saw another young boy coming out with a sack he shot the boy. He grabbed the sack and ran. It was Frath's first taste of blood. It wasn't because he liked it, it was because he needed food.

Second Theft Second Kill
The food Frath got from the boy only lasted two days. And the amount of attention the police and locals had given to the murder made Frath reluctant to kill again for food. He resorted to smash and grabs, as well as knocking off local food stores. He was a very quick young kid and his slender malnourished frame made it hard for him to catch. He was becoming more diligent in his thefts and plans. Even at a young age he was studying storekeepers movements, who had guns and who didn't. Who called the police and who dealt in illegal substances and couldn't call law enforcement.

By age fourteen Frath was no longer stealing food to live. He was working as a delivery boy for one of the local spice dealers. His size and speed made him intimidating even for older kids, which made him a less likely target. His young age also kept the eye of the local law off of him. That didn't mean he never had trouble. Typically he could spot 'bad guys' from a mile away. They never blended in as well as they thought they did and Frath's experience in observation made them stick out like a sore thumb. This time however he was out matched. They had swoops and Frath didn't. He tried slipping down one of the alley ways to lose the thug but he didn't make it. The thug knocked him to the ground and wrenched the bag of spice from Frath's hands. Frath's boss had been very specific about the things that would happen to him if he ever lost a shipment. The thought of torture was enough to force Frath to pull the trigger on his blaster for the second time in his life. The young man fell to the ground and Frath picked up his package, hoped on the swoop, and sped to the drop off point. This was when Frath learned that being a good watcher wasn't enough to keep from being found. He needed to become harder to detect in the future.

Last Theft Last Kill
His prize jewel, The Tug. He'd been casing the shipyard for months. The vessel had been badly damaged in a battle in Mandalorian Space. Frath didn't know if it was involved in the most recent bombing of the Mandalorian planets by the Sith, but none of that mattered to Frath. The NCAP-100 and its single complement of one NCAP-50 were a mouth watering take. The vessel belonged to a wealthy capitalist who was in the system attempting to invest in an upstart shipping company while his vessels were repaired. Frath spent hours and lost thousands of credits following the owner, every shipyard worker, and every delivery man who brought parts to the shipyard. The theft took place on a Thursday. No deliveries came on Thursdays unless it was an emergency and during the night shift only three workers were on staff. There would be ten guards to get past but an inside man would leave a door open for Frath. He'd sunk three thousand creds into fake documentation and call signs for the vessel. Once he acquired the vessel it would be easy to get new documentation that would make Frath the undisputed owner. The heist went off without a hitch, his planning paid off. The only people who would notice the vessel taking off were the ones in the shipyard and when they tried to contact law enforcement they'd find their communications were either destroyed or jammed. It gave Frath more than enough time to make the jump over to Kessel where he could lay low for a while and start putting some of the credits he sunk into the vessel back into his pockets.

Frath stood over the Wookie's body. The Wookie, Pax Cordon, had been on the Cartels hit list for a while. Frath didn't know why. It took him a record low of two hours to get the Wookie by himself and far enough away from prying eyes to make the kill. The bounty would be more than enough to pay for some of the new weapons and equipment he'd been anticipating getting. Ever since his acquisition of the NCAP-100, which he affectionately named The Hammer, he'd been taking bounties and smuggling deals to raise creds and what he referred to as the Sarian Empire. It was a large array of contacts for now, but Frath hoped that it would one day include his own smuggling operation, expansive spice trade empire, and maybe a planet for good measure.
