Plot Outline Submission Template:
1. Trillian a Jedi Exile is suspicious of Jedi trying to capture him in a cantina on Iziz. He is taken into custody where he learns that two other people were killed in the basement. The law has security cameras scattered around the city and underground which clearly saw plain clothed individuals target Trillian with a stun gun and attempt to capture him amidst a bar fight. In the middle of the panic three to four people entered the basement and opened fire on one another, killing two. A lightsaber was recovered from a man's corpse and two suspects were seen running away from an ally way to which the basement lair lead. The story made national news as fear of force-sensitives grew the release of the graphic footage has not been released to the public until Trillian is publicly tried.
Trillian lied and stated that the two killed were Jedi putting his own life on the line. He survived two shots from a stun gun but a lightsaber was not on his possession. Trilllian leaving his lightsaber on his ship far into the jungle. Although he probably simply ran into bad luck. Trillian is a petty and pathetic young man and will make the best out of his stay on Iziz. He figured he'd gain the respect of many Exiles if he spread lies about the Jedi to raise public tensions to them.
Trillian would need to escape prison, find a copy of the security footage, find a slicer who will doctor the footage to frame the Jedi and release them to a major news publication. Best case scenario the Jedi will become feared and hated in the inner rim and colonies.

5. Make the inner rim colonies to distrust or even despise the Jedi.
