Amor walked down the hall. His long cloak brushed the floor beneath, and flowed behind him as he walked. It was completely buttoned up, revealing only his eyes and top of the head. His footsteps were silent. As he approached a blast door, a security camera scanned his retina before opening. He walked into the room and sat at the small table. Two imperial knights stood on either side of him, more for appearance than protection. Amor was more than capable.

Amor raised one of his hands out of the long sleeves of his cloak, and two cups and a tea pot landed softly in the middle of the table from a shelf nearby. The tea pot then poured itself into both cups. One of those cups slid to Amor, the other to the opposite end of the table. Amor took a long sip before placing it down and looking at the man he had come to meet with.

" I'm glad you have chosen to accept my invite, I'm sure we will both benefit from this deal. "

(I don't really have time to role-play but this thread is important so I'll post fast so we can finish this asap. Sorry for the wait.)

Drush Hunaam had been contacted by the fabled Imperial Knights for what seemed to be a meeting aimed at starting an alliance between the two factions. The President had waited long for this day to come as even his patience, the Anzati's greatest attribute, had been tested by the wait. The person he was to meet with was a man named Amor who seemed to be the second-in-command of the fallen Imperial Knights. A thought crossed the ancient being's mind that he wished that they had contacted him before the loss of their strength but everything happens for a reason and the Revenant was pleased at the opportunity.

He was ushered to a room by some armoured men and waited a while before Amor entered the room accompanied by what seemed to be a honour guard. Drush smiled at the fact as the man being guarded looked more capable then his men and would be since he had reached such a prestigious rank within his order. The President had decided to come alone despite the dangers of his new position and the constant threats on his life. The ancient being prefers working alone while the fact that he has been alive for more than an millennia contributes to his ability to stay alive.

As Amor took a seat and summoned beverages for the two to drink the armoured man welcomed the President, "Indeed," Drush replied with a smile before taking a sip of his own cup, "I suggest we get straight to business. Time is of the essence and I fear that it is the only thing we do not have." he was all business and no jokes today. The future of the whole galaxy was hanging in the balance and it would take people working together towards a common goal to bring about prosperity in the universe once again.

" Of course, I'm sure your time is precious. The knights have gathered much information on your group. The concept of using clones again is so far out there, and yet you have managed to start creating them already. In a very little amount of time, your group has grown tremendously. It is truly amazing, and having a partnership with you know, while the knights are still weak and need to be in hiding would be very helpful for us. I want you to know that as we regain our strength, I will not forget the service you did us this day, and will ensure that I can repay you one way or another. But I need to know, how can I trust you? "Indeed, how can you?" the ancient being replied to the master knight's final statement, "How can anyone trust anyone, sir? The answer is simple: Faith." Looking around the room for a second the Anzati returned his focus to his gracious host, "The Imperial Knights are one of the most prestigious martial orders formed in all history. While not as famous as the Jedi this organisation has a rich and proud history of not only persevering in the face of controversy but having the will to stick to your ideals." Drush said as the tone of his voice become more serious, "If the Imperial Knights pledge their loyalty not to me but the 'cause' that is the NCIS. A cause that seeks to stop the millennia of conflict and destruction the Jedi and Sith has caused throughout the history of the known galaxy. On my word I promise a fair and democratic alliance between our two faction. With one helping the other in times of need. Even a planet of your own if your order so wish it." he finished with a smile and a wink at Amor which melted away the seriousness of what he just said to bring back the casual atmosphere.

This man was more than Amor could hope for. He had finally found somebody who shared his goal, balance. The most exciting thing of all though, was how much closer this man would bring Amor to achieving his goal of balance. Amor had came into this meeting, expecting to use this faction as more of a shield to protect the knights with as they battled the sith, but they would be much more. Equals, almost working as one unit, destroying the sith together, side by side. Once a few plans went into motion, Amor would be able to work fully with Drush, and maybe even get a planet or two to set up a new base on. Of course, only time would tell.

" Drush, we are going to do great things together, I can see it now. "

Amor said as he stood and thrust his hand out to seal the deal.
