((I'm so sorry for my absence!!! I'll be more than happy to explain later why it's taken so long for me to reply.))

Will looked on in horror as the zombies began to feast. Being unable to help the poor scientist began to eat away at the boy as he prepared his mind for battle. He never liked using the force for violence, but these beasts had to be put down. And despite how much he didn't trust Rotramel, no one deserved to die like that. He readied himself as the zombies began to turn their attention to smell of fresh meat nearby, their mindless eyes gazing over at the human and the Mon Calamari. Feeling that avoiding battle with a horde of zombies would be the wisest decision for the moment, Will turned to follow Rotramel.

"I can't but agree with you doctor." Will spoke as he stayed close behind the Calamari, the zombies beginning to give chase. Their mouths hung open as they ran, almost as if they could already taste the soft human flesh that awaited them. But Will wouldn't have it. Just the boy and the Calamari Scientist made it to the door, one of the faster zombies leaped forward, blood caked on his face and clothing.

The boy didn't have a choice. The beast was too close and he couldn't risk it getting out of the lab. He called upon the force to send the animal-like creature flying backward into the crowd of mindless zombies behind him. Will's saber went silent as the doctor closed the door and locked it.

A deep and relieved sigh escaped the boys lungs as he tried to catch his breath. "Great. Now what do you suppose we do? I'm sure there are more of those things outside of the lab."

"My thoughts exactly," groaned Rotramel, catching his breath. "Going through the residential section would be the quickest way to the escape pods but that's out of the question. Who knows how many of the passengers there have been converted into the beasts." He pulled out a holocron from his pocket. "We'll have to destroy the place. As long as I have this, a copy of all the lab's core files, we can rebuild this place once again." He turned to the boy. "Keep that lightsaber out. We'll need it on our way to the escape pods. We can use the maintenance corridors to reach there."

William froze in place once he saw Rotramel pull out a holocron. The lab's core files... he thought, piecing together what information the holocron might of held inside it. The boy knew he was getting closer to understanding what was going on. He just had to keep staying on the right track, and hopefully, he find what he had been looking for. However, whether he got what he had came for or not, Will knew he would have to destroy the holocron in order to prevent this kind of chaos from ever happening again. But not now...not yet.

"Very well," the boy nodded, "how exactly do we destory a place like this then? I assume you have planted a self destruct in the system just in case something like this managed to happen."

"Yes, but we can't use it," groaned Rotramel. "The self-destruct sequence can only be started by both me and Commander Gahan. If he were here, we could use it, but alas he's gone missing; probably some zombie's lunch. No, our best chance is to disable the shields and HALO, and let Clepsydra fall, where it'll burn up in Dac's atmosphere."

OOC: HALO is the ring that keeps Clepsydra in orbit.

Will nodded as Rotramel spoke. It was a shame about Gahan. Having him here would of made things so much easier for all of them. But the doctor was probably right. The soldier was probably dead by now if Rotramel hadn't heard back from him yet. However, the Calamari's "Plan B" sounded like it could just work. Will wasn't quit sure if only the two of them were quite enough for the job though.

"Alright. Tell me what to do Doctor. Do we need to split up so we can take the shields and HALO down all at once? Give me directions and I'll do my best to get things done."

"Splitting up is a terrible idea," argued Rotramel. "No, our objective is the command bridge. We should be able to achieve both tasks there. Be on your guard. We don't know what to expect."

"Right." the boy said as Rotramel corrected him. He was right. They probably had a better chance of survival by sticking together. Assured that they had a chance at successfully surviving this mess, William walked back the way they had used to get into the lab. He stepped back into the well light hallway, pleased to see that there were no zombies currently in the area.

"Alright we've gotta move quick then. Also, I think we should keep an eye out for any survivors. I don't want to watch another massacre without being able to act quick enough."

The image of the Lamia in the lab getting torn apart flashed into Will's mind, giving him a sick feeling in the stomach. He hated this. He wanted to put a stop to it, but things were getting dangerous. I'll just have to keep my senses sharper than ever.

Agreoran and Ayela escaped the main hall of the residential sector in time before anything terrible happened. The zombies turning on him was a nasty surprise, but at least he did one good deed. The girl that followed him was a priestess from the Sol Sect, an organization bent on healing the broken galaxy. He thought it was a childish notion, but it proved that any being in the galaxy could be the good guy or girl.

"This way," he said, leading her down a clear and safe hallway. "We need to make it to the bridge. I need to contact my ship, and find out what happened to a certain someone."

"What do you-"

"Shh!" he said as the were nearing a corner. Agreoran thought he heard voices. "Possible survivors," he whispered. He kept his lightsaber ready in case the inevitable happened. They turned the corner only to find the boy and mon calamari he ran into earlier. "It's you two again," he said.

"I know you," Ayela said, walking around Agreoran. She would know someone from the Sol Sect when she saw them.

William turned towards the sound of a man's voice, quite happy to hear someone speak words instead of growl and moan at them. The boy was surprised to see that it was the man from before, carrying a lightsaber in his hand. William couldn't help but smile, another force sensative being could be of great help in this kind of situation. He was about to ask if the man had happened to find any survivors when a familiar face revealed herself from behind him.

"Ayela?" William couldn't believe it. "What are you doing here?" He had seen the girl many times before back on Naboo and would recognize her anywhere, but they had never properly met due to WIlliam being far too busy with his studies and his training. Her presence probably wasn't a good sign for the boy. It meant the Sol Sect knew where he was and would probably have a few words with him later once everything was done and over with. But whether that was the reason Ayela was there was still uncertain.

"I was here to investigate a broken family I knew very well, that is, until this outbreak happened. But what are you doing here?" Ayela asked. It couldn't have been for the same reason she had come, for she knew the family personally which was why she came. They were on the brink of starting a civil war with another family, which would leave death and pain in every wake. Agreoran stood by and watched, curious as to why the Sol Sect was here, period.

William grew silent. Ayela's question burned in his mind as he tried to come up with an answer. He couldn't tell her the truth, not in front of the two whitnesses that stood next to them. Rotramel would surely try to kill the boy, and William just didn't trust the other man next to Ayela.

"I felt a tremor in the force that led me here. At first I thought it would be because of what's happening with these zombies, but since you're here now, it could be about something more."

Some of what he said was true. He had indeed followed the force there, and now that another fellow Sol Sect was with him, he would have a better chance of success once Ayela learned what he was really there for. But for now, his lies would have to suffice.

Rotramel was both terrified and relieved to find another 'Bogan', maybe two more. They would have a better chance of succeeding but Rotramel was still terrified of the Bogan. He'd heard of the nasty deeds the Bogan have done in the past.

"We need to reach the command bridge," said Rotramel. "We need to prevent this from spreading."

The Clepsydra rumbled. The Mon Calamari made his way to a viewport. From the window, he saw the Kali had disconnected from the Clepsydra and was taking off.

"This isn't good," grumbled Rotramel. "The Kali was unresponsive. The infection probably was in there too."

A body rose. The zombie had been knocked down and trampled on by its coherts while chasing pedestrians. With no prey around, it saw no reason to move. However, with the arrival of the Mon Calamari, its instincts kicked in. It crawled over to Rotramel and bit his leg. The Mon Calamari howled, dropping his blaster.

OOC: This is the only zombie in the vicinity, so it'll be easy to kill. Bites don't lead to zombification, though no one knows that (except maybe the count).

Rotramel's shout echoed through the halls as William turned to see the zombie biting into the doctor's leg. His blaster was laying on the ground, and despite the fact that Rotramel probably deserved to be eaten by zombies, William couldn't sit and watch another victum be devoured.

His green blade of energy hissed to life as he surged forward, focusing on his target. One quick flick of his wrist and the zombie's head was severed from it's body. It's arms began to swing, reach, and grab for anything it could get it's hands on, like a snake still using it's last bits of energy to squirm on the ground. With a final thrust of his saber, the wretched thing stopped moving, only the hum of William's blade making any further noise.

"Doctor?" William was slightly concerned as he turned to look at the wound.

"I've been bit! I've been bit! I've been bit!" panicked Rotramel. "Am I going to die? Am I going to become one of them?!"

Rotramel grabbed his blaster and pointed it at his hand. His fingers trembled, hesitation preventing him from acting.

"I-I don't want to become one of them!" wailed Rotramel.

"Hey, man, be quiet. You'll alert the rest of them we're here. You're going to be fine," Agreoran said. He knew the effects of the bites, and knew that wasn't what turned them. It was through other means. But this also revealed he knew a lot more details of the zombie attack than before. They could be alerted that he knew this would all happen.

"Let's move," he said. Ayela looked at him suspiciously.

"He's right," William agreed, "we've got to keep moving. I'm William, by the way."

William took another look at the Mon Calamari's wound. It was painful looking, and the boy knew it probably hurt a lot more than it looked. "Rotramel is going to have trouble keeping up with us due to that nasty bite." He knelt down and concentraited on the badly damaged skin.

He had only attemtped a force heal a few times before in training, hopefully the training would pay off. His fingers began to glow slightly as the healing took into effect, the force flowing freely through the boy's body. But then he lost control of it, just as he always did, and the healing stopped. It was the best he could do at the moment.

"Feel better, doctor? That's the best I could do, I apologize." Then he turned to the other male force user and nodded. "Alright, let's go."

Rotramel groaned as he stood up. He tried walking, being successful though with a noticeable limp.

"Thanks," said Rotramel.

As they walked, Rotramel kept an eye on Ageoran. Why was he so sure of himself? The only reason Rotramel could think of was that Ageoran knew something.

"Wait," said Ayela, "Let me finish the wound. If you must know, I am known as mother compassion on many worlds. Those who are hurting, I will always try to heal," she held her hand over the wound and let the force flow through effortlessly. Just as effortlessly, the wound healed up, leaving nothing behind. Not even a scar. Agreoran was impressed.

William smirked as Ayela made his work look like child's play. Within seconds, the wound was fully healed as if nothing had happened. William tried to pay close attention, hoping to learn something from Ayela's actions. But simply looking at the wound being healed didn't serve very well as a training exercise.

"Show off." William smiled.

"It's... It's healed," said Rotramel, baffled.

While he was pleased that his wound had been healed, a sudden revelation came into reality. Bogan never healed anyone. That meant these people weren't real Bogan. He had been tricked!

Rotramel opened the door to the maintenance hallway. He strode toward the bridge. When he opened the door, he was greeted by a horde of zombies. One bit into his neck, ripping out flesh. He screamed as they began feasting on him. Several others ran into the maintenance hallway where the other survivors were.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Doc Love fired his blaster again. Another zombie collapsed to the ground.

When the epidemic started, the good doctor had made his way towards the bridge. He had hoped to find Rotramel there, since the chief scientist hadn't been in his office.

Doc Love opened the main entrance to the command bridge to find a cadre of zombies. They seemed interested in another door. Two found interest in Doc Love. He shot them both, then attacked the main group.
