There had a handful of smaller fights to get the crowd warmed up and ready for an exciting night of fights. There were six fights in total on the main card tonight and they were all sure to be exciting!

Callen stepped into the cage with a card holding the fighters name and information. He held the mic up to his mouth “Ladies and Gentlemen. I hope you have been enjoying yourselves so far, but I think this next flight is going to blow you away!

“These fighters don’t need an introduction but we are giving them one anyway!”

“In the red corner we have, coming in 6’1 and 225 lbs .Give it up for Kring!”. @Nastalle

“And in the blue corner! Coming in at a giant 7’2. Preyt Jhessss!” @Versok

The ref stepped up and explained the rules of the fight, of which there were very little and last seconds bets were cast. The ref pointed to each of the fighters ensuring they were ready.

“Fight!”

No Weapons, No Force, No Death. 48 Hour Post time with a two week thread duration. If there is not a clear winner at the end we will roll winner. If you time out, you are knocked out and lose. Have fun, work with each other to make these threads crazy!

Kring was actually standing in the corner of a fight ring. The pirate had either drank too much and volunteered, or was paid a lot of credits to be there. Either way... he was going to get into a scrape.
He was much of a combatist, but with his cybernetic arm, he figured he’d have a fair chance against the huge Trandoshan across the ring from him... hopefully.

When the announcer called his name, he waved to the crowd and punched the air like a boxer (He’d seen it done before somewhere). And then when the ref signaled to “fight” he stepped forward and brought up his hands to defend himself.
The trick was to avoid getting close to the giant... he didn’t want to get clawed in the first few minutes of the fight, nor in fact anytime after that...
So he decided on a quick plan of action. Hoping it would work.
But first he wanted to see just how good this other guy was.

Preyt was standing in the corner, looking absolutely ecstatic and doing some warm-up before the fight, the lizard on steroids looked at his opponent, pretty tough looking for a human, he hoped that the man was as tough as he looked, he didn't come here to stomp some weaklings that were chosen as his opponent, he came looking for a fight, a proper challenge, not to have some new, meaty, punching bags.

The Trandoshan looked at the crowd when he was announced, raising his arms and trying to hype the spectators before looking as his opponent, letting out a smile while crackling his knuckles and neck "Letsss give thessse people a good fight to enjoy, mate!" Preyt stated, doing nothing to hide his excitement, after all, not every day he had the chance to beat up a guy that looked like one of those badass action movie villains.

Preyt put himself on a normal boxing position, left foot in front, right foot following behind, the legs slightly separated and opened to stay balanced and his hands prepared and positioned near his face to make it easier to protect himself, the Trandoshan had the upper hand when it came raw strength, but that cybernetic arm was going to mean trouble, that thing, besides probably hitting as hard as the Trandoshan, was made out of metal, something that could harm him a lot if he accidentally hit it, he would have to be very careful about where to kick and punch, but the lizard was more than prepared. The bell rang, the ref said the word and Preyt began to move closer towards Kring, slowly but surely, the fight was about to begin

Kring admittedly didn’t know much about Trandoshans, and he hoped that he big lizard had kneecaps.
As he came forward, he kept low to avoid the lizard’s long arms. No one he ever knew wanted to be in the grasp of a clawed Trandoshan. Nor did they ever live to tell on how they got out... So the pirate decided to avoid them altogether as best as he could.

Upon reaching the huge guy, he went down to one knee and swung his cybernetic fist as hard as he could at the Trandoshan’s knee. If he could knock his legs out, then the pirate thought he’d have a chance to win the bout.

He also kept an eye out for a counter attack and was ready to jump away as fast as he could if said counter happened.

Kring was right about one thing, Trandoshans had indeed kneecaps, but he wasn't right about thinking that such a strange attack would give him the advantage. Preyt noticed how he was keeping himself low, probably to avoid getting punched so easily by the big lizard, so Preyt did the same, hunching a bit while bringing his arms lower because the pirate was definetly going for some low blows.

The moment Kring moved forward to get on his knee and attack, the Trandoshan moved too, dashing back and out of the arm's range, however, he didn't just do that, after all, Preyt had a longer reach thanks to being bigger and taller and he took advantage of it. The Trandoshan threw a right hook at the pirate's face while moving backwards, aiming for the jaw, benefitting from the momentum that he gained from his movement.

Kring would find it very difficult to find a way of dodging out of the way of that punch because of how he was now in a strange, awkward position because of being down on one knee which greatly , combined with the fact that Preyt was already throwing the right hook while dodging and thus connecting just after Kring's attack failed.

If the hit connected, it would be a powerful first hit that would give him the upper hand for now and do a nasty amount of damage to the jaw, if Kring somehow dodged it or blocked it, Preyt would move to the pirate left side, preparing to keep his offense while moving from the robotic arm's range.

Kring's attack failed miserably. He didn't take into account that the lizard could somehow get that low, despite being so big. So when his fist missed, he found himself hurling backwards from a right cross to his jaw.
He fell onto his back, slightly dazed.. and then rolled to his right to get to his feet. As he stood, he could feel a welt beginning to form on his jaw. He reached up, moved it to make sure nothing was broken and then spit out a tooth. He had his "bell" rung before... he knew he would be fine, as long as he stayed out of the reach of the Trandoshan. A new strategy had to be where he just survived.

Looking at the lizard he grinned. He wasn't going to make that mistake again... Now that the lizard had the first hit, he probably thought he had the advantage. Possibly Kring could use that to his own benefit. So the pirate let him come at him...

Preyt let out a smile after seeing his attack connect and Kring fall to the ground, but he wasn't going to let Kring just get up, Preyt quickly moved to the pirate's left side just like he initially planned, following Kring after he rolled and going for his next attack before giving him the chance of getting up, throwing a straight, right kick to his left side as he was getting up, aiming for the kidney, it was straight for a reason, the Trandoshan could have gone for a kick to the stomach which would have had more impact but the pirate would have been able to dodge it by getting up, still, a kick to the kidney was no joke.

Preyt would get his leg into the initial position right after connecting (or not) with Kring, getting back into his combat position before taking a few steps back, The Trandoshan could've kept the offensive and give the pirate no quarter after falling to the ground, but Preyt didn't want the fight to end too soon or give the pirate no second chance after an honest mistake, the prize was not worth making the fight too fast and boring for him and the public and the lizard was not that competitive.

"Well, that hook would've knocked anyone elssse out cold, you are one resssilient mofo, I'll give you that" Preyt said now in position, talking while the pirate was spitting his tooth and getting up. The lizard would be rising his arms, looking at the public without turning his back on Kring "Sssecond try, better not wassste it!" The Trandoshan shouted while letting out a smile, making a show of the fight, The Trandoshan didn't know if Kring noticed that he was trying to hype the public, give them a good show, if Kring knew, then good, if he didn't know, well...People tend to fight harder after thinking they had been disrespected so it was a win/win situation. The Trandoshan didn't low his guard too much, if he saw the pirate was coming at him while he was showing off Preyt would get in his combat stance and go back to punching.

Kring rolled away from the kick that probably would have ended him, and the Trandoshan stepped back instead of pressing his advantage.
That allowed the pirate to get to his feet and make sure his face was ok.

The lizard played to the crowd which made them respond with cheers... and some boos directed at the human. Kring figures it was those who had placed some sort of bet on him that he would win the fight. When he got to his feet the “boos” changed to cheering as the crowd realized that the pirate was still in the fight, and not out cold on the ground. He gave a wave to them to get them cheering louder, then went back to focusing on the fight.

He had been in scrapes before, and sometimes he lost, and other times he had won. Those times he won were mostly because he had found some sort of weakness in his opponent... he wasn’t sure if this lizard had any weaknesses, but he was determined to find out.

He did find that the big guy was clever, and quicker than he anticipated, and very strong, which he already guessed.

As they faced each other again, Kring still wanted to get the guy onto the ground.. but how to do that was the question.
So he stepped forward, this time jabbing at the lizard’s chest and kicking at his legs to get a feel for just how long the Trandoshan’s arms were.. nothing solidly connecting yet, but enough to make the big fella have to react.
But the important thing was that Kring stayed on his feet... not on his knees.

Preyt let the pirate get closer to him, changing his position a bit by getting his feet closer to each other, shortening the leg's distance between each other, but it was still the left leg on the front and the right one following behind, the Trandoshan would let a malicious smile come from his mouth after seeing Kring come closer to him again, preparing himself for the move he was about to try now, the pirate was not going to expect it.

When Kring threw the jab at the lizard, Preyt started to rotated his body to the right, making himself a smaller target for the pirate and positioning himself almost in perpendicular to Kring. The Trandoshan would also be moving his left arm at the same time, his hand forming a palm which would connect with the pirate's lower part of the outer arm, deviating (Because Preyt was not going to block a bloody robotic arm) the fist down and to the lizard's right, which would make him miss his target. the pirate being in a bad position after failing that jab, because the body follows the arm and therefore the pirate would be a bit off balance, his right arm still very close to the Trandoshan but in no position to punch, his left arm had the Trandoshan out of reach and Preyt had moved himself away from the man's light of sight.

Preyt extended his right arm up and towards Kring's face after doing this, his hand not forming a fist but totally opened, grabbing Kring's face on contact, the Trandoshan moved his left leg behind Kring's right, using his heel to sweep the leg off and throw him even more off balance (which wasn't hard considering in what position the pirate was) This would make the pirate stumble backwards, which was combined with how Preyt would simultaneously push with the hand that was grabbing his face down, making him fall on his back and smash his head against the ground very roughly. The Trandoshan would also fall for not letting go of the man, but that was his intention, using gravity as the merciless tool it was, Preyt let himself be dropped on Kring right side, Preyt's right knee dropping on Kring's stomach almost the moment both of them hit the ground. Preyt wouldn't waste any time and start pummeling the pirate's right side, aiming for his liver with his left arm.

If everything went according to plan, Preyt would have Kring on the floor without being able to see because of the giant hand on his face and a knee restraining his body movement, a concussion because hitting the floor very hard with his head and a very bad case of tummy ache while getting his liver hit harder than...well...his liver every time he drinks at a cantina. This all would take place in no time, one or two seconds, making it a very difficult for Kring to counter the whole combo and not giving the pirate any time to throw a kick after the jab. But at least Preyt was now on the ground, just like he wanted!.

The Trandoshan’s move worked in getting Kring to the ground... the pirate landed flat on his back with the lizards bug hand over his face.
The wind was nearly knocked out of him and his head was dazed, but he wasn’t out of the fight just yet.
As the lizard placed his knee on the pirates chest, Kring reached up with his free cybernetic hand and grasped the Trandoshan’s wrist.

Now the pirate like meat. But the taste of giant lizard wasn’t all pleasant.
Kring bit down as hard as he could on the soft part of the lizard’s hand right between the large claw and the thumb claw. He locked his jaw as well so as not to let go when the lizard pulled his hand away...hopefully tearing some flesh away in the process.
That should get him off of Kring, and keep him from jabbing the pirate at his liver..

When the Trandoshan began pulling back, Kring would use the lizard’s arm for leverage and then use his own legs to kick away from the big fella...

Once the big guy was off of him, the pirate would get to his feet and spit out the lizard part onto the ground...

And ready himself for another round.

To be honest, the Trandoshan didn't expect that move, he was usually the one biting people down and this was the first time it happened the other way around, the moment the pirate bit his right hand "KRIIIIIIIIIIFF" Preyt screamed at the top of his lungs, followed by a bunch of painful grunts, the Trandoshan did still hit the pirate's side with his other fist, but it would amount to nothing, the sudden pain making him lose speed and fail hitting the liver, being a gently caress in comparison to anything done previously in the match.

However, Preyt would still hurt Kring, even if his attack was made to desperately try to stop him from biting him, without a plan or previously thought moves, the Trandoshan would start scratching, tearing and stabbing Kring right side with his left claw, ripping harder when Preyt was trying to pull his arm off because of the even greater pain, after all, animals were more dangerous when cornered.

The moment Kring let go (or more accurately, Preyt's flesh let go) The Trandoshan jumped back, moving away from the pirate with the help of his opponent's legs, getting up as fast as he could without breaking eye contact with the pirate until he was on his feet just to look at his now lighter hand. "You know...I forgot that we could fight dirty...thanksss for reminding me" He said, letting out a smile that was trying to hide the fact that he was clearly a bit pissed off, showing his left claw which now had pirate's blood in it. Preyt's right punches wouldn't hit as hard now and would probably hurt, but his hand was still usable, but what was more important, the pirate probably had trouble not falling down, his head was hit pretty badly, the jaw probably still hurt like hell, his knee probably broke some ligaments within his stomach and Preyt had some flesh on his claws in exchange of the flesh the pirate bit from him, one good hit was all he needed.

One. Good. Hit.

Kring looked like he had been run over by a freighter.
His ribs on his right side hurt, he couldn’t see out of his right eye, his head was pounding and his left leg was a bit wobbly. But despite all this, he gave a bloody grin and then lifted up his hand and beckoned the lizard to come at him.

He hadn’t done much damage to the Trandoshan other than taking a chunk of flesh out of its hand. And up to this point the fight had been serverely lopsided... all in the lizard’s favor.
It seemed everything he tried, the big guy had an answer for, which was really frustrating to the pirate.

In order to survive, he was going to have to do something drastic... and as the lizard stared at him, he decided what it was.

So he took a few steps backwards, giving himself a bit more space to get ready for when the lizard would come at him.

Preyt decided it was finally time to go on the offensive, he had been doing all fine by countering everything the pirate threw at him but now that he was so beaten up the lizard could start to be as agresive as he wanted as long as he didn't throw caution completely out of the window...Which was something he definetly did.

The Trandoshan would let out a loud roaring, a warcry that sounded more bestial than something a sentient being would sound like (With the exception of the Wookiees, of course) The lizard that looked like he was on steroids ran towards Kring at his highest speed, closing their distance in a moment, once in range, Preyt would try to hit the pirate with a Spartan kick, standing on his left leg and bending the other one to gain momentum before thrusting it forward and with conviction against Kring's chest, that kick would do damage even if the pirate blocked it, but what was more important, seeing how kriffed up Kring was, the kick's push would probably make him fall to the ground again, probably hitting the fence seeing how backwards he moved

Kring knew he was probably going to lose, but he also knew that he had one last ditch effort in him.
As the lizard came at him and kicked out its leg, the pirate sidestepped to his left catching the Trandoshan’s leg with his right arm... holding on for dear life, he slammed his left cybernetic fist onto the lizard’s kneecap.
He knew there would be retaliation, but he didn’t care... his adrenalin was flowing now. He felt no pain as he kept hitting the knee over and over trying to break the leg in two.
In the midst of the onslaught he let out a long battle cry as his fist kept pounding onto the Trandoshan’s knee joint.
It would break sooner than later...

Just because the pirate grabbed the lizard's leg, it didn't mean the lizard was in a very disadvantegeous position, as soon as Kring grabbed his right leg, the Trandoshan started to flex it while rotating it to the left, the knee wouldn't be where it was before and the lig wasn't rigid, the pirate would hit the leg and make it hurt but it wouldn't be as bad as a hit to the knee joint, specially since the leg wasn't rigid after the flex and therefore it could take more punishment.

That was just his defense, though, the leg wouldn't be the only thing rotating, Preyt spinned wildly to his left side, his grabbed leg and body moving in a fast motion. During the spin, Preyt would lift his left leg while bringing down his right one, letting his weight force Kring to get on a lower profile) The right leg would hit Kring's right side of the face with his heel, hopefully knocking him out, the pirate could try to drop his leg before getting hit, but he didn't had enough time to react to it for Preyt to drop low enough to fail that hit. but even if Kring got to tank the hardest hit Preyt threw at him like a champ, the kinetic force behind it would be more than enough to make him fall down once more or at least make him step backwards a few times while trying to gain balance, forcing him to drop his right leg.

Preyt would obviously fall on his back after all that, having no feet standing on the ground, but the lizard would roll backwards on his back and get on his feet quickly, walking towards the pirate while he was recovering from the spinning hook kick he had just threw at him.

Kring dropped the lizard's leg and jumped back and out of the way of the supposed incoming kick. As the Trandoshan fell, the pirate ran forward... then as the lizard rolled and started to get to his feet, Kring tackled him back to the ground and began throwing punches at the big guy's face and neck with his left metallic fist.

Kring knew his time was growing short, so he just went all out...running on adrenalin and the fighting spirit that had gotten him through several scrapes in the past.

Well, seems like the pirate managed to react to his kick in time, avoiding it completely, but if the pirate though the lizard would just stand there and take the tackle, he was wrong. Preyt would be in a squat pose when the pirate was coming from him, instead of letting himself get tackled, the lizard would propel forward and upwards with his head going first while the pirate was going down to try and tackle a Trandoshan who was already in a very low position, as a result, Preyt's tough skull would hit Kring's, doing a headbutt that would hurt both of them, but seeing the advantage the lizard had, the pirate would feel it more than himself, specially since the Trandoshan's headbutt would hit him in the face as he looked down, probably breaking his nose or something else.

This hit wouldn't be able to drop the pirate down, but it would give the Trandoshan enough time to grab Kring's right leg and pull from it, the difference of height giving the Trandoshan enough altitude to make the pirate drop without needing to sweep his other feet off. After that, Preyt would move to the pirate's right side without letting go of his leg but without moving it from the place, stomping his right side over and over, trying to end the fight once and for all. All of this out of the robotic's arm effective reach, seeing how he would only grab his leg with that one and since he was on the ground he would lose a lot of force, because the position a warrior is in is as important as the body of the warrior himself.

Since the lizard didn't fall to the ground and Kring failed the tackle, Preyt obviously wouldn't have to worry about those punches yet.

For some reason the lizard was able to stand up as Kring tackled him. So since that didn't work and the pirate was again on the defensive, he had to do something else. His leg was up in the air and he was open for another attack from the Trandoshan… Luckily the lizard was holding his foot and not the actual leg. Which allowed Kring to pull his own foot out of his boot, freeing him from the grasp of the lizard...
He rolled and got to his feet quickly, but the damage was already done. His sides hurt, his left eye was closed, in fact his whole body ached... and the lizard was pretty much fine.
So the pirate did the noble thing and raised his hands to conceded the fight.
The lizard won. He had fought well and had outclassed the pirate in every way possible. As he conceded, Kring limped over and picked his boot up, then politely nodded at the Trandoshan. Waving to the crowd he left the fighting arena... his next stop, the hospital.

To be honest, Preyt didn't expect that, he didn't expect the pirate to simply...quit, it dissappointed him a little, but he could understand that the pirate had enough, he certainly didn't blame him, the lizard was satisfied with the result, he won but it wasn't an easy job for him which was what he wanted, some sort of challenge, the Trandoshan smiled at Kring and nodded before looking at the public "WOOOHOOO!" He screamed in happiness, raising his arms while circling the ring, boasting and posing while the public cheered for him, blood still coming from his right hand where the pirate bit him, but he didn't care, he had to celebrate a little.

Once he felt like he had been praised, the Trandoshan left the arena, off to get some booze
