Faction Leaders.

SO forgive me if this has already been talked about and thus feel free to beat me with whatever object you see fit-

But since the new timeline is drawing near, when/how are we (as a community) finding out about our new faction leaders? are we going to volunteer/apply ourselves, or are we going to be chosen by the current/former FLs and staff? I mean since the timeline is about a week away this might be nice to know soon :D

We've said before (and I believe it's in the write up) that there will be an application process closer to the start of the timeline. The think tank is still developing the timeline a bit more, so it's still too early to start the application process for faction leader.
