Faction for Jaxob

I am currently going through the Indie factions and have probably read through all of them several times but I'm at a loss. I'd really appreciate any and all help you can give me, I want to know what is a good fit for my character (Linked below) I'm just searching for the opinion of those with more experience with the mission and role-playing types the factions have. When I wrote him I didn't want to write a hero character nor a seriously combat oriented but I've practically no ideas where I want to put him
