Economy: Brazil's economy's was doing horrible during 2008-2014. They were losing supplies like oil, and some crop's from global warming. A lot of immigration came looking for oil in the Amazon Forest. By 2012 half of the Amazon Forest was torn down for resources and search. By late 2014 The people got what they came for oil. They found a huge storage of oil in the ground in the used to be Amazon Rainforest.

They started oil refinery's all over the area. They been defending those plants. The population of Brazil grew huge when they discovered the oil.

It has to be within the bounds of realism though. Per Pygus you have to write in how they got the money for them, and realize that aircraft carriers are bloody ****ing expensive. Do some research on your country a bit, then basically think how they would expand in the real world in the years of the RP'd timeline.

The Brazilian military lacks a lot of fund. Most of their planes are grounded because they don't have the money to buy fuel and maintain them

If you think that Brazil could build 5 aircraft carrier, (which costs about 11 billion each, so that's about 55 billion, twice your entire military budget per year) then you're ballshit insane.

Also, I like how two thirds of your population suddenly disappeared.

Why would oil cause a country's population to 'grow huge'? Is this some weird aphrodisiac oil? And a better term would be 'oil refinery' rather than 'oil plant'. I know what you're getting at, but some people might think that you're trying to say that the oil was being extracted from trees. And I feel your idea of oil underneath a tight concentration of vegetation is a bit doubtful.
