Don't forget the new rules about NPCs though! You can't only be in a thread with an NPC. You have to be in it with one of your charackters.

So I dunno if what you say is true or where you are getting this information from. If this is backroom chatter you picked up I personally would like to hear something more official. No offense, but you are a mod, not an admin. Maybe @GABAroo or @Clayton can shed some light on this.

Yeah i just spoke to @GABAroo

As long as its a mission or faction related event, NPCers can be brought in without their characters to run NPC opposition.

However the rules should probably be updated to reflect this.

He is marked as a PvP moderator. It is all but impossible to tell that he has a say about the rules. With you and Clayton the color gives it away.
Since the role of moderator isn't defined anywhere I refered to the obvious authorities. That isn't impolite. I was merely sticking to the only known and knowable hirarchy to get an answer. And because you are the head admin in the end only your opinion really matters anyway.

This opinion is untrue. We have multiple levels of hierarchy on this site for a reason. Anyone from a FL, mod, or admin could have answered that question.

I did not say such a thing. I have to vehemently object to that insinuation.

Mod and admin are distinctive titles that indicate different levels of responsibility and power of decision. There are e.g. Head admins, admins, tech mods, welcome board mods and PvP/RP mods. The title alone gives away that there is a predefined area of operation.
So since it is not stated anywhere what mods are allowed to do or decide on beyond their field of work it remains a viable question to ask if something as important as a rule is concerned. This thread does not make clear that mods can make decisions on how to understand a certain rule.

Now if you don't like me pointing out that you missed to put that exeption to the rule into the Rules then I am sorry. If I see something like that I point it out and ask for clarification.
