It's this guy going around Padua getting girls to sign a petition to "End Woman Suffrage", as a prank. Suffrage instead of Sufferage. Suffrage (n); The right of voting. It could be twisted into an offending movie, but so could all prank movies :9:

I think his point was that if these women are so stupid to sign this petition they shouldn't be allowed to vote. I agree, that those 10-20 people are probably too stupid to vote or be informed about issues. Though I doubt there aren't just as many men who'd sign a petition calling for ending male suffrage.

Sorry to say it but yeah Matt's right on this one. You shove any petition in front of people's faces and they'll sign it to get rid of you...lol. This was hilarious though..he even kept saying it over and over again as they signed to see if they would get the picture but they just kept signing.
