CONSTITUTION: 5/10 Emile himself is not very "survivable" however this can be changed by the number of different self-made chemicals he brings with himself.
INTELLIGENCE: 9/10 Emile is quite smart, as he went to medical school for quite some time, and knows MANY different chemicals and body make up that he frequently utilizes.
WISDOM: 4/10
CHARISMA: 8/10 Emile has an above average ability to charm others, thanks to his force powers, handsome face, and plain evilness.

LIGHTSABER FORMS:

Stunwhip

This collapsible crossbow has two options.
1) It elongates to fit foot-long spears that are shot out of the tip at incredibly high speeds,
2) It shortens to fit hypodermic needles which carry knockout drugs, etc.

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
+Stunwhip used to capture people
+Crossbow can be collapsed for better hiding
+Force

-Phobia of killing anyone. Directly.

PERSONALITY:
Emile has quite an interesting personality, for a "hitman." He has an incredible fear of killing anybody. He will always use LTL (Less than Lethal) methods. For this reason, Emile does not have much use except for "sending a message." His most distinctive method is:

<<From the interview of Lt. Jack Disher, after the discovery of the crime.>>

[...] Well, Pvt. Salt seemed to be... pinned to the wall with... these massive stick things, about a foot long! The... the... sticks... Umm... went through Pvt. Salt's belly and came out on the other side, where they attached to the wall. There was duct tape all over his face, gagging him and blinding him, and yet allowing him to breathe. [...]

According to the doctor, the bolts were separated in such a way that allows Pvt. Salt to continue living, with of course some psychological scarring.

Here is the documentation of another method he uses sometimes:

<<Taken from the interview of Cpl. Linda Avernaum, after her discovery>>

[...] Well, I was just doing my rounds at the base, when I... uh... heard something behind me... turned around to see... ehh... nothing. So, I turned back around. Then, something hard wrapped around my ankle and caused me to lose my balance. Before I could react or yell, something sharp jabbed into the side of my neck and I lost consciousness. [...]

When I awoke, I had... been stripped down to my underwear... umm... [...] I felt that I had been bound tightly with duct tape. Then, the... sicko started stroking... and caressing my body... This went on for at least 5 minutes until he finally left.

Our team of technicians has dug up many facts about Emile's life. Here is a brief summary:

Emile was born on the DSC Daedalus to a wealthy mob family. He spent his life mostly as an enforcer, being constantly mocked for never wanting to kill. Finally, young Emile joined medical school, at the tender age of 17. He stayed there for 6 years, getting the official title: Doctor.

After leaving medical school, Emile sold out his family to the law, in return for a clean slate. He wanted to be known as Emile Matherson, not Emile, the son of Icarus Matherson, the mob Don. And so, he headed out into the world...

I kinda think using trying to use a Lightwhip for less than lethal combat is a fool's errand :P I'm serious, though. You do know that a Lightwhip is a whip-version of a Lightsaber, with the same cutting power of one. A techy whip would be better, for like wrapping someone up, but I definately don't think a lightwhip is a good weapon if you don't want to kill anyone.

Yeah, but I made it custom. See, it works like this:

Instead of a lightsaber, which is PURE light/energy, this lightwhip casts that same energy through a solid form, allowing me to turn it on and off.

So I see, but I just copied your thing and pasted it in, and it still wouldn't work...

Umm, that's not what I meant. I didn't mean if it was solid or not, because an in-universe lightwhip also maintains a solid form as well (how else would you bend energy like that). I meant the cutting power would cut cleanly through flesh, bone, metal, etc. Something that sounds better would be more of a Stun Whip, similar to a Lightwhip, except rather than plasma it gave off a burst of electricity similar to a stun bolt from a blaster.

Ah. Okay then. Thank you for the idea.

That is going to have to get put through the Technology Profiles approval process, mate.

Unless you're talking about how the body of a lightwhip is formed by a string of emitters linked together, each containing their own little crystal, focusing emitter, and stuff, in which case that is entirely normal - but part of what makes a lightwhip useful is not when its turned off. Because of the magnetic field that holds the plasma in place, the whip has a sense of fluidity about it - a direct result of the magnetic charge developed by the field which is constantly repelling against itself, which makes the whip fluid, natural, and snakelike; essentially it doesn't want to sit still.

If you're talking about using the lightwhip in a disengaged manner, i'd advise against it. It becomes an articulated steel rope, and nothing more. =\

Just fixed it, due to Silver's suggestion.

Also, as you said, I copied the code that you gave me and then pasted it in, and it still wouldn't work. (Which is strange because it worked perfectly until I restored the auto-saved content...)

Interesting character. Question; Can he kill as long as he doesn't witness it? (i.e. tie a damsel in distress to the train tracks, and make sure he's not around when the train comes) or does he have a complete aversion to killing?

Excellent question. I mentioned this in the profile, or rather hinted at it, saying:
-Phobia of killing anyone. Directly.

And yes, he can "tie a damsel to the railroad tracks" and run away, although he usually does;t.
