Well, he had finally arrived back to Korriban. Graduation from the academy had forged a new path for his life and after a brief retreated back to Alderaan, it was time the ambitious Imperial Agent returned to work. It was funny, as his trip home had occurred around the same time as the two Sith Empires unified and the House Thul palace had been demolished by combined efforts of Old Imperial as well as Mandalorian warriors (Ironic no?).

The temple grounds were quiet in dusk light, sun setting softly as the warm sand around him had begun to grow cooler. Winds blew across his face but luckily the duraplast helmet he worn was enough to protect him. He was clad in his ebony armor, vibrostaff held in his right first while he eagerly awaited the arrival of his companion. The Togruta was a newcomer like himself, she was pleasant to look at and that tended to be his historical weakness; though, for now he would keep matters professional. She had asked him to help train her, and he would do just that.

The togruta in question approached on light feet, her dark robe left it hard for her to be picked out from a crowd, or even recognized. However her voice was unmistakable. "I fail to see how this area is at all more ideal for training than the designated areas at the temple." She says as she pulls her hood down and surveys the area before she takes off her robe, leaving her in a black tube top and matching pants. She tossed the robe aside and stretched a bit. "Though, I suppose, it will have to suffice." She states blandly. "Lightsabers are off limits, yes?" She asks and pulls a metal rod from her back, it was thin, but about the length of her lightsaber.

Arsenio turned to face her, a slight chuckle coming to his lips though unseen underneath the cover of his armored helm. "Only if you wish to gut me, Lady Kishyn.." He spoke, his Alderaan accent splashing the wordage along with the quintessential notion of formality and respect that he was trained to deliver, being a descendant of nobility. Moving towards her, he lowered his staff into an aggressive forward stance, curling it in a tilted manner across his chest. "So tell me, why did you select me as your sparring partner?" He asked, his feet gliding him around the arena as he circled his opponent. He wouldn't strike first, he blessed Sokah with that honor; after all, in the beginning he would be defensive and allow her to open herself up, then strike when opportunity arose. It was only through trial and failure that she would become better.

"Well, my decision had many factors, I could tell you that it was for our similarity in rank, or it could have just come down to the fact that I liked looking at you." She says with a smirk as she takes her own stance, holding the metal rod where the handle would be, and begin to circle her opponent. She would begin to advance, but be just a bit to slow to take her swing, she had already given herself away, her windup was to long an her swing to wide, she had a lot to work on for sure as she had only just recently been an orphan, trying to survive, now she had to learn how to fight all over again, as the way of the sith was different than the way of a homeless person.

He chuckled, but it was well apparent that he had a similar affinity for the Togruta. As the combat seemingly began, he slowly circled around her figure and drew his primary leg backwards to place emphasis in his stance. As she went for the wind up, that was his opportunity to strike. His figure dashed forwards, hoping to take advantage of this small window while her own weapon was positioned in a location that would be inefficient to block. Before she could lash out with a stroke of her own, he snapped the staff forward towards her mid-chest region in a singular, quick strike. Simultaneously, he pivoted on his front left foot, circling to a position on her right flank.

"Too slow beautiful". He winked.

She would stumble back and cough as she rubbed her chest, she noticed that she did something wrong. She would think for a few seconds before doing the same thing again, but this time she would feint her attack and bring her weapon around from the other direction much quicker, hoping the bait she threw out would work.

Seems Arsenio was not expecting the pretty girl to react so quickly or rather learn on her feet in such a dynamic manner. Needless to say, he was caught off guard as he pivoted his foot to one side and made the motion to block her faked attack. He snarled, only to have the left side of his body smacked by her training weapon as she executed the maneuver well. Stumbling to the side, he chuckled. "Not bad..."
