DESCRIPTION​

The electropole was similar to the Force pikes and other such weapons that saw use across the galaxy, with a few notable differences. Firstly, it could be used either in melee or thrown like a javelin, having been crafted to be somewhat lighter than Force pikes. Having found its roots not as a weapon, but as a herders tool, to be used to herd and guard animals, it was later used as a militia weapon by members of the Gungan Grand Army. It's lightweight build enabled it to be thrown, and, owing to its watertight construction, it could be used underwater as well as on land.

It was constructed in the same way as many vibroweapons, enabling it to be used in close combat against people making use of lightsaber style weapons. With an electronic tip, it was able to do significant damage if it struck an enemy.

LEGALITY​

Illegal outside of the Gungan Grand Army. This is considered a traditional weapon, and its use is frowned upon outside of the Naboo.
