So uh, besides the obvious issue of the tech admins not liking to approve obvious ports from other universes, I'm going to echo what Dara said: you will still need to use the proper template formatting found here. Just A suggestion, but I would take a look at previously submitted weapons and get an idea of what to do first! :). Im currently doing this all on mobile which makes using templates an absolute pain in tbe ass. Secondly so what if it's a port from another universe, i personally think they're an awesome weapon and thirdly thes weapons are not going to be mass produced these are personal items to my character, who im working on.

Porting becomes a problem when you go so far as to literally directly copy the name from the source material.

It's ok to have something inspired by warhammer, but this is Star Wars. Something to always keep in mind.

I would be okay with this weapon if it was being used by a character who used Jack Black as a face claim.

But in all seriousness, it just doesn't feel "Star Warsish" to me (just my opinion). Also for lore purposes it doesn't make alot of sense to receive an heirloom weapon and immediately turn around and make another weapon to replace it. If you wanted to go with a dual weapon kind of thing, maybe consider both weapons being passed down .

Just as an aside, this kind of attitude won't get you very far here. We're a community of collaboration, and criticism comes with the territory. No one here is telling you you cant do this, just that you can go about it in better ways that actually fit our universe.
