What is going to happen in your plot? We will track down a rumored black market arms dealer, help those affected by his shady dealings, and apprehend his most dangerous stock.

Please provide a basic in-character timeline of what you expect to happen.
Thread 1. The two warriors will have noticed rumors of a particularly exploitative petty crime lord and arms dealer with connections to military suppliers, they decide to investigate his operations.
Thread 2. The two warriors come across some disaffected citizens who are victims of the crime lord and are looking to fight back. The two warriors fight off thugs in a local defense.
Thread 3 The warriors attempt to bring the criminal down and apprehend his ill gotten goods for their own use.
What do you or your character hope to achieve with this plot? What is the "end-game"? Take down a minor crime lord and acquire two pieces of advanced tech, specifically the CZ MSBR for @Raydo and materials to make a Lightsaber Pistol for @Shax
