Seera had time to rest aboard the ship, but that time had passed so fast she didn't know what to think. The demand in combat engineer didn't seem to lessened, and every time she went on a mission, she seemed to be paired with very good soldiers to assure her security, maybe she was a growing asset to the dominion, deep down, the thought made her feel extremely well. She looked at the planet sky line as the shuttle made a rapid descent towards the Mandalorian established compound on the ground, she expected to be awaited.

Luckily for her, in her day or two that she had off duty after her victory in the bothwai system, she managed to rework the painting of her armor, and re-polish the dent that had happened after receiving a hit square in the back. Taking the dent out of the armor took alot of effort, but only someone who knew where it would be could notice it.

It took a few minutes for the shuttle to land in those last few minutes, she took the time to put on her armor properly. Most of the armor was dark blue, and the finer details were painted in orange, she slung her carbine over her shoulder and her rucksack of tools over the other. Making sure her utility belt was strapped on properly on the custom clips that had been added to the staple mandalorian armor.

She held her helmet with her arm against her waist as she stood forward, onlooking at the opening shuttle door, knowing that she had been waited, and that the mission had been canceled on many occasions due to the lack of specialists available on the field. When the shuttle door finally hit the ground she walked out with purpose in her steps and dedication in her eyes, she tried her very best to hide the fact that she was tired, but a careful eye could easily notice. Three field missions in such a short span of time isn't something a soldier can keep up forever.

Aryn stood casually at the landing platform, watching the shuttle approach. Her gunmetal grey armor failed to shine in the morning sun, the matte paint not reflecting any of the light that touched it. She was ready to get this job over with, a simple escort mission to assess, and if possible, restore an abandoned shipyard to functionality for the Dominion. Easy, cut and dry. Of course, last time she thought that, her patrol ended up caught in the beginning of an indigenous uprising on Tatooine. So she felt it prudent to be cautious, not cocky. Fidgeting in impatience as the shuttle took its sweet time to land, Aryn unconsciously ran her gloved hand against the strap of her R-8R battle rifle, flicking her thumb over the straps edge repeatedly. On top of her normal gear, she carried a double load of powerpacks. Maybe she was being paranoid, but she couldn't shake the feeling that this mission wasn't going to be as simple as she hoped.

The wind began to whip past her bare face as the shuttle came in to land, forcing some of her brunette hair out of its tight up-do, whipping the strands annoyingly around her face. Stepping forward as the landing ramp came down with a hydraulic hiss, Aryn's eyes glanced over the woman that came down the ramp. She walked with confidence, but a slightly fatigued expression gave away a glimpse at the woman's physical state. Her armor was dark blue, with an orange trim that popped against the more somber color. Meeting her at the bottom of the ramp, Aryn briefly hit her own breastplate with a closed fist. "Aryn Rau, walk with me."

With that she turned and began the short walk to the shuttle they would be taking to the shipyard, turning her head to speak to the blonde woman as they walked. "I assume you have been briefed. Scout the facility and identify what is needed to bring it back up to full production capacity, if its something easy, we can get it up and running on our own. Should be simple." Flashing the woman a brief smile, she turned her attention to the fellow Mandalorian (@Chask274 ) awaiting with their shuttle. "Everything ready to deploy?"

Standing at the end of the shuttle's boarding ramp, Aiden awaited the other two. His armor, still scuffed and scratched from his recent battles, was painted in it's usual dark woodland camouflage pattern, and his wolf pelt cloak snapped in the wind as it hung from his shoulders. His rifle, sword, and B-8R pistol were secure on his person, as was his usual assortment of grenades and miscellaneous gear.

His helmet hung from his belt as he reviewed a datapad in his hand, double checking a list. When one of the two women addressed him, he looked up and nodded. "Pilot just finished the pre-flight check, and the diagnostic equipment is loaded up. We're ready to go." He spun on his heel and headed into the shuttle, taking a seat near the front of the passenger compartment. "So, just securing the facility and seeing what it needs to get running again, right? Shouldn't be too difficult, asuming the universe doesn't throw us a curve ball for some damn reason, of course."

Seera addressed an honest smile to the brunette as she replied her greeting with her own, clenching her fist against her own. Suppressing her own fatigue, pushing it back against the back of her mind as to forget it. She also took the time to look at Aryn's armor, often armor color had a meaning to mandalorian culture and she took into note the colors of her fellow fighter. She soon presented herself in response to the other female and started following her as demanded. " Seera Lone, of Clan Lone" She felt it was important to present herself and her clan, as it meant alot to her, and that not every mandalorian had the chance to be adopter, or born into a clan, most were in houses.

Seera too, fought against her own hair as she walked from one shuttle, to another approaching another waiting Mandalorian. "I have received the missions parameters." She had a bad feeling about this, knowing that in most cases, things like that didn't simply stop working because they were old. Proper maintenance of the building, could probably keep it running without even employee's to maintain it.

She listened, and inspected what the man had to offer and say and then nodded in agreement. Rolling her shoulders to transfer the weight of her tools from one spot to another, she looked at the other two, and then the shuttle, taking a few steps and then deciding to share her expertise. "Best case scenario, it'll be a massive amount of rust and an engine the size of a building to resupply. Worst case scenario..." She took pause to think. "Independant troops set up shop in whats rightfully ours" She said with a chuckle, as if trying to lighten the mood before taking place in the shuttle. Raising a hand to inadvertently to wipe the fatigue off of her face, as one does in the morning when tired.

"We live to be remembered Vode, if there aren't any curve balls, we'll die of old age in vain'' To her, these were encouraging words that she would only speak to Mandalorians.

Nodding as the two warriors mad their opinions on the job known, Aryn gave a sharp nod. "Right, should be easy. As much as i would love to give praise to Kad Ha'rangir in glorious combat today, the ideal situation would be knocking off some rust and turning the power back on." Looking to her two fellow Mandalorians one more time, she turned and noisily walked up the transports ramp, her footsteps clanging against the metal. Inside the dropship was a squad of supercommandos, there to assist on the off chance that things went sour, nodding to the men, Aryn took her seat as the ramp hissed closed and the pilot warmed up the engine. A slight vibration could be felt inside the hull as the ship rose off of the pad.

"I didn't catch your name vod, mine's Aryn Rau." Introducing herself to the other Mandalorian warrior who had met them at the bottom of the ramp. She felt her stomach drop as the ship accelerated. They were on their way to the landing zone, and with this realization her nerves came back full force. Once her boots hit the ground she knew they would be no problem, but up until that point, she would likely be a fidgety mess. Her foot began tapping without rhythm on the durasteel floor of the dropship as she began to fix the damage the wind had done to her hair, the slight noise echoing throughout the drop bay.

"Two minutes to destination." One of the pilots shouted down through to the drop bay, causing a flurry of activity as soldiers made their final weapons and armor checks. Aryn swooped the helmet off her belt clip and plopped it down over her head. The helmet sealed into her suit with a nearly imperceptible hiss, her nostrils filling with the ever slightest scent of vomit. Ever since Tatooine her helmet had never smelled the same, no matter how much she cleaned it. With a slightly disgruntled face, visible to no one, she turned to Seera. "You ever been to Tatooine? Terrible place, sand everywhere. Last time i was there, ended up getting puke in my helmet during a sand person uprising. Not mine of course." She tittered nervously, realizing that might have been a bit too much information.

"We live to be remembered Vode, if there aren't any curve balls, we'll die of old age in vain''

Aaron cracked a grin as he slid his helmet on. "Very true, very true indeed, vod. My name is Aiden Fett, by the way." When Aryn explained about her experiences on the infamous desert planet, Aiden couldn't help but start chuckling. "I can actually understand getting your own vomit on the inside of your bucket, but how in the hell did you get somebody else's puke in there?" As he awaited a reply, Aiden inspected his rifle, slapping a palm against the underside of the mag to ensure it was locked into place and ready to rock.

As they closed in on the target, a red light snapped on near the exit ramp, signaling that it was time to get ready to disembark. Aiden stood and fell in line behind the squad of commandos, maglocking his boots to the ground to compensate for the deceleration of the shuttle. "Show time, boys and girls!"

Seera took note of the stress the supercommando in front of her seemed to her, she fiddled against the floor with her boot in an incessant manner, it didn't bother her though, she shrugged it off. The mandalorian engineer told herself that closing her eyes for a quick nap would help, and she had her helmet on, maybe it would go unnoticed. She heard the conversation between the other two named mandos. Aiden Fett, she noted in her head, half awake half asleep.

The engineer was definetly not used to the constant rigors of battle and missions, but for now she was holding on well. As the flight went on, Seera's head slowly leaned forward, and her clasping hands slowly but surely gave signs that the Engineer was fast asleep, the only thing keeping her light snoring away from the other two members was her helmet which wasn't synchronized to comms.

Her sleep instantly came to a stop when the pilot shouted that they were there, her hand rose to her face to wipe the drool off of her face, but her helmet, was still there, making her appear a little foolish but the sudden adrenaline rush woke up right up, and the short hours of sleep gave her a second wind. She looked around, trying to understand the situation slowly coming to her senses, she turned her head to the other female in the mission who had started talking to her. She smiled from under her protective gear at the image of the sand peoples of Tatooine puking in her helmet. "That'll be a story I absolutely want to hear'' She laughs a little bit more now, deciding to help a Mando out. ''I can probably fix that problem, I've got a workshop on Mandalore, could make you an exact replica of your helmet...or if you're the sentimental type, I could go the extra mile and make sure that the odor leaves your helmet" She had a few ideas in mind already about how to remove such a stench. "Keep me safe out there if something happens and I'll gladly do it for free" She says with a hidden smile from under her helmet. Seera was still a bit groggy from the battle fatigue of the constant deployments but she stood to attention and prepared to leave the shuttle.

The landing was far from graceful, the protocol they assumed for it was that this place could be a combat zone, so the ship landed roughly and the door opened as fast as it could, the mandos left the safety of the shuttle to find themselves in the middle of a landing bay, which was situated in the dead center of the facility. Luckily everything was dead quiet, but from a tactical point of view, there were old unfinished ship littering the whole landing bay surrounded by the facility.

Having regained most of her awareness from the adrenaline and the fear of being deployed again, she instinctively brought her gun to her hands as she started scanning the area. ''Give me a moment to scan for the most likely area to have an engine room" She assumed the engine room would be the most logical place to start their search to get the facility working. Seera spun slowly upon herself to have a look at the whole compound when she noticed a part of the building on the northen face of the compound that was noticeably larger than the others. "That could be an office building, we could find the plans of the facility there" She kept scanning around trying to find logical things to provide to the team, deciding to point the obvious she also noted, that on the eastern edge of the compound there seemed to be a hangar. "If anything's working, it'll most likely be there, but our engine isn't there. I'm assuming from expertise that the engine room we are looking for will be as far away from the office building , and most likely underground." At this point she turned towards the southern edge of the compound, a broken down factory style building which seemed to have been partly eaten by rust and mold. The proper door to the building seemed to be absent or replace by one of the many gaping wholes to the building, which seemed to be in the process of falling under its own weight.

"I think its safe to assume we need to keep our helmets on" She says pointing the building riddled with mold and rust. "....Live to be remembered huh..." She chuckled and waited for her team of defenders to lead the way.

Aryn couldn't help but feel a little giddy when asked about how she had gotten somebody else's puke in her helmet. The excitement overrode her nerves as she began the story. "It began as a simple patrol, endless desert wastes. Aethon and I, Aethon being the other on patrol, we decided to stop at a little outpost to nab a quick drink at the end of our patrol. There was a theelin woman there, purple-ish skin, horns and hooves. At first i didn't recognize her as she was half dead from heat stroke, anyways, she came over to us, i guess she knew some Mandalorians and in her delirious state she thought i was someone else. My bucket was clipped to my belt, and the woman ended up hurling all down my leg, and in my helmet. Later found out she was the bounty hunter, Diva Tumi!" Aryn couldn't help to keep the excitement from her voice when she uttered the name. She had met an idol of hers in the flesh, admittedly the circumstances hadn't been the best. "Of course by that time the sand people had surrounded the outpost and we had to get out of their right quick." Hearing the Combat Engineer's offer at an attempt of getting the smell out of her helmet, Aryn smiled beneath said helmet and gave a nod. "That would be lovely."

Aryn finished her story just in time, right as the dropship came down to land. Standing abruptly, grabbing one of the handholds on the dropbays ceiling, she held on tight as the ship jerked to a halt. The bay door dropped open, and the squad of SuperCommandos hastily exited, spreading out with their eyes peeled for danger. Rifle at the ready, Aryn took position behind some crates, eyes on the doorways and catwalks. Listening over comms as the Seera outlined possible objectives, Aryn noticed something about the crates she hid behind. The layer of dust near them had been disturbed, and the crates themselves were much cleaner than the surrounding building. "We might have a problem guys." She muttered over comms before busting the crates locking mechanism with the butt of her rifle. Prying it open, she was met with the sight of glittering Roonstones. "Seems we have the worst case scenario on our hand. Comms quiet, safeties off." Clicking the safety off on her blaster as she gave the order. Turning to her fellow commandos, she gave a series of rapid hand signals communicating that they would head to the office building that Seera had identified, to gather a map and figure out the best course of action. If they were lucky there might still be some functioning security cameras that they could reconnaissance the building with remotely. Of course if they were unlucky, whoever was occupying the abandoned shipyard already had control of the security system.

Aidenn valiantly attempted to restrain his laughter, but ultimately failed horribly, breaking into a fit of chuckling. "That's an....unfortunate turn of events." He continued quietly chuckling as he exited the shuttle and took position at the edge of the landing pad. However, Aryn's mention of there having been people here recently shut him up immediately. Shouldering his rifle, he scanned the buildings surrounding them, acknowledging his comrade's hand signals with a nod as he began moving towards the office building.

Seera laughed as the scenario played out in her mind, but the situation quickly changed and all traces of fatigue vanished as the odds of being in danger drastically increased. She quickly ran to reach the other two mandalorians and take her place in the defensive formation, right in the middle, taking her rifle to her hands. "I'll follow your orders" She said looking at them, knowing that in a situation like this, she was the weakest link to the team, and she didn't want to hold them back. There were no traces of fear in her voice, she was as committed as them to the cause, just not as good with a gun.

She knew that her place in combat wasn't at the frontline but right behind it, ready to support with the best ability she could summon. With her in formation she looked at the other two, put out the safety of her gun and as she did that four men walked out of the officer building, they had an attire that seemed like they've been around for a long time, probably smugglers, they all had a gun in hand and they seemed to be talking about investigating the landing bay, because someone heard some loud noises. It didn't take long for them to notice the mandalorian shuttle, and without any hesitation, they rose their arms and started to investigate the landing bay, making their way towards the hidden Mandalorians.

As the group of commandos neared the office building, four men, guns in hand, stepped out. With a simple hand signal, Aryn signed their death warrants.

As soon as they exited the office, they were met with precisely aimed blasterfire. Aryn herself targeted a sullustan wearing a red vest, with a white kerchief hanging out of the breast pocket. Possibly the alien needed the kerchief for wiping his excessively large nose. Or whatever it was that covered his face. Not that he would be needing it for long. Pulling the trigger, a red blaster bolt spat out, hitting precisely where she had aimed. The white kerchief was incinerated on contact with the blaster bolt, and the sullustan flew back into the wall behind him, dead on impact.

One of the commando's aim was off however, or he fired too late, and his target took the bolt to the collarbone. Stumbling back into the office, clutching his wound, he fell against a control panel, dragging a lever down as he slid off the panel and onto the ground. Behind the Mandalorians, a small bay door began to screech open. Something stirred inside.

Aiden saw the four men exit the building, and tightened his grip on his rifle, looking down it's sight. As soon as the signal was given, Aiden squeezed off a round into the Rodian on the far right, knocking him off his feet as another three bolts from the other commandos bored a hole through the poor alien. Suddenly, his attention was taken by a loud metallic screeching behind him.

As he turned, he sensed a wave of primal anger coming from the opening door, and a sense of danger rolled over him as the creature began to emerge and let loose a deafening roar. "Ooooh fierfek." Aiden quickly brought his rifle to bear and began dumping rounds into the advancing Rathtar, barking a warning to his comrades. "Contact rear! It's a fekking Rathtar!"

Seera was feeling safe, enough, she rose the gun aimed down the sight and shot a human right in the neck. Her aim had been off, but if she was lucky it wouldn't show too much, she was no supercommando and she tried to make all the efforts to compensate for her lack of skills compared to her comrades.
Crushing her back against the cover, holding her gun against her chest like its the only thing keeping her alive, everyone over comms could easily hear her breath.

It wasn't the breathing of a battle hardened commando, but more of a scared but courageous woman able to face her fears and fight through this. Her breathing was rhythmic, meaning that she wasn't in panic, but she was consciously trying to keep her cool in a situation where everything could go wrong so quickly.

latest

Thats when she heard it, the screeching noise of the monster, bursting through the doors in the opposite facility that they were planning to assault, this whole base was one large smuggler outpost, and they were stuck in the dead center of it. Seera saw the Rathtar rush straight towards them, but in her mind it was rushing straight towards her. She froze in space eyeing the incoming monster, going as far as dropping her carbine. It came towards her as fast as it could and in the last moments she'd snap back to reality and reach for her shotgun, taking a blind shot towards the things mouth, having her eyes totally closed right now, scared to death.

The smugglers fell swiftly to the blaster fire, though one managed to stumble his way back inside the office. Fearful that he might trigger an alarm, Aryn rushed the door, clearing the corner of possible assailants before following him in just as he pulled a lever down and slid to the floor, unconscious or dead. Holding her breath anxiously, Aryn awaited the wail of an alarm. Instead, she heard the screeching of durasteel. Scoffing, Aryn was about to signal all clear to the other commandos when she heard a deafening bellow.

Eyes wide, Aryn rushed back to the door just in time to see a flailing Rathtar rolling right at the office building. Beside the door was Seera, the Combat Engineer vital to the mission. "Kessing move!" The woman shouted as she raised her blaster and began to fire. To no avail. The ruby bolts exploded harmlessly against the creatures thick skin. Glancing to her side as the creature bore down on the pair, Seera was glued to the wall, presumably staring in slack jawed horror. Letting her rifle fall on its sling, Aryn pivoted and tackled the engineer, wrapping her arms around the armored woman just as the shotgun went off in her hands. Hand crossing over her wrist, she depressed a button on her gauntlet's wrist module, activating a short burst out of her jetpack.

With a loud fwoosh, the pair of Mandalorians jetted out of the Rathtar's path. The snarling, slavering beast slammed into the office wall, one of its slimy tentacles reaching inside and managing to snag the prone smuggler off the floor. With one swift movement it reversed course while tossing the body into its gaping, tooth filled maw, swallowing the scoundrel in one gulp.

The other SuperCommandos, having evaded the beast's initial charge, surrounded the Rathtar, pouring blasterfire at it as Aryn and Seera went careening off across the landing pad floor. Losing her grip on the Combat Engineer, the pair went tumbling and bouncing, durasteel armor protecting them from being skinned alive as they skidded to a halt against a long durasteel crate with a small thud. Groaning in pain, Aryn pushed herself to her feet as quickly as her aching body would allow. Reaching for her rifle, she realized she must have lost it somewhere in the tumble, and quickly spotted it halfway between the office and her current position. Looking down at Seera, she knelt down and began to hoist her to her feet.

"C'mon! We gotta move! We're sitting ducks to that thing!" She shouted to the woman, her hard and determined voice broken by the slightest quavering of fear.

As the slimy, tentacled beast charged, Aiden leapt to the side, narrowly avoiding the flailing appendages of the creature. Too late he noticed the engineer that had come with wasn't getting out of the way, but he breathed a sigh of relief when Aryn swooped in and saved her. Regaining his footing, he took aim and fired, only for the bolt to fizzle harmlessly against it's hide. Growling in frustration, he sprayed a burst of rounds at its head, managing to hit several of it's eyes. Bellowing in pain, the Rathtar turned and focused in on the source of it's agony.

Realizing his mistake, Aiden turned and ran for the office building door, yelling in panic. "Fall back into the buildings! It can't eat what it can't reach!" Diving into the office area alongside the squad of commandos, Aiden turned to address the others. "That thing is too tough for blasters. Who's got explosives?" Aiden himself had some grenades and a couple wrist rockets, but those alone wouldn't be enough to stop the beast.

The barreling monster quickly vanished from her sight, as the weight of another Mando crushed against her and she was sent flying across the landing bay. The world started spinning as she was barreling against the floor, her armor loosing most of its paint just from her rolling, but that was the least of her worries. Snapping back to reality she quickly realized what was happening, a large alien was attacking her squad, and she was standing there afraid like a house cat.

Painfully standing up from all that tumbling she looked around and noticed Aryn was weaponless, quickly Seera thought of a good course of action, and right now, giving her the shotgun was probably the smartest thing to think of, considering the rathtar was quickly coming back their way, the only thing slowing it down was that it was gulping down the prone man on the ground. Seera didn't feel guilt for him, right now she was past that and really care for her squads survival, and then her own, once again her foolish actions had proven to almost cost the life of a squad mate.

"Alright!" She'd say back to Aryn, while extending her arm towards her, holding the shotgun and pointing the office building where the other mando was rushing to get some cover. "Lets go!" She said to herself expecting the other mando to pick the shotgun from her hand. Seera prepared herself to follow the SuperCommando without any hesitation.

Out of the corner of her eye Aryn saw the other commandos make it to safety inside the office building. Unfortunately that left Aryn and Seera out in the open, primary targets for the ravenous beast. It began to roll their way, a slimy, turgid tumbleweed. Seera pointed to the office building, but the Rathtar was between them and the possible safety of the small office.

"We won't make it!" Aryn shouted with certainty. Glancing around her, the only possibilities on hand was the long, tall durasteel crate behind them, the kind that would carry bulk goods in the belly of a heavy freighter, and a nearby mag crane. "Up!" Commanding with urgency, Aryn activated her jetpack once more for a split second, a short burst bringing her up to the level of the crates top, where she landed with a clang, the durasteel of her boots noisily banging against the crate.

Turning swiftly, the Rathtar was almost to the bottom of the crate, and it would in no way stop the beast. Looking to the mag crane, Aryn spat over her comms. "I have an idea."

Between Aiden and the other commandos, they had half a dozen thermal detonators, a handful of wrist rockets, and an anti-armor missile for one of the commando's jetpacks. Nodding in approval, Aiden gestured towards the landing pad. "Alright, so here's what's going to-What is it?.....Awww shab, that's not good." Having been interrupted by a tap on the shoulder, Aiden's attention had been directed towards the pad and the Rathtar, which had cornered their two compatriots.

"Come on then, let's get out there!" Charging back out into the open, Aiden extended his left arm, took aim, and fired a rocket at the rampaging land octopus. On impact, the explosive severed a tentacle, drawing a wail of pain from the creature, who turned away from Serra and Aryn to focus on the advancing squad of soldiers. "Yeh, that's right ya big slimeball, over here!" A volley of rockets, grenades, and blaster fire battered the Rathtar.

"We've got it distracted. Whatever your plan is, make it fast, vod!"

Seera tried to follow the SuperCommando to the best of her abilities, but she didn't have a jetpack. Seeing the Rathtar barrel down upon her, she saw only one get away possible. She ran out of its way, tumbling out of harms way and quickly ran as fast as possible away from the chasing Rathtar. The creature followed the woman like gum on a shoe, but she seemed to to be able to keep her distance. Being quick was one of her perks that she had developed the most in her training.

No words escaped her mouth, her full concentration was on evading the lashing tentacles, hoping with all her strength that she wouldn't get grappled and swung into the air like a rag doll. Multiple blaster bolts ran through the air to crash themselves upon the creature, wounding it but far from actually causing noticeable harm to it. The Rathtar quickly changed its way to charge towards the super commandos who were spraying it with a volley of blaster death.

Seera rushed to the dropped weapons, trying to make herself useful and bringing them away from the occupied Rathtar and towards Aryn who had dropped her rifle. "Here's your rifle" She'd say, trying to rearm the SuperCommando.

As Aryn turned around from landing on the crate, she realized her mistake. Seera didn't have a jetpack. Cursing under her breath, Aryn was at least glad the other woman had a pair of legs on her as she booked it away from the charging Rathtar. No time for delay, Aryn set her eyes on the mag cranes' elevated control room. Activating her jetpack once again, she soared up and forward in an arc, hands and feet ready to land and catch the ladder below the entrance to the control room. Feet coming down on the durasteel ladder, a moment of panic filled Aryn as her feet slipped off the rung. Grasping desperately as her momentum carried her forwards, her helmet smacked on the ladder with a loud clang, denting the piece of armor and filling her head with a ringing headache. With luck she managed to grasp the ladder and prevent herself from slipping completely off, instead hanging by two hands as her feet kicked for a rung, finding one. With her feet under her, Aryn hauled herself up into the mag crane's control room, clasping a guantleted hand to her head in a feeble effort to cope with the blistering headache.

Stumbling to the control panel, Aryn squinted her eyes at the aurebesh instructions. Slamming the power button, the mag crane wheezed to life. Grasping the control sticks, Aryn swung the crane's arm, and looked down at the landing pad below. The Rathtar had diverted its course, bringing its attention to the SuperCommandos who had mounted a renewed assault on the beast in an attempt to distract it. Swinging the arm and lowering the mag clamp, she attempted to thwack the beast with the heavy machinery.
