Without the Sith, the Empire has lost its soul. This is the belief of Imperial Envoy, Propagandist, and bureaucrat, Armaj Branthom. Though the galaxy often takes note of its great warriors and mighty battles, little credit is given to those that work in the endless mire of bureaucracy to keep things stable.... or tip things in the favor of those that would win the glory. Using secret channels, this gatekeeper of data and the flow of information has let slip a plan to help further destabilize the Empire in favor of a Sith return. Taking only a small amount of all the proceeds for himself, he seeks only to serve the Sith and restore them to their rightful place... and hopefully one day...himself to his own.

Misuse of Funds - Muunilist bankers run a very tight ship and stealing any worthwhile amount of credits for personal gain is nearly impossible. But drawing tiny fractions of the greater retirement fund of Imperial citizens only involves knowing the right banker to squeeze. Single bankers can be in charge of the accounts of billions in the galaxy, and a few small accounting errors can have an unoticable, yet profound effect. And when that banker, a muun named Ajalian Binnk, can reset the clock on the most vulnerable Imperial citizens that would be most prone to unrest... it is important that the Sith know so that they can do what is right.

Lost to Bureaucracy - The industrial capacity of Mygeeto cannot be understated. The sheer volume of resources it can dig up and use for manufacturing is immense. The labor costs are so intense that entire factories are as automated today as they were in the days of the Clone Wars. These factories are often utilized to make warmaterials. One such factory is used to make RDR-008 Battledroids for civil policing. But a quick stop into the factories transport log could change the number of droids in a platoon from 30 to 29, with every 30th droid stepping onto a new transport that moves to a classified location. Though this would not make a galaxy threatening army any time soon, it would make for a powerful assault force for to bolster insurgent campaigns in a matter of weeks.

Administrative Negligence - Knowledge is power, as every great commander knows. And every great spy knows that power of exploitation. But not every great commander or spy knows where to get that valuable information. Fortunately, the bureaucrats do. Ord Trasi is home to an elite Imperial Army school, where some of its best and brightest are trained for war in a very rigorous environment. Each of the students of this advanced infantry training school is inprocessed, along with their homes, banking information, close associates, and families. This information has been catalogued since long before the schism, and in the right hands, great progress could be made in blackmailing even senior staff of the Imperial armed forces.
