In the midst of her studies on Naboo, Aelah was on the brink of a scientific breakthrough. Her paper-mâché mock up of the anti-matter particle accelerator she was attempting to invent. She's study all of the theory and crunched her numbers. The first step at possibly creating, more so copying, matter was at the brink of her fingertips. However she has been unable to find a sufficient energy source. Each of her prototypes ended either by short circuiting or a minor explosion. Some other source of energy would be needed. Aelah took to the library and found anything she could about ancient devices. Her research led her to kyber, a crystal most famously used to power the sabers of both the Sith and Jedi. In ancient times, these crystals were also used to power weapons of mass destruction. Their properties were rather unknown in this current era, as both religious factions tend to keep the knowledge to themselves.

It became clear that the study of kyber would have to be done by herself, but where could she possibly find it. Ithor was a good starting point but the Jedi order has issued a statement forbidding anyone to visit; it was highly likely they would be unwilling to assist Aelah as well. She was unsure whether the Sith would fare any better. Aelah recalled an old Jedi planet, Ajan Kloss, being mentioned in the news before. That is where she would start.

Thus, in an insect riddled jungle planet was a spoiled bratty noblewoman cutting through thick vines that blocked her way. It was mildly hot, but incredibly humid. She was dressed very casually for the occasion: boots, jeans, a button up shirt with a leather coat, and a sunhat. She desperately wanted to loosen up on her outfit but she would expose her beautiful skin to the multi-legged pests ready to nibble and suck for any measly drop of blood. The bug spray she carried help ward them off but a few were stubborn.

"Why am I even out here... I could've just hired an explorer to do this. She huffed and grunted trying to step over brush, logs, and navigate through all of the blockage. A few hours of walking went by and Aelah grew frustrated. "I don't even know where I'm walking! I'm going home." As she turned around her eyes met face to face with a strange reptillian creature Without hesitation she screeched and jumped backwards. As she stepped backwards a perfectly placed tree root tripped her, causing Aelah to fall backwards into a hole covered with leaves. She twisted, tumbled, and flipped around knocking against the side of the roots, brush, and walls of the hole. It all came to a slow stop, Aelah opened her eyes to wide underground opening.

"That's strange.. everything is on the ceil-" she stopped her thought to look down at her feet. Her legs were wrapped up tightly in vines, which had saved her from splattering all over the floor. Aelah looked at her surroundings. There were pillars, wall carvings, and walkways. This was clearly a sign of some sort of temple. I can't believe I found it just to end up dying." The blood began to rush to Aelah's head. Her heart began to race as she panicked, desperately attempting to avoid the thought of her death. "SOMEBODY!!!! PLEASE HELP!!! HELP ME I'M GOING TO DIE! She screamed at the top of her lungs as tears rolled upward on her face into her hair. She tried to sit herself up and untangle the vines but she lacked the core strength to do so.
