Location: The Directorate

Security had always been tight on the approach to Directorate Space, the small, yet advanced, cluster of void-born habitats taking the protection of their hyperspace approaches very seriously. However, since the commencement of the AMS pandemic, the powers that be had increased security further still, seeking to prevent an outbreak of the virus on their own settlements.

Thus far, the renewed vigour had paid off, with the only recorded cases being found one a single ship, currently floating in geostationary orbit off of one of the twenty-two platforms that the Directorate called home. This single ship was a prison vessel, and held a single tissue sample of the virus, the remainder of the vessel empty and awaiting new, living, additions to its study group.

As such, when Salvors guests arrived in the system, they would be greeted by an escort of automated droid fighters, whilst they underwent a range of invasive scans to their vessel and the individuals on board. It wasn't exactly a warm welcome, but difficult times called for harsh measures - and Salvor was not in the mood to engage in yet another long-winded debate about the security measures with the Directorates leader, the aloof Overseer. She was one of their greatest minds, and her considerable intellect had thus far seen them through the ongoing crisis, unharmed.

Salvor wasn't about to put that all at risk.

Standing by one of the hangers, on the station he called home, the representative for the Directorate, Salvor, waited for his guest to pass through security. He was dressed in a white suit, chromium walking cane in his right hand, which he tapped impatiently on the floor. He was reasonably sure what the man wanted to discuss, having done his research on the mans impressive resume beforehand, and was keen to get started.
