Hey guys. So I am looking at Norbs is doing for Czerka corp and I think we should be following suit as far as getting ourselves organized pretty quick. I think we need to narrow down leadership, and what members we for sure are going to have so we can start getting some things going. Anyone opposed?

I agree. We need to figure out which one of us is going to be the Chairman of the Directorate, the Deputy Chairman, and so on. We also need to know who will be the FL and will be posting the main write up for this faction. I ironed out a general idea for the Alliance's organization back in my rough draft for the Corporate Alliance. But keep in mind that that was just a rough draft, and anyone else is free to post their own with other ideas included.

Outlander's list of different indie faction members is pretty useful, we can start off with that and ask people individually, then narrow down who will for sure be willing to make characters for the Alliance and whatnot.

I would advise that an "Organizational Structure" is the first thing to work on. A chairman, CEO, then directors.

Then staff of varying levels and fields. Keep these fields simple with a wide scope on what could be done in that field so that players can have more flexibility in their role.

I don't know if you guys have discussed it, but how much thematic overlap is there between this faction and Czerka? You guys should definitely work together heavily if there's enough. Or run opposition against one each other, corporate warfare and espionage is an element the site hasn't seen before I think.

I intend from my end at least, for there to be a blend of cooperation and competition between the companies. I'll hopefully be working closely with this factions leadership to ensure we can keep interesting stories and collaborations going between the two of us, and on an OOC level I'll support this group in any way I can.
