Well if you have any questions just send a staff member or someone like me a private message, by clicking on our names and selecting "Send private message to So and So". So that it's not spamming.

As Freshy said, sending a PM to your faction leader works wonders for getting a mission. If you just want to start a RP thread and let it roll, then go post something in the Story OOC area [Located HERE] and see if you can't get some people into a thread with you.
