Maximum pistol shots is 20, 50 shots is going into longblaster/repeater blaster territory.

Intent section could use a bit more meat on them bones. And who manufactures these? If this is an ancestor of the DL-44, just use the company that made that blaster.

That, and we already have a pistol that already fills this role perfectly, without the ridiculously huge ammo, and is available on the open market.

I'm not stating that my pistol is superior or anything, but with a gun that already fills the same slot, why do we require two, when this timeline is supposed to step away from everyone having snowflake tech?

Especially as your pistol is even more generic than the Sunspear (disregarding the ammo issue).

(Sorry if this sounded condescending or anything, that was not my intent)

Yeah, this is really generic, and doesn't need a writeup at all. I'll move it to workshop for the generic tag, but something this simple could also just be described in your character profile.
