DESCRIPTION
The Czerka Arms Multi Shot Blaster Rifle or CZ MSBR was built as a wartime weapon for use against the ever increasing number of heavily armoured soldiers and droids. To achieve the stated goal it fires in a burst of 2 blaster bolts. One each from the 2 side by side barrels. Each shot drains 2 charges from the power pack.

To aid in accuracy a simple scope is mounted but even so, the fact the barrels are not mounted in the centre means that accuracy at long ranges is lower. This is not seen as a downside though since most soldiers are only shooting at fleeting targets at long ranges and the increase in the number of bolts is seen as a good trade-off for long range shooting. At closer ranges though the MSBR is deadly since the first shot often burns the armour so the second bolt can punch through.

Though effective the MSBR is expensive and with the lack of large-scale wars only a few where sold. Still, Czerka makes and sells MSBRs an order for them is made and they can be bought off the black market where bounty hunters and mercs have gon to get there's.

LEGALITY
Restricted the CZ MSBR is a purpose-built military rifle and not legal for civilian ownership

INTENT
On a personal level, this will become the standard rifle of my rebel soldier on a larger level this is an example of a Burst firing blaster and for world-building, this is a heavy duty purpose-built military weapon for large-scale battles

ADVANCED TECH
YES as an uncommon military rifle these take effort to get. no matter if you are earning one, stealing or buying from the black market it is a 3 thread plot to get one.

I had a 3 round burst rifle last TL, I think it definitely gives an advantage in PvP, maybe making it a 3-4 thread plot? Just my two cents.

I don't mind having a burst rifle, but I'd rather it not also be maxed out on range and capacity while it's at it. I'm really not fond of the image, either, but it's... passable.

I mean I used a sterling Smg before for a blaster. Figured a obscure German prototype that looks futureristc would work. I mean I can change it if need be. Lots of sci fi guns and blasters out there.

@Loco @AutoFox not sure which one to tag. But after a bit of a discussion over the weapon on Discord I've noticed a bit of an issue with the gun.

The size of it is a bit ludicrous for a rifle, in my opinion. The weight is completely understandable! Something like this certainly needs a drawback. But the length is ridiculous for how it's described/treated. For example, the irl Browning M2 and DShK heavy machine guns (both .50 cal/12.7mm beasts respectively) are roughly 1.6 meters long. On the site the Javelin and Beviin are both 1.4 meters long, and they're both light repeaters. This thing is bigger than any other repeater or sniper rifle on the site, yet it comes off as a battle rifle/assault rifle-type weapon.

Do you guys think it may be possible to recheck the size of the weapon? Cuz despite the weight for its size, a weapon that long will be extremely cumbersome in any situation short of a hangar or open field. And given the typical ranges PvP's occur on the site, this size will definitely be getting in the way of being able to use it effectively. Especially against weapons like the Quickdraw and similar stuff.

@KinkyPrawn you are correct. The long length was from when it was much longer rang and over all more powerful. When I nerfed it I did not change the size. a Size 0f 800mm is more realistic

Hey @AutoFox sorry to bother again. But have you considered changing the size of the weapon to the more realistic one Andrewza suggested?

I'm not really feeling inclined to change the size. This weapon is still fairly competitive, even given that minor drawback. Sometimes things just aren't quite what you hoped they would be when you set out to design them- re; every weapon ever produced. SWRP, on the other hand, has a tendency to think that making a complex piece of battlefield tech basically perfect for whatever role it's supposed to fill is a simple enough task. That's not reality. So the gun is a little bigger than you would ideally like it to be- life is full of disappointments.
