There's actually a new mission pack up which revolves around setting up a new Jedi temple on Jedha. You can RP there if you want. While it's not yet an official Jedi temple it is a sacred place for the Jedi.

Any chance we could RP out the building of the Temple of Eedit in the future? Devaron, M13, is well within Republic space, plus the temple is canon. Onderon and Kashyyyk would also be interesting locations to look at in the future. Naboo is also currently within Jedi territory, and I wouldn't be opposed to Jedi outposts on Dagobah or Endor. I'm not trying to bumrush leadership with ideas or anything, I just wanted to voice that I'm totally down for increasing locations for the Jedi to RP.

Since Onderon and Naboo are both within Jedi territory I doubt we'd need more than a basic mission pack to get them established, Kashyyyk and Devaron would be a little harder to swing since I'm not sure how that would work since the Republic controls those planets. On the other hand, both Endor and Dagobah are basically up for grabs since there's no real need to conquer the planets. Once we have Jedha established, I don't really see any reason to stop there. @Wit if you ever want me to write up a mission pack for any of the planets listed above, just PM me, I'm always down for brainstorming.​

@Undine I've actually been tossing around an idea for a few Jedi to go out an establish multiple smaller training grounds and enclaves (so we're not left entirely homeless due to centralization again and to sort of 'spread the jedi across the galaxy', so to speak) but I haven't really refined the details for a proper pitch yet. It's definately something I could work into the proposal - unless of course the Jedi leadership decide it's good enough to warrant pursuing it immediately, of course.

@Green Ranger To build off your idea, as well as my own, I think since the Jedi of this timeline, being the Army of Light, it would be interesting to have groups of Jedi, RPers who frequently RP with one another, to set up their own conclaves or strongholds. We are suppose to be a bunch of decentralized Jedi fiefdoms spread across the stars. Personally, I can definitely see Emerald, aka Akasha, finding her way to a world like Dagobah and building herself a little mudfort to live in.

After the destruction of Tython, I knew we would almost immediately begin looking for a new stronghold world, Jedha seems a perfect fit and honestly I'm surprised we didn't already have a presence there, especially since Rogue One just came out a few months ago. I was also thinking of do a revamp of Nemeira, my custom planet from last timeline. It's steeped in the light side, and has thousands of abandoned temples that once belonged to the resident Force sensitives of the native species. Interestingly enough, I had originally wanted the planet to be a safe haven for Jedi, perhaps if I did do a revamp the Jedi could move into a few temples, it'd also be very easy to explain random Jedi PCs having their own temple/conclave on Nemeria.

For the time being though, since I don't intend on RPing a Nemirel at the moment, I'm holding off on doing a complete rewrite of the planet/species. Still if faction leadership was interested in the idea, I'd definitely bring the planet back. The deep spiritualism of the world would offer a very similar feeling to that of Tython. Incorporating the Shiyui, basically the resident Force organization of the planet, into the Army of Light could prove interesting as well. While the Army of Light focuses on fighting off the Sith, the Shiyui would focus on healing those affected by the spreading darkness. All in all, that's a lot of work to do at the moment, and I'd much rather focus on the worlds I mentioned in my last post.

Quick note, there actually already is a temple that was discovered on Naboo way back when we did the mission pack there.

There also is a massive temple on Onderon (scroll down to the bottom, though the whole post is gorgeous and worth the read). After helping King Praedyth (@Korvo's Jedi-King) defend his planet from the Sith, the temple was built there.

Oh, my mistake, the Onderonian temple was actually built after an alliance was formed between the Jedi and Onderon.

Wow, a fari bit to respond to. @Undine and @Green Ranger, establishing more temples and safe houses is definitely we can explore, but at this moment I didn't have any plans to push for anything outside our regions other than Jedha. But I am totally fine with doing threads on worlds we already have and setting up stuff there. If you guys wanna push for that I'm all for it!

@everyone else, looks like we have a lot more in terms of temples than we have thought. Feel free to set up stories in any of these locations if you want!
