"My factory, it's the only place on Corellia I consider a safe haven. So long as you keep to this level of hospitality, I will do the same." With that, he looked around once more to see if anyone nearby was listening in, then to the window of the diner and saw everyone was minding their own business. Turning back to the man he was conversing with, he simply motioned his hand for him to follow as he started to walk back to speeder, knowing it would be faster then walking back to the Factory.

Emily glanced at the two men as they got up and started to head out. She payed them no mind though as she had no interest, concern, or even a speck of idea what they were doing. Only very soft murmering was heard, but it was not enough. She again tilted her head aside to the conversation going on towards the other woman with this force-user. She relaxed once more and kept a weary eye on the two to watch for any important hand or body movements.

Quentell nodded and followed Valek to his speeder.
"Your factory is fine. Lead the way."

Meara laughed and tossed her hair to one side. She was not stupid and had her fair share of illegal activity. Hell, she had worked for the Skeleton Guard. He was good looking and obviously a Jedi. It was the way he sat and presented himself, the way he felt in the Force helped too.

"Jedi and the Black Market?"

Her voice was low and her green eyes bore into his as she raised an eyebrow. She knew when people lied.

ooc: sorry for not posting. I was on vacation.

"I'm sorry. This 'Jedi' you speak of not possible. I am merely a mechanic..."

*Then, lowering his voice*

"...with a hand in the Black Market."

*Tyran eyed the lady quite intently. Of course he would feed her lies and such until she was fed up with it or believed it. Whether she would trust his words or not were entirely up to her, but once again, Tyran's ability to persuade people was weak. The conversation was rather loud, and many people either left to disregard Tyran's words and try to not think about the crime happening in their wake or sat listening, waiting for the right words to make themselves rich.*

"But why does this interest you? The Black Market is no place for a beautiful lady such as yourself."

Meara smiled coyly and laughed lightly.

"That's what they said about the Skeleton Guard, but that didn't stop me from joining"

She spoke softly, knowing that no one could hear her.

"Now, stop lying to me, please"

*Tyran just listened and finished his coffee as the waitress droid came around to pour him more coffee. Then, he kept his voice low as he talked, respecting those who didn't want to hear of their 'shady deals.' That way, only those who wanted to hear it could hear it and keep the conversation contained within 2 people.*

"The Skeleton Guard? Never heard of them. And I am not lying to you. I am a mechanic...with a bit of Black Market influence. I am shopping around for some parts, and you seem like the type that wants in on the cut. I can provide you such, but you have to give me something in return. There ain't no free lunch in this world honey."

*Hopefully, this would get her mind off Tyran being a Jedi and just a guy who wanted a quickie with her. Hopefully, there wouldn't be too much of an incident if she was to double-cross him. It was one of those 6th senses that Tyran loved and hated to have; knowing that there was going to be trouble along the way was good, but having to deal with it was another. Maybe after this mission, Tyran wouldn't go hunting for parts in the Black Market...but that would be hard to say if the Black Market always produced the best parts to use.*

Meara smiled sarcasticly and chuckled lightly. She really hated to be lied to and this man was doing his hardest to convince her, but it just was not working. She opened her jacket quietly and nodded to her lightsaber.

"Don't lie to me. I've dealt plenty with the Jedi and I know you are a Jedi"

She smiled again.

"I was just wondering what on earth a Jedi was doing dealing with the black market?"

*Tyran played the role perfectly...although there were some parts where he was truly surprised. This woman was holding a lightsaber, flashing it in public, and Tyran could not feel any strength in the Force in this woman, concluding that she was no Force User. She also wasn't a very good Jedi if she was to show him her lightsaber, or a really strong Jedi in disguise with powers in the Force so great that her Force Signature was hidden from him, which was very unlikely. He knew that most Jedi Masters could do this, but would strain themselves in some way to do so, and he could feel no such strain from her.

Jaw dropping and eyes widening, Tyran just gaped at the woman for a moment before speaking in a low tone*

"Are you trying to get both of us killed here? Flashing a lightsaber in a diner is ludicrous, let alone this is a Black Market diner! Whoever you are, put that thing away immediately before we both run into trouble!

Here I am, eating breakfast, sitting with my associate negotiating a deal, and here ou come, all bustling and happy that I am this so called 'Jedi' of yours and think I am lying. Well I'll tell you this miss, I am not a Jedi and I definately want to get away from you or else my business deal will go up in flames now that I am associated with a person with a lightsaber!

For all I know, you could be the Jedi tricking me!?! What do you want from me?!"

*Eyes crossed Tyran and the woman, passing them with wonder, anger, and craziness in their eyes. Hopefully, none of these people were going to get Tyran and the woman arrested. It could turn real ugly if the cops arrived, or real smoth if the woman would just stop talking i public and go somewhere private to talk with Tyran.*

The pale green helmet that was scraped, dented, and worn by use was put easily on Emily's head and sealed to her suit's collar. Both eyes were up now and she made no intention of hiding her staring at the commotion that was happening closer to the otherside of the bar. Arching an eyebrow in curiousity she watched the woman and the man talk about something, the voices hardly raised from the whisper it was already at and the body language was limited and few.

Who are these people? Emily rose from her booth and grasped her sniper rifle with her right hand. She easily strapped it around herself so the rifle pointed up and was on her back. She walked casually, taking a seat at the stool of the bar getting closer to the two. Emily angled herself so she was facing the bar with her side with her elbow and forearm propped on the bar table. She remained half-way facing the two watching for any other signs of interest.

Emily sat patiently, knowing it probably had no deal with her or no where near there, but she was curious to as of what was going on and wanted to find out. They did seem a bit different to be in a black market, but that's how the galaxy was. Curiousity killed the cat... Emily reminded herself, but she had to continue.

Meara cold feel Emily behind them. She did not know who she was, of course, but she did have the Force on her side. Meara had no formal training in the Force, but she was a sensative and she knew when someone was watching her. It was her training as an assassin that gave her the ability to sense people.

She sighed and looked at the man. Her lightsaber was already covered back up when he started freaking out. She smiled and let him continue before taking out her datepad. She pressed a few bottons and slid it across the table for him to get the information.

*Tyran merely smirked. To play the role of a mechanic/Black Market bidder was quite simple. Drama and acting class were actually one of the few things Tyran was decent at, if not above average than others. However, this did bring upon him the duty to keep an eye on this woman as a Jedi. Sometimes he wondered if he would have a multi-personality disorder because of such acting.

Now...he could be a very nice gentleman and give her the correct place where the bidding and auction would take place, or he could be the good Black Market bidder and give her false information so that she could go and feel stupid after believing his worthless information. But Tyran would be smarter and step above all of this. He would use her...as much as he didn't like it, use her to access more funds and let her do the bidding for him. It would be like cruising through the Black Market.*

"You are crazy, aren't you?! Give me money for it, or work for me as partners and we'll have some real interesting fun tonight, eh?"

Meara smiled.

"I love fun"

She leaned over the table and whispered.

"I also like the truth so we should probably start with that"

She was not stupid. She knew what he was up to.

*Truth, eh? This lady was crazy. Deception was the name of the game, as any person with common sense would know that the Black Market was no place for honest people. The Black Market was made up of conniving, sly, deceitful bastards who made their living off of slaves, illegal riches, and washing their hands in dirt that couldn't be wiped away.*

"You want the truth? Fine. You first. After all, by my count, I don't even know who you are and you're accusing me of being a liar."

*Hopefully, Tyran would find out a bit more about this lady while quickly putting together an alias that would suit the need of the situation. Taking into account his apparel, weapons, quick-thinking, and knowledge of the Black Market, he would play Lou Faell, human mechanic with relations to some of the most notorious gangsters in the galaxy.*

Meara thought for a second. There was not much to say about herself. She was a nobody now. She used to be a somebody, but then she turned her own people in. Now, she was nobody.

"I am nobody. I have no home, no friends, no partners. It is just me and my skills"

It was the truth. The words stung as she spoke them. Until this point she had never realized how alone she really was.

occ: no problem. I did too:D

*Tyran raised his eyebrow slightly, quite visibly showing the act of surprise. Here he was, talking with some girl who called herself a nobody but who wanted in on the Black Market. He knew she would keep feeding him lies, but it was okay. He didn't need to know how she lied or when she lied, but why she lied. If this deal was going to go through right and if all worked out well, they would be on their separate paths and on their merry way in life. If not, one of them might have to go to jail, and Tyran wasn't going.*

"No name, no history, but a particular set of skills, huh? I find that hard to believe, miss. Leave the history, but name and skills will do for now."

Meara smiled.

"You never asked for my history. My name is Meara"

She really had no problem telling him her real name because she had nothing to lose. Her skills on the other hand would take some more truth from him.

"Tell me about you even though I know you're gonna lie"

"Funny you should say that. I was thinking the same thing about you."

*Tyran just smiled lightly. Preconceived stories ran into his head quite well, and this was one of those situations. He carefully mapped out some bits of pieces of information together and then began to re-iterate what he had already practiced possibly thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of times.*

"My name...is Lou Faell. I am a mechanic with a fancy for 'expensive' parts. My set of skills...well, I'll let you imagine what I can do with my occupation. So Meara...what can you do? As I see it, I still hold all the cards."

Meara shrugged. She really could care less who held the cards. This was starting to bore her anyways.

"I can do pretty much anything"

She wasn't kidding, either. She was a trained assassin and that consisted of a lot skills. She did not feel like listing them out for this man though.

"Really now? How good are you at negotiating and haggling?"

*This was the perfect opportunity to get Meara to get his parts without even present at the Black Market auction. This would give him time to roam around and look at the other items being sold, use a couple of tricks to get his items, and scram. Of course, he had the obligation to arrest most of these folk because he was a Jedi, but if he did, then a) he wouldn't get his parts and b) another one would just pop up and start over again. Tyran's theory of how this worked was that the Jedi secretly kept tabs on the Black Market and controlled it indirectly to some extent. It was probably the main reason why they would scold him and turn the blind eye, but not expel and strip Tyran of his title as a Jedi Knight.*

"It so happens that if you can negotiate and haggle, I can get more bang for my buck, which helps both me and you. Of course, this is merely common sense. But, if you can haggle well, and I mean damn well because most of these sellers are stingy and have some type of illegal dealings that I can't be associated with explicitly, then I will buy you something free of charge.

It will be equal to your skills and how well you did, so don't worry about whether the item will be a worthless trinket. The real question is if you can haggle? Yes or no?"

"I can, but that doesn't mean I want to"

She looked at him and smiled sweetly. She was not going to make this easy on him.
