Complete credit deletion?

Hi

My sub-account @Arianna Marris was around 880+ credits and level 2 last night. Today I come on site and see she is at 0 credits and level 1.

Is this part of the same system issues that re-calculate credits? Or is this a more serious technical error that will require fixing?

Last night you requested that a sub account was unlinked from your account, after that was done it triggered the glitch that drops one or several other sub-accounts to 0. It's not always the case, but sometimes when an account is altered in some way the glitch is triggered. The glitch, however, is harmless because shortly after it will always correct itself without any intervention by the staff, as it did in your accounts case. As I explained in Axym's thread, the system regularly (automatically) recounts words and reassigns credit so any issue that pops up with credits requires no staff intervention or worry on the member base's part.
