Commandos - Rebel Squad

Comrades,

I was thinking in form a permanent squad, so please send your comments on this ideas:

1. A squad with 4-6 rebels;
2. Increase the accomplishment of missions;
3. With active members;
4. Various occupations involved (pilots, spies, soldiers...);
5. Commitment in finish missions and increase the rebel force;
6. Will provide a deeply knowledge of our partners;

I have an ex-senator from Utapau but he is done with most of his time of fighting. he has a small group of soldiers from his days of the Utapauan Skyforce. I'd be happy to NPC as a couple of these guys. just let me know

Question: In the Squad area, are we supposed to submit a name idea?

I recognize my mistake, its really messy, because we only have one squad at the moment, but the idea is that in the future we have more, so you can choose your squad.
My suggestion was that initially we have just the squad Commandos.

It looks good, how many men the ex-senator has? Maybe you could sign in the ex-senator himself, and accordingly the mission send a representative that fits.

I would severely recommend going by something other than just 'Commandos' because that is really generic and, IC wise, there will probably be more than one group of those. Plus technically you're not gonna be Commandos in the proper sense, so...

well his rank is a member. i don't really know what you can do with an aging ex senator. I am just making threads of him in the past so I can request a promotion so in today he may have his own small ship under his command. as far as number I don't have a specific amount because I was told my character is not allowed to be a planetary influencer. (too much power and such) I did give him some men though who follow his orders from their days in the Skyforce

I agree. The name Rebel Commandos is also broadly used already, doesn't really inspire that "team"-mentality.

As you must know there is many political and influence missions, so the ex-senator would probably fit in it. Regarding his team, the senator could designate some of them to go in missions that involves combat, so you could NPC them with the ex-senator's men.
