Zakrym La had finished reading and reviewing the reports of Knight Tazlen Axil involvement on Ailon. When Zakrym had met the Knight, he had only viewed him as a hot-headed Jedi who sought to bring the fight to the Sith. It was clearly a fault in Zak's judgement. Knight Axil had showed immense restraint, impassioned speaking, and laid out convincing arguments in favor of the Jedi Order and Resistance. Through this one Jedi's efforts, a new ally had been made and the embers of hope were beginning to stoke themselves back to life. A small smile crept across Zak's face as the pride swelled in his chest, he reached up and turned on his holo-communicator to address the majority of the Jedi Order.
"Fellow Jedi," Zak began, a soft smile on his lips, one that would fade with his next words. "We have been through trying time these past few decades. Even now, we mourn the loss of members of our Order, our family." Zak continued, referring to the deaths of Jedi Master Crix and Tarrel, as well as the Knights Zayn and (assumedly) Sarella. "And while we will miss their presence within the halls of our Order, we must also celebrate our victories." He explained. "Most recently, one among us as shown themselves to be an example of everything a Jedi needs to be in this era." He continued, his soft smile reappearing on his lips. "Their passionate, charismatic, humble, and most importantly honest argument have brought new, powerful allies into the Resistance." Zak's voice raised in tempo and pitch slightly has he explained this individual accomplishments to the rest of the Order. "My brothers and sisters, while this individual has requested their identity to remain undisclosed, I would like to recognize this Jedi for convincing the Ailonian Nova Guard to join the Resistance. For their consistent willingness to stand for the values of our Order. And most importantly, for being a shield to the denizens of the galaxy." Zak explained, acknowledging and praising Knight Tazlen Axil for all he had done. "The galaxy needs Jedi like them in it. The galaxy needs Jedi like all of you in it. May you all be reflections of our Order just as they have been and may the Force be with all of you."
With that Zak would click off the holo-communicator, he would get up from his chair within his ship, and he would leave to find his Padawan, Lucifrey Sol. It had been far too long since they had spent anytime together and he felt it was time to change that.
