The second Lynn realized the Lightsabers going out, she spoke up, giving a sharp "Stop," but she could not speak on as Jack was still in the middle of his attack. She was kn a bind now, as her left shoulder was at least strained, if not broken. Blocking the attack was thus out of the question, pushing him back was also requiring both hands. What she could do, was unelegant but effective. She used her hand to not push him back, but straight down, so his jump would come way shorter then he intended. Since he still had a lot of momentum, she took a step back, but still was hit, albeit only barely at her belly.

Giving Jack a stern look, she proceeded "The test is over. Since you are less hurt, please collect the trakning sabers." she then turned a little so she could keep both of them in her sight and activated her armband com wich was swiftly answered.

"Blue"
"I already told you, my name is"
"I broke a Padawan, can you come and fix him? Training room 32"
"You.. What? I'm there in a moment"

With that cleared, Lynn addressed the two "A real Lightsaber combat is solved with a final blow in between five and seven seconds. You had ten. I expect my Padawans to improve in that regard. Also, if you try a pincer attack, take any angle that does not involve the damage of hitting each other. Something in between ninety yo one hundred and fourty is fine. If your skill is not trained enough to keep an eye on your opponent and move if necessary, do not use it, even if you have a partner capable to distract. You are beginners, but have potential. Work harder to improve. And learn telepathy."

Vergil was hurting, the sabers had done quite a number on him. With a grunt, he stood up, barely able to handle the pain. He was going to get some good practice with his healing following this foray. He was livid, but focusing on the pain brought his temper under control. That and a sense of elation that, to a degree, the pair actually managed to do some damage to the warrior. He walked over to Lynn and somehow managed to pay attention.

"I expect MY Padawans to improve in..." A lump formed in Vergil's throat. He had a new master! He had to struggle to keep tears from his eyes, both from the excitement of a new master and from lightsaber burns. He wondered what Master Yu would think of finding this new master. He hoped Master Yu would approve.

"So Master, will you teach us how to improve our telepathy?" He asked, swaying a little bit.

"The test is over. Since you are less hurt, please collect the training sabers." Lynn said exchanging a stern look with Jack. He extinguished the blades he wass holding and drew on the the force an to immediately collect the various sabers scattered across the training room floor and piling them up neatly in the corner of the room with a quick gesture of his hand. Once this take was complete he leaned casually agaisnt the wall and listened to the rest of what the master had to say.

When the master had done speaking Vergil then asked "So Master, will you teach us how to improve our telepathy?. Jack figured his telepathy did not need developing. " Forgive me for speaking out place master but I believe my telepathy is as good as its gonna get. I was hoping to improve on my Niman"

The former Sith nodded when asked about teaching telepathy, but remained silent as Jack spoke up. Her look changed somewhat and a hint of a smile appeared around her lips, but it faded as quickly as it appeared.

Snce she already felt the presence of her called Jedi sister in arms closing in, she spoke calmly "I understand. Being able to use two lightsabers is indeed one of the important things a Jedi needs to be a warrior."

She was not able to proceed her explanation further, just as planned. The reason was the entrance door that was supposed to be still sealed being opened forcefully with a loud screech from someone outside, directly followed by a blue blurred line that aprubtly stopped in front of the Jedi knight. Itwas a Chiss in a prototype of some heavy armor, bright glowing and angry red eyes and sweated trough long black hair with white tips bound to a low ponytail, poking Lynn's chest repeaderly while bickering "Didn't I told you to be careful around the Padawans? You can't just run around and waltz..." she stopped as she realized the strange face made by the Knight while being poked. So far, Lyn could cover and bury her pain quite well, but the heavy poking was a little much right now.

Placing her finger on the Knights chest, directly in the middle of her collarbones, she used the confact to measure the damage taken. She was not surprised to feel the bone fracture and used her ability to aid and accelerate the natural healing process.

Only then her blazing gaze went to the two other in the room and she asked "What where you doing with these Padawan.." "MY Padawans" "Uhh.. Your Padawans?" the Chiss did not even attempt to hide her surprise "That's even worse! You're supposed to train them, not mush them right away!"

Lynn at this point felt a strange need to defend herself and snapped "Hey, this was a completely tame Warmup, I did not even use my blades!"

Then she collected herself and introduced the two Padawans first "These are Jack and Vergil," followed by a introduction of the Chiss "This is Jedi Master Blue, also known as Taruna Eskarian.[\font]"

And then Lynn smiled "Jack here got his Telepathy as far as it gets and requested sone Niman training, think you could give some pointsrs?"

Vergil sat down quietly against the nearby wall. It didn't seemed that Jack was going to have the first go. Something that Vergil didn't mind so much while he was experiencing so much pain. Placing a hand on some of the worst spots, Vergil tried to focus enough to help them heal, or at least eliminate the pain. But he couldn't keep the concentration long enough for it to go anywhere. The floor seemed cool and was calling his name, his eyes were growing heavy. Yet Vergil knew that nothing good could come if he closed his eyes. Besides he didn't want to miss seeing what this Chiss could do.

"Good luck Jack," He managed.

Jack bowed as padawans should to those of higher ran in the wondering if Lynn had set him up just to get hurt when he said he didn't want to practice telepathy. If it was he was guaranteed to loose against a Jedi with one hundred times the skill in her little finger than he had in his whole being. In nay case he just readied himself in case like before chose to attack him by surprise at Lynn had letting the force flow through as he did.

The armored Chiss' face lightened up, which was not only in her smile but also in the intensity of the glow of her red eyes. "Is that so? I was waiting ages for someone to test my new skill!" if the woman was trying to mock him or did not believe him, she was excellent in her endeavor to hide it, because it really looked like she was pleased to hear that.

With some quick steps she went to Vergil and placed an hand on his unhurt shoulder, quickly determining the amount of damage he suffered "Well then, brace yourself for an telepathic experiment, and as you know you can defend agains it by simply..." she of course proceeded to explain how to defend, but the only ones hearing it would be Vergil who was about to be healed and Lynn.

Jack, on the other hand was bombarded with the sound of a giant bell right to his left, a crying baby, the firing of a platoons worth of repetier blasters and the ringing of a dozens of commlinks, not to forget the yelling of a wookie singing a ballad right into his left ear and the hissing of a lot of light saber duels all around him. Bomb explosions in a cascade finalized the process and the padawan felt the connection started by Taruna, as well as the fact that she was not willing to let him interrupt the connection by himself. He would have to fight for his freedom of mind, and that tremendously.

(Assume we are skipping vergil since he is in the middle of being healed )

He cringed placing his hands over his ears, not ready for the sounds piercing his ears, and drilling into his skull. The sound of the Chiss's voice drowned out by a million and one sounds, breaking down his concentration when he tried to gather some sort of control of his will unable to shake the mental barrage being thrown his way before he could even object to her rooting through his mind and his precious memories. Unable to protect himself effectively he was forced to give and admit defeat, maybe his telepathy was not as far as long as he thought BUT he did not want to give them the satisfaction of surrendering so instead collapsed on the ground.

Both, the Jedi Knight and Jedi Master watched as the Padawan collapsed with widened eyes an silent but open mouths for a few seconds.

"Well, that was super effective" the Knight finally remarked with no lack of sarcasm in her voice, earning her an angry look from the Chiss. "You told me he was trained! That could have ended very, very badly!"

"That's exactly what he said! It's not my fault that he's so stubborn..." the Knight justified herself as the Master rushed over to the unconscious Padawan. She was relieved to see neither blood from the ears or nose and a more thorough examination revealed no physical damage.

A short burst of healing energy would be enough to get him back into the realm of the conscience and she gave him a warm, apologizing smile "Sorry about that. I was not aware that no one told you. A simple spoken 'stop' would have made me stop immediately. That's the perk of being a padawan. You should use it whenever necessary. Your duty is not to prevail hardship, but to learn how to do so correctly."

The knight chipped in at this point "Also, You need to learn the difference between pride and false pride. There's no shame in not knowing the right defense or overestimating yourself. The shame begins when you're unable to know your limits and taking help because you are knowing when you're bested in something. On the battlefield, you recognize the heroes instantly for dieing the fastest while having the least impact in a positive outcome. You're a Padawan. A learner. You're not supposed to excel in all and every season. You're supposed to learn where you limits are, how to enhance yourself and how to not fall unconscious just to escape the 'blame' for not being prepared."

She exchanged a look with the Chiss then looked at her two padawan "I can help you two being a better fighter, one who really makes a difference in battle. Not only in skill, but also in mind. A Warrior of light fights to protect, to build a better future. You two can do that. You can become knights. But you have a long and hard road ahead of you. Training dismissed. I will see you two tomorrow at five in the morning here in this room again. If you two show progress, I will try to convince Taruna here to teach you mimban and those Force powers I do not have."

" Shutup!" he said angrily to the master interrupting her before she could finish her monologue " You don't get the right to go off on a high and mighty speech about how we are not skilled enough after pulling (insert star wars related swear here) like that and expect me to take it as though you dispensed some sort of peals of wisdom. You knew I was untrained but you insisted on your mate violating my mind just to prove some asinine point about how you know best. I don't care if this is your method of training against the sith enemy and if this sort of mistreatment is what i expect from training with you I want no part of it, you failed today as a teacher!."

His anger boiling over he got out there before they could get a word in and made his way down the corridor trying to compose himself but could not control the white hot rage at the Knights actions which to him where unforgivable.

Lynn remained calm while Jack spoke up, mostly because she had to not let her old habit of simply choking him take over. As he was gone, she looked at the Chiss with some strange glint in her eyes. "I told you I am not fit for having Padawan. I will lay down this intention until I really am ready for that. Class dismissed, indefinitely" and as she spoke the last words, she left the room and her intention to teach Padawans for now.
