It had been a long week for Gemma as she procured Mjolla's serum, but she managed to do it. By tearing apart Mjolla's blood samples with several different pieces of equipment, Gemma learned extensively about the issue that is happening to Mjolla's cells, but reversing the process seemed a little more difficult that she originally stated and understood. With all the walls that appeared, Gemma was more than pleased with herself when she learned that she had actually finished a day earlier than she quoted. With a day of relaxing, Gemma went over her research thoroughly to make sure she understood it for when she talked with Mjolla. She also was waiting for her second serum to be ready from the processor. It was far more simple to increase the damage instead of reverse it, so she had waited until the end to do it; it was extra, so it was treated as such.
The next day was beautiful, the break in the clouds seemed to resemble the break in tension Gemma felt from the work. With a quick shower and an items check, she was on her way back to the palace she first met Mjolla in. She walked clear passed the guards as they nodded, now that they knew who she was. She remembered the last time she was hear and how the tension was thick; today there wasn't any. She was here to turn in a job and that was that. She walked into the main entrance and waited in the lobby after nodding to one of the many assistants Mjolla had. It was almost ten minutes before the assistant came back; the entire time Gemma occupied herself by studying the new layout of electronics that she had helped with last time.
“Ms. Mjolla will you see you now.”
“Thanks”
It was a very business like conversation. Gemma rose from her seat and walked behind the assistant turned guide. She walked into the same office where she spoke with Mjolla before and saw the gorgeous woman behind the desk. She stepped into the centre of the space before her desk and waved very calmly.
“Hey, I have those things you wanted me to look at. It was very informative, and I believe that you will be happy with the results.”
