Cover Your Mouth: People of Kliffen on Commenor have been getting sick. Some suspect the water supply has been tampered with. There has been much political tension in this town and the citizens are blaming their Mayor for the people getting sick and the lack of not taking action. During your investigation help those who are sick with the disease while finding out the cause of their illness, as well as why their Mayor is not providing the help they need.
