"That would be appreciated." finally breathing enough to look over and shoot her a smile. They settled on a plan quickly. It was the best option they had, both of them decisive enough to settle on the best option quickly.

"That would explain why it was marked as totally uninhabited in the records." it would also explain how they had been able to disappear without a trace if they had been behind the attacks on the other ships.

Their ship shot out of the canyon on the far side, and they began to look for any sight signs of life. The ridge rose up to their left, caves marking entrances into the mountain at various points.

They stayed low to avoid further misle fire. As they passed over a small sand dune, the scanners cut out for a second before they flickered back to life. Maybe it was the storm, or maybe he had screwed up the ship earlier, or it was possible that whatever this group was using to hide themselves had caused it.

"Put the ship down over there." he pointed off to the right in between two rock outcroppings.

Once they were truly out of danger (for now), Kalique leaned back ever so slightly before she gave Jon an apologetic smile. "So, I haven't really done such maneuvers in years. Be honest, was it bad?". They had both surely been pressed into their seatbealts, but in the co-pilot's chair, he had probably gained some different, yet perhaps helpful insights he could offer as some honest feedback.

Kalique was obviously no pilot, but she was relatively happy with how this first trick had worked. "The atmosphere is okay. A little to dry, but survivable" she pointed out, further agreeing with him. It made sense. It was a planet for off and overlooked by many. If there were groups dwelling under the surface, perhaps that's why no one ever thought someone was truly lining here.

They began searching for a fitting point until the scanners finally stumbled upon something it seemed. "Yes sir" she confirmed, a smirk crossing her lips before she brought them down carefully. The landing whirled up quite a mass of sand, but as there were dry winds all around, she assumed it wouldn't cause much of a noticeable disturbance.

"We'll need our helmets" she pointed out with a sigh as the ship touched the ground, not actually a fan of covering her face as it kind of dulled her senses a little, but given the atmospheric circumstances, they just had to. "The planet's surface truly doesn't seem to hospitable". Well, and apperently neither were its inhabitants, but they had to find the Imperial.

"Okay.." the ship's systems had gathered all the information necessary, so with the right coverage, they'd be fine in the dry, sandy winds. "Let's get ready". Kalique still had to change into her armor and put on the helmet and she wasn't really thrilled about the sand that would be blown inside, but once Jon was done, too, she let the ship's ramp down.

She had handed Jon a portable scanner and once she set the first foot on the ground, she began reaching out with the Force. "Nothing yet...maybe we should go round the first dune" she then suggested through the comms, jutting her chin towards their left.
