Clan Ordo
A knife in the dark is more valuable than a thousand swords at dawn

Clan Ordo was one of the most pro-Sith of the clans during the troubles leading up to the First Civil War more than a decade ago. Led by Apollo Ordo, with Jon Viggo at his side, the Clan emerged from the Civil War in a more powerful position than ever before. Indeed, Apollo Ordo was one of the closest of companions to the Mandalore Corden Vencu. With the sometimes-non-traditional tactics of Apollo and Jon Viggo leading the way, Clan Ordo quickly established themselves as the intelligence-gathering a secret police wing of the united Mandalorian Clans during the Core Campaign and the years after. In the decade since the Core Campaign, however, Apollo Ordo has been declared Missing, Presumed Dead. His second-in-command, Jon Viggo, was stuck within the Imperial side of the blockade and was missing in action as well for all intents and purposes. The Clan shrunk over the years, though most recently they were guided admirably by a young warrior named Delmon Skyblade. Delmon was the leader of Clan Ordo immediately prior to the Genocide, and it was he who helped bring the once-missing Jon Viggo back into the fold. And it was a fortunate thing for all parties that he did. Though the circumstances around how he got the information remained unclear for a long time, the facts of the matter are that Jon Viggo knew of the impending attack on the Ordo base on Dxun and was able to warn Delmon in time for all but the weakest of Ordos to escape the Imperial assault. In fact, those wounded and weak Ordos left behind on the jungle moon were able to pack one heck of a surprise for the attacking imperials, managing to destroy an entire star destroyer before being wiped out. Since then, though they escaped the worst of the Genocide, the Clan could not escape the truth of their situation in the galaxy. In order to survive, the warriors of Clan Ordo mostly went their separate ways, many joining the fledgling rebellion, in order to stay off of Imperial radar. In the last weeks, though, there has been a stirring. Jon Viggo has returned, with word of a new mission not only for the Clan but for every Mandalorian warrior left in the galaxy. Viggo painstakingly tracked down as many of his former colleagues as he could and began spreading out feelers, looking for any other Mandalorians he could find, Ordo or no. The time for vengeance was nigh. Together, they would be strong enough to reach out and strike back at the source of their near-extinction. Beliefs Jon Viggo believes strongly in a new way for the Mandalorian people. As a student of history, he appreciates more than most of his brethren that the Mandalorians over time have faced trouble after trouble - and mostly the source is their own stubbornness and unwillingness to adapt beyond their cherished-but-outdated cultural quirks. Mandalorians have for far too long placed an unhealthy emphasis on being the biggest and strongest - typically, lacking heavily in the wits department in the process. As a spook himself, Jon Viggo knows all too well that the biggest dog in the fight isn't always the one who wins. Beyond that, Viggo appreciates the potential that the Mandalorian people as a whole - even after the attempted genocide - still wield in terms of their ability to help the galaxy in this time of strife. Beyond anything, though, Jon Viggo wants to help the Mandalorians establish a legacy for themselves beyond being known simply as a roving band of maniacal space-warriors. Organization |

{{OOC: Starting out small, gaining numbers mostly from IC word-of-mouth, Clan Ordo can only claim roughly 3 dozen NPC assets at the moment. No major tech assets claimed at the moment, though an update will be submitted in the near future. In terms of monetary wealth, they have access to the vast personal wealth of Jon Viggo, though the secretive warrior is reluctant to divulge too many details about where the money comes from.))
