B I O G R A P H Y

HoloFlex is a chef and a personal trainer, first and foremost. He aspires to be the peak of physical fitness and Orcish performance - a living demonstration of what a life working towards musculature can achieve.

Born to a family of spacers, Hans spent his life on the move. As a teenager, tired of drifting from place to place, he took to weightlifting as an activity to practice. He took to it instantly, regularly shattering powerlifting records for his schools that he bounced from. No doubt aided by his Orcish genes, Hans approached the sport with a seriousness and intensity that led to the creation of his online persona - HoloFlex. HoloFlex is a chef, motivational guru, and weightlifting aficionado - basically, the personality of Hans to an exaggerated extent. To find a niche in a galaxy rife with content, he started cooking 'FitMeals' for Orcish lifters.

Inspired by other celebrity personal trainer/chefs, "Holoflex" decided to go to school to pursue his dreams of being the ripped chef to the stars. Unfortunately, the rising cost of coursework (combined with his truly ridiculous debt on personal supplements) forced him to seek out "private funding" for his education. That is to say, he fell into even deeper debt. Eventually, he turned to crime to finance his personal training schemes - using his bulk to roughhouse debtors on behalf of various syndicates. The life of crime pays enough just to get him by.

While he has currently stalled his social media platforms as he remains a criminal, his true dream of training until all his bones break remains ever-present in his mind.

P E R S O N A L I T Y

HoloFlex isn't precisely soft-spoken, but he isn't as brash as his outward appearance indicates. He has a cheerful demeanor and deals rather well with most situations, remaining a soft spot in a storm. He enjoys good company, but is equally at home with a good book or gal-cast.

This is the opposite when exercising. Lifting weights is a major source of emotional, mental, and physical relaxation to him - be prepared to face his rage if you interrupt his gym time without good cause.

His cuisine combines the raw palette of the Orcoloan peoples with sensible seasonings, grains, and vegetables to make for great meal prep meals. He sells these in bulk on his website.
