Chaya is a morally and ethically corrupt being, she is ruthless and cunning and will perform any task required regardless of the collateral damage and/or consequences, as long as the price is agreeable with her. She works well in a team who share her beliefs in monetary gain at the expense of others, however she has no problem in taking out or leaving behind anyone who will jeopardise her reward. This has often led to other sentients in the crime world steering clear of her, but she is one of the best technicians for hire in the Coruscant underworld.

PERSONALITY:
Chaya Talavara was fashioned by both her barbarous upbringing in the Saleucami crime world, but furthermore by the remorseless and nefarious criminal underbelly of Coruscant. She has taken contracts with various crime lords who were willing to meet her high price in order to garner a professional reputation as well as build a hedonistic lifestyle for herself. She is a generally profligate woman with little regard for others, enjoying criminal activity in the pursuit of underworld prestige and an inherent thirst for lawlessness.

BIOGRAPHY:
Chaya was born to Pantoran parents on the desert planet of Saleucami. Early in her childhood her parents joined the galactic war efforts of the Hutts and never returned home from battle. Soon after her parents' disappearances she was exiled from her caldera-city home and left to fend for herself on the streets. Much of the Saleucami urchins, remnants of the bitter war struggles that gripped the galaxy, were fostered by local crime bosses in an attempt to expand their homeworld influence and create footholds and advantage in the nearby Talcene Transit - a nexus to central galactic trade routes. Chaya grew within this corrupt environment and developed advanced technological skills that were utilised by local crimelords to infiltrate cargo ships, warehouses, and various caches that were looted and remarketed by the overarching criminal syndicates. During her early twenties she was betrayed by her immediate boss during a narcotics heist gone wrong, and her face was published to the local Saleucami government and authorities. With her tech-specialist knowledge she managed to forge documents for herself and gain immigrant passage on a Trade Freighter destined for Coruscant.
After several years of inculcating herself within the Coruscant underworld she was ready to advance into the nightscape and further fuel her criminal soul.
