So upon making a character, i have two in mind but need advice from two faction's.

Sith: Making an Ex-Sith female, who had left and went Awol during the bombing of the Mandalorian homeworld, would this be allowed?.

Mandalorian: I am making a sort of Split off faction Mandalorian group that went rogue during the Mandalorian's Alliance with the Sith, the character i am making has been sent out from their hidden base to try and unite them [ alot i know being new and all ], how would this go down OOC and IC wise?.

You could do both. The Sith would be easier, and so long as she wasn't a crusader I don't see why Weiss would have an issue with it unless you're claiming she's someone important or trained under someone important. Would probably be best just to ask him and give him the specifics just to be safe.

A Mando splinter group is theoretically possible, but might be kind of hard. I don't think you'd need to make a faction if it was just to be a part of the Mandos backstory, but if you wanted real assets you'd have to do the whole Indie faction write up and approval process. Though that is entirely up to the admins as whether they think the Mandos should be allowed to have something like that is up to them. OOC I'd say decide if you want this splinter group to be a indie faction and go from there. IC I'm not really sure besides start RPing trying to find other Mandos like Arya or Echoylir as they'd probably be the most prominent ones.

He'd be by himself unless you count his NPC sister, but he'd have grown sick of the stories and decided to strike out himself and force a union.

Hmm, should be fine so long as the splinter group wasn't very large, and by that I mean quite small. Other than that it shouldn't be too much of a problem, but it does depend on how you end up putting it into practice/writing it and explaining it. In any case I would wish you the best of luck with trying to unite the clans, as many have tried and failed, and I'm not even sure the admins will allow the clans to become fully united again, or even remotely so. Haha.
