Are hapan ships allowed in this timeline? I like their designs and was just wondering if a pc could have one

It depends on the size. Player Characters can't have capital ships (150 Meters or larger) and it's recommended that personal ships are kept to to 100 meters are lower. If the Hapan ship is larger than that, you probably can't have it, but if it's lower, it might be OK, although i'd check with @Clayton, @Dmitri , @Arclight , or one of the other admins/mods since Hapans exist in the Legends continuity, while we use the Disney Canon (Nucanon).

I don't think the design of what ship you desire matters, as long as it's generic or approved by the administration.

Oh, and as long as it isn't this thing. pls no massive warships. freighters or starfighters will do.

That should be fine. You can either make a tech profile for it and submit it when the Tech board re-opens, make it generic tech with very baseline stats, or have it as a unique ship with the same stats as an existing ship, which you can just put in your profile.
