♣ THEME ♣
Burkhart had never been a particular fan of spice. He had purposefully cornered the market on trade and made an impact in the underground trade industry to stifle the influx of spice into the Mandalore system. Certain strains and hard core drugs could be detrimental to the community and the Morling honestly did not want that for his people. Mandalore and its people needed to be strong.

Cerea produced a unique type of spice called guilea which was far less harmful and still pleasurable for recreational use. Because of that he had no qualms in taking control of the influx of the stuff into the galactic populace and dipping his paws into the drug market.

The best place to control what comes into a planet's populace and what is circulated out is through the space port. For that reason Burkhart and other members of his clan had approached the space port without detection thanks to the numerous vessels at the Morling's disposal. In high orbit were a small wing of starfighters and dropships that held some men. They may not need to be used but just as a bargaining chip or last resort he had them there. He had approached in a simple light freighter and now they stood in the sparsely populated space port. He knew they would need to take over the control tower because from there they would be able to see and deny anyone access from the space port. From there he would be able to spread his control and influence.

"Arright lads. Let's geh thas show on tha road. Try ta not kill any civilians or shoot until we get outside tha control towa" As if to emphasize his point he placed a new power pack into his blaster pistol, earning himself a faint sound that came with the weapon being charged.

Shorwarr adjusted a bit his armor and the translator under his helmet as they approached the space station. To be honest, he was nervous. Maybe because it was the first time he went on one, or perhaps because things could have gone awry in a moment, who knew... As Burk spoke, he nodded, hoisting his Beviin light repeater over his shoulder, weapon loaded and ready to go if needed. "Yes Alor!" he said shortly, his translator currently tuned on Mando'a.

The wookiee was not exactly subtle. Then again he was a wookiee. Burkhart was not small either, but he did not carry around a weapon as long as he was, anymore. Back when he was still a Marauder he had carried a light repeater. "Ya might want ta try somethin a little more subtle, at least a deck sweeper maybe." He gestured to the extra weapons brought along. It was longer range than what most of his current weaponry and he had done plenty of damage on Sith with it, but had since acquired better weaponry. His deck sweeper still had the custom grip allowing for ease of use by his larger hands. It could suit the large furred Marauder just as well as it had served Burkhart.

Whether the wookiee took it or not did not matter. Burkhart had to admit, it was good to be on a mission with a decent member of his clan. Even before he had met Shorwarr, heck, even before he had been fully adopted into the Mandalorian culture he had found wookiees to be curious people and felt them to be kindred spirits.

Burkhart had his black bantha leather jacket over his armor for now. It had been expensive when he bought it and still was a quality work of clothing. However he had not purchased it recently when he had the money he does now from his exploits. No, it was a trusty old jacket that had stuck with him for years. The man's Beskar'gam was partially covered up and his abnormal looking attire did not usually mark him as a mandalorian. He exited the vessel and started heading towards the staff entrance into the main facility with his eyes continuing to scan for anyone that might be watching them while also trying to look like he was exactly where he belonged.

Shor was wearing his Bes'kar, but he pondered that at least the helmet could remain on the ship for the moment, letting him have a better look at his surroundings, his face partially covered by the translating device. He listened to Burl's advice and examined the repeater he suggested, and shrugged off the Beviin one, replacing it with that Deck Sweeper. He had practice with repeaters, but he hadn't found one that could fit well in his larger hands, while this one... This one was clearly customized to fit a larger being's hands, and that fact made him happy in fact! He hung the new weapon over his shoulder, and then followed Burk into the spaceport. As usual, the place was pretty much crowded, with people of all species coming and going, chatting, bargaining and such. His single eye scanned over the crowd, wary about any signs of alarm that could have appeared if someone caught their intentions...

The spaceport must have been running with low traffic at the moment. Nobody seemed to be out and about. There were figures in the distance but they were directing hover trucks further away, the humanoid bodies just like little toys at the moment and none of them seemed to notice the mandalorians going into the space port's control tower building.

The building itself was several stories tall. Burkhart took out one of the lightsabers he had taken off of the sith he had defeated and pressed the immiter flush against the area where the lock was. Activating it for a second the snap hiss of the blade coming to life and making a very faint glow for a split second as the metal around the locking mechanism was super heated. But just as quickly as it had come it was gone.

Reaching forward Burkhart and Shorwarr were then free to enter the building. The Alor of clan Kelborn kept an eye out for security cameras or alarms but there were none. The lock must have been enough and nobody had probably attempted what the two of them were doing. Such security would have probably been considered a waste of credits and been over protective.

Shorwarr followed Burk, looking around the place warily, holding a hand on the repeater just in case someone decided to attack. As Burk used the lightsaber to break the lock, he yelped just a bit in surprise, not expecting the sound of the weapon. As they walked inside, he muttered "Huh, that's interesting. Why there's no one in here?" while he looked around.

They moved inside and there was nobody there to meet me. Good, that was just what he wanted. He keyed his comlink to send a message to the dropship they had come in. "Dog-pound, this is Big Hound. Keep an eye on our exit in case anybody comes snooping." A quick "aye sir" came back confirming they understood. The dropship would be able to see the door from where they had landed. If anyone came to examine the door or inspect the damage they would be able to signal Burkhart or Shorwarr.

With that business out of the way the Kelborn Alor started up the stairs. They would make it all the way up several stories until they were at the top landing where the traffic control room was located. It took a minute since they were using the stairs and not the elevator but all the same it went smoothly. This was the part building up the loud point in this mission. There could be comotion with what came next.

Burkhart moved to the side of the door that would lead into the control room. Looking to the wookiee he pointed his helmet right at him and raised a hand to signal they would breach. Burkhart placed the emmiter against the locking mechanism, the same as he had the last time and raised his free hand before lowering them one after another. 5, 4, 3, 2, on one the lightsaber activated, cutting through the lock and allowing Shorwarr to move in by kicking down the door, or however he choose to breach the room.

Shor looked at Burk as they walked through the tower and climbed its stairs, now holding the repeater in his hands, ready to shoot if someone popped out, but as no one came, the Wookiee shrugged as he was probably overly worried. He switched the vocabulator of his translator to Basig and smirked softly as they got ready to break in. After Burk broke the lock with the lightsaber, he gave the door a powerful kick and got in, roaring "NO ONE MOVES NOW! COLLABORATE AN WE WON'T HURT YOU!"

Burkhart followed in after the Wookiee. The two of them were certainly a site to behold. Two large armored individuals carrying equally large weapons. "You heard tha wookiee! Step away from yer desks and put your hands in the air!" He barked and added an intimidating growl to the end of it.

The Morling did not stop there. He kept moving into the room and made sure the two mandalorians were covering everybody. Nobody tried anything and together they soon had the control room secure. Bringing them all together he had pulled out his port scanner and plugged it into the terminal. Most of the interfaces were still unlocked but to be sure that they were able to access everything he began the slice. There was still no word from outside.

As Burk worked on slicing the terminal, Shor kept an eye on the hostages, his repeater pointed at them. They couldn't see since he was wearing the helmet, but he was grinning widely because of the success they had and just how damn easy it was to accomplish their task. Once or twice an operator tried to rebel, but he knocked them out for good measure, showing that they weren't going to take it light. The Wookiee also kept an eye on the door in case someone would come in. But as the signals from the consoles told him that they had successfully taken control of the base, he looked over Burk and chuckled. "Well, that was easy. What now?" he asked

It was never easy. This was just the first step. But it was a good start. For now they would have control of the space port and all ships coming and going this way. With the control tower under their influence the rest of the space port would follow suit.

Burkhart finished his slicing and could see the previously restricted files and programs. Disconnecting the port scanner he pocketed the device and righted himself back to the posture that said he was ready to shoot any belated security response. But none would come and the Kel Cartel would have a solid foundation for what Burkhart had planned. "Now weh finish tha work day." He answered with a smile underneath his own helmet.
