Intent: My intent with these weapons is to provide new and existing people with a simple starting weapons system with a variety of options to suit their character. The profiles are generic and therefore any picture would fit with a similar style gun.​

Description:
Lightweight, compact and with a draw weight of 85 lbs powerful. The CCB-MS is the pinnacle of crossbow technology, operating with a advanced self drawing mechanism the weapon prepares itself for the most part. The sight can switch between three vison modes, night vision, infrared and standard. The weapon also has a comfortable ergonomic stock which reduces the recoil and improves accuracy.

The CCB-MS takes a wide range of ammunition, the first of which is a standard bolt, thin and armour piercing it can punch a hole through light durasteel/duranium armour plating, and is coated in a powerful neuro toxin that rapidly causes paralysis. Riskier than a blaster, however far more rewarding. Next is the explosive bolt, which detonates less than a second after contact. The explosive itself is four ounces of baradium, this gives it more than enough power to turn any humanoid into anooba food.

The last type of ammunition is that of thin transparisteel balls. these balls travel at speeds in excess of four hundred feet per second, enough to shatter the transparisteel on contact. Each round is filled with a potent, highly corrosive molecular acid. While inside the ball it is harmless once it mixes with the gasses in the air (namely oxygen) the acid activates. This acid is capable at melting through most man-made materials and contact with the skin is devastating, peeling flesh from bone. This is not an instantaneous process and is a slow process.

The Crossbow can be loaded with a maximum of four bolts or three transparisteel balls at any one time, however their is a slight delay between every shot (roughly three seconds) as the weapons redraw system does its job. The weapon also automatic opens and folds itself, with the press of a button by the trigger.
