She was glad. Alana had mentioned a local cave the night before and the two had agreed to explore it together. It was an exciting prospect, to see Dantooine in depth, something which Ines hadn't really been able to do during her time there. At least not from a non-cultural perspective. Not that she had that deep of an understanding for some of the most central aspects of the culture either. After all, the noble's ideas of how farming worked were few and vague.
For the occasion, Ines had packed food and water, enough for the both of them, not knowing if Alana would bring it herself. She had also bought a piece of rope and a hook from a local farmer. Aside from that, she had her usual gear and two torches, one electric and one far more primitive. Cheerfully, the Alderaanian stepped out of her sky blue speeder, just having arrived at the address given to her by the local. For this day, her apparel was quite different than the previous night. Above the white tank-top, she wore a thick grey wool shirt and above that, a beige west - all in preparation for the possibility of a rather cold experience. With good shoes for the occasion and and a warm beanie, all seemed to be in order.
With a few light steps, the girl soon stood at what she assumed was the door to the home of Alana and Astra. Raising her hand, Ines pressed the doorbell and knocked three times. Excitement was clearly visible on her face as she waited for the door to open. In the background, the speeder puffed as it stood in standby. Hopefully, her new friend wouldn't mind her being a minute early.
