She had not forgotten the peace of this place.

Miya had not lived the life that she had imagined when she was taken by the Order. From a child she was told grand things about the Galaxy and the Force that bound it all together. With pride she had risen amongst her peers, and with curiosity she had delved into the knowledge of what was and what could be. Wonder was with her, and in all things that she had done. To be a Jedi was her honor, and to be the product of that wondrous people was, at the time, her only want.

Things had changed, since then.

Before her eyes the Galaxy had fallen from grace. In its place had come chaos and unmoving. Stagnation had strangled the Jedi Order, and in its place came the unspoken evils of that once-great people. She had seen it. Nobody had listened to her, at the time, and it seemed that the Light she had once known was doomed to be consumed by Darkness. Things happened. She fell from grace. In her urge to save herself, she had become something different. Something that she wasn't always sure if she liked. It was chaos, in her mind, and she often thought harshly of herself.

It was still peaceful here.

Tython had been a serene place far before her, and she presumed it would stay that way long after she had passed unto the Cosmic Force. Any true Sith would have despised this place; cursed its wretched name, but it was here that Mi found a long-forgotten solace in the ruins of those ancient temples constructed by the great elder Jedi she learned about as a Padawan. She had lost her touch with the Light so long ago, but her connection with the Force had not wavered, and it was here that she felt its presence more than ever.

But she played a dangerous game.

There was Darkness around her. It was seething, as the Bogan often was, and it took root around her, like a beacon that would surely send a chill down the spine of any Jedi wise enough to sense her presence. It was rare that anyone came to this particular site, but rare did not mean impossible.

Where in the blasts were they now? Ninma walked along the planes of this world, eyes studying the strange patterns in the sky, the ground, even in the air. The...Force was odd here. It felt all tingly, squiggly lines flowed like a breeze, and yet, they couldn't feel the flow. Was this a vacuum in the Force? Were their eyes playing tricks on them?

They couldn't be sure.

Ninma pulled out their datapad, trying to studying the holographic display that was supposed to tell them where they were. Alas, they couldn't read the damn thing yet again. Sighing, they stowed it, and continued their walk, hands reaching out, trying to feel what was not to be felt, staring at waves above their head, beneath their feet, wondering of the mystery of it all. Ninma wondered if perhaps, they were the only one who was capable of seeing these things. If their vision of the galaxy were the only one. If..they were doomed to see the unseen things, both within and around the people of the galaxy.

They supposed they would never know. Their family refused to accept that this sight was more than merely sight, but to Ninma, that wasn't good enough. It just...couldn't be.

They looked up to the sky, closed their eyes, and just...let the sound of the breeze take them.

It was far easier to think here, than it had ever been at home.

The planet was a vast scape of rolling hills of rock and soil. There were many temples, or sites of meditation here. None could say for certain where the source of any one particular tremor in the Force would be found ... but a darkness was particularly close, if one could reach out to follow the ireful feeling. The Jedi taught often a great caution when approaching things attuned to the dark side of the Force, but this was a place of light, and perhaps the most strengthened a wielder of that ancient power could be in approaching what could so very easily be a threat.

In particular, the source had come from an old site surrounded by pointed stones that had been hewn from some great rock a long age ago. In a long valley, near by a flowing stream of cool water, Miya sat in meditation. A small freighter lay off in the distance; dormant and waiting, and far enough away that no machine would impede the darksider's peaceful communion with the Force.

Ninma had never allowed themselves to delve deep into the Force, at least, not in the pools of Light nor Dark, simply because Lok had nothing to offer in those terms. To standing here now, among this world...they felt something pulling upon them. Almost as if an unseen hand had taken them, and now guided them along the path. Ninma allowed themselves to breath, to focus, studying the patterns and ripples, trying to find the pattern within. One soon emerged, the ripples forming into a guide, the unknown currents to them, now seemed to have a degree of sense to them. So, Ninma followed as they had in months, and indeed years past.

There was a beauty to this place that they had not known. Had not seen, not felt, nor even heard. A part of themselves felt content, a strange passiveness crept into their mind, slowly worked into their muscles. The journey now seemed meaningless, as did the destination. Rather, Ninma felt that the unseen hand that seemed to guide them, perhaps had another intention.

The walk provided refreshing, the prospective, and indeed experience of feeling...whatever this was, gave Ninma a comfort that they hadn't felt since leaving home. They felt as if part of their soul was being...rekindled in a sense, a missing piece found, and another soon to be added to the whole. Perhaps this small stream hid the secrets to this disturbance they now chased. Time seemed to bled away into nothingness, as Ninma listened to the...song, they decided, that this world sung to them.

Just as the warmth of the sun seemed to be bleeding into their very body, a sudden, chill swept down their spine; as if a drop of ice water had been dripped upon them. It brought their walk to a stop, the force that seemed to compel them on dissipated, as Ninma merely surveyed the stranger before them.

It wasn't so much that stranger herself that puzzled Ninma, their eyeless gaze wandered to stones that were raised to the sky, then to the ship in the distance. Being no master of stealth, their presence would more than likely be revealed rather swiftly. But their strength in the Force, sadly, had largely remained untrained.

Ninma felt...out of sortas, as their gaze finally looked to the figure meditating on the rock, trying to get a read on this person before them.

A very small part of them pondered if they could steal the ship before this person awoke from their nap. But, it felt unlikely.
