Well she has no real relationship to Bucky in this continuity. As per Clint it depends on how Civil War paints the sides since it isn't straight up about secret identities in this one as it was in the comics. I imagine to may revolve more around accountability and as long as it isn't about government oversight I can see Widow being for it since I can't see anyone who was involved in Winter Soldier being for Tony's side. Hell, maybe she is only even part of Tony's side as a spy? Again, I just kinda hate how each side seems to be protrayed with just one female. Does something happen to Scarlet Witch? That seems like a bit of a write-off. Ant-Man introduced Wasp. What is she up to? I always thought Civil War would have been cool way to introduce She-Hulk or Red She-Hulk since the Hulk is MIA. Hell, maybe introduce a pre-powers Captain Marvel which, as I've been saying, they had ample opportunity to tease her for like three fucking movies now. Get on it, Marvel.

The only ones who stand out to me that I'd like to see are Mockingbird and Coulson. That show is pretty forgettable everywhere else. Especially since they sort of ruined Quake's involvement anywhere else by restriction of the show.

Remember, it's concept art, not the official posters we'll see in theaters(I think?). Maybe Witch isn't on either side? Or maybe they don't want to reveal who will be on all sides. Spider-Man is also not in it, nor is his side chosen.

Even as concept art it is meant to show off the major players. Witch not being included could very well mean she doesn't have a side, but that pretty much equals her having little to not involvement in this film as a result which is still the problem.

The whole point of Spider-Man's story in this will most likely mirror his story in the comic as someone who is undecided at first but initially chooses Tony, which matches up with the popular rumor/idea of him having a more street assembled costume to begin with, but then later Tony fashions him his more iconic suit. Since Spidey rights were acquired fairly late I'd hope that he is honestly more of a subplot so his involvement won't be a big deal. Plus not including him in this concept art means they can continue to hype up what he looks like.

I think that statement is a bit disingenuous considering the plot about a "big green dick" was only in one movie and was honestly a super equal love plot compared to a lot of other romantic subplots. The romance was about both Romanov and Banner salvaging and retaining what humanity they could. Unfortunate line about Widow comparing being sterile to being a "monster" when taken out of context it's probably the best romantic plot we've gotten in all of the MCU.

Aside from that it sort of undercuts her involvement in Winter Soldier (where she was fairly crucial) and even Iron Man 2 where she drove the plot fairly nicely. So saying "Oh man she had this one romantic plot in one movie" kind of grates on me when her inclusion to this point has been fairly solid, and that's coming from someone who really thinks her character should have been left out from a comics/meta standpoint.

Just saw that, and it does look great. I hope they don't cliff-hanger it with ill-will - the next movie this would be "fixed" would be the infinite war movies, which are a ways off.

Yes

Trailer sold me on the movie. I was apprehensive at first given my dislike for the comic storyline and I am glad to see it is mostly just Civil War in name.

Iron man getting his ass kicked!!

I love Iron Man, and I'm on his side. That trailer was intense, emotional and very moving. It made me want to see this movie so badly.

Who agrees with me when I say, Robert Downey Jr. was the best casting for a super hero, ever.

Regardless, this film will be better then Batman vs Superman, even though Batman is my favorite super hero.
