Stepping through the main doors of the Jedi Temple, The ashen haired Jedi drew a deep breath of the early morning air, as her gaze looked over the courtyard that surrounded the entrance to the temple. Dawn was starting to creep through the early morning fog, the sight seemed to carry such a striking resemblance to a long distant milestone in the Jedi's own past. Sighing slightly the Jedi continued to step down the large flag stone steps, making her way towards the small pocket of secluded gardens that wrapped around the outer walls of the temple, separating it from the city of Jedha.

Reaching down to her side, the figure brushed her fingers along the silken bag that contained countless components of varying shapes and sizes. Cupping the bag slightly to lift it into view, a light smile crossed Eisa's features as her emerald hued eyes looked upon the bag. It seemed that things were starting to go full circle now, and she was fulfilling the roll of her former mentor Leah Reach, taking on the role of guiding a young adolescent in the ways of the Force and the Jedi. Her Padawan, a young girl she had met on Hemeldur Aurek, who was somewhat nervous and reluctant to accept that she had such a gift, seeing through her own parent's bias that Force Users where the root cause for the galaxies woes.

Whilst it had taken a while to try and convince the young teen to accept the offered guidance, it had taken longer to get the reluctant student to further develop her abilities and connection to the Force, even if it was just to control her gifts better. A light smirk crossed the woman's features as she arrived at the small garden area, the thought of the hours of debating, bargaining and the attempts to convince her to try and listen to the Jedi's own guidance. Her student Mavise, was a capable but somewhat snippy learner, a lot of the times Eisa could of sworn she had been looking through a mirror into her past.

At times she had to wonder, how Leah had managed to put up with her earlier teenage self during her own training as a Jedi Initiate. But despite all that, the young teen had reached that point in her training. The previous day they had set off into the caves deep below the Jedi Temple, to acquire the girl's Kyber Crystal. Though the reasoning had been down played, Eisa only letting on as much as what was necessary to coax the hesitant learner to undertake that step in her training, the next step however, would be point that her Padawan constructs her own lightsaber.

Deep down Eisa hoped that after the string of early morning rises and departures from the Temple, the teen wouldn't be too resistant to take this step. Or worse too excitable, Eisa was pretty sure that the Temple didn't need any of its tree's felling by an over enthusiastic padawan wielding their lightsaber for the first time!

Mavise was waiting in the garden, and wasn't exactly as ecstatic as many of her fellow learners. She woke up early yesterday, had to go into some caves to retrieve some glowing crystals, and now had to wake up dark and early ONCE AGAIN for...what? Another lesson? She could never do half the things Eisa (Master Swan) asked of her, anyways. She couldn't push herself to feel the Force, manipulate it like she was supposed to. It was infuriating, but despite it all she was 'ready'. Whatever you say, Eisa...I hope it's not just because I'm a head and neck taller than you are.

The learner looked around and tapped her foot anxiously. Her eyes wandered to a random plant and she looked over it, sighing impatiently. Am I going to have to wait here all day or is she actually coming on time? The moment she thought this, the familiar presence of Eisa caused her to turn in the direction the woman would be coming, a blankly irritated expression on her face despite herself.

"You know, sleep is pretty nice sometimes." Grinning wide.

A light grin crossed theolder female's features, as she stepped towards the garden, only to see her student turn and face her exact direction. It was good to see that despite all the past protests, the young teen had started to become passively aware of the Force presences around her. The small moment to pride in her student, was cut short as Eisa was greeted by her student Mavise, in her usual early morning charm. "You did have the evening off yesterday" Eisa retorted with a light chuckle, as she walked past her student, her head turning to look at Mavise. " ya, coulda had an early night" she added as her emerald hued eyes flashed with a playful expression, before turning to face her Student. Gesturing like she had done so on so many past occasions, the ashen haired Jedi offered for Mavise to take a seat on of the small meditation plinths.

Carefully kicking off her sandals, before Stepping onto her own plinth, the Jedi sat herself down and reached into a pocket to retrieve a hair band. "i take it you did remember to bring your Kyber, Mavise" Eisa softly inquired whist she started to gather up and bunch the ashen grey and white locks of hair, before wrapping the hair tie in place to form a ponytail. "What have you learned about your crystal, since it started to resonate in your presence yesterday" she added as she leaned forwards a little, curious to see if the young girl had bonded further with the small glowing crystal. "Has it taken on a colour yet?"

Pursing her lips in thought Eisa, kept an atentive ear out for her padawans response. Whilst genuinely wondering if the young girl had opened up to the Kyber through the Force more than she had done with the other students. Not that it was much of a concern, the hesitation to learn about the Force displayed by the girl was understandable giving her parental influence. But whether she had realised it for herself or not, the connection had been growing, as had the teens control over her abilities.

Setting the cloth bag down to the side of the plinth, the Jedi kept her emerald green eyes fixed on her ward, looking to gauge the teens reaction, and whether she had started to realise just what step she was about to take. Given that the nature most of the lessons and ventures between the mentor and student had been purposely kept quiet, not to overwhelm the teen. Or worse spook her out in advance of taking part in the planned lesson, keeping the lessons vague and mixed up seemed to have worked, enough to get the teen to where she was now.

An early night? What did Eisa take her for, someone who slept with the sun still up? Probably. It wasn't like she could sleep much, anyways. Those caves were something out of a nightmare in her young brain, and she wasn't exactly one to fall asleep quickly as it was. Insomnia, nightmares, and a bit too much tea. Always bright for someone like me. She merely responded to this first bit with an eye roll. On top of that, of course she brought the crystal. It wasn't like she was just going to...forget it or something. After rummaging in a pocket, and then checking the other with an expression of relief, Msvie held them up in her palm.

"Well, i didn't really check until...uh, now. So, yeah."

She opened her palm, and the crystal glowed a very faint yellow-green. It did take a color. I just stuffed it in my pocket for too long and didn't bother taking them out. Ah, well. The heavy clatter of the pack had her thinking for a moment. Mavie looked back to the crystal, and then to the pack, then to Eisa.

"Is...today that day?"

Maybe more sleep would have been a good idea. She'd have known better if she had, like, a lesson plan.

A soft smile crossed the ashen haired woman's features, as Mavise opened her out stretched palm to reveal her kybers, the glowing hue did however cause Eisa to raise a curious eyebrow, the yellow green tint of the crystal didn't seem too far off from her own Peridot hued kyber. "its taken an interesting hue" Eisa commented as her gaze moved to meet her student's. "Green is traditionally the colour of a consular, shows an intent to be better your understanding of the Force, but the yellow tint, means you have a desire to bring and protect peace" Eisa explained softly as she looked down to the crystals slightly. It was a bit of a surprise to have heard herself even say those words m, from the day they first met, Mavise had been one of the most apprehensive students she had encountered, but perhaps the kyber reflected what she would be rather than what she was.

As the teenager asked whether it was that day, a warm smile crossed the woman's features, before nodding in confirmation. "Yes Mavise, today is that day" Eisa advised as she opened up the bag to reveal the contained components. "This is the end of your journey as an initiate" she continued, her voice carrying over the pride she had for the teen. "But it will be the beginning of your path as a Jedi Padawan" she added as she manipulated the Force to empty out the contents of the bag and allowing them to hover mid air between them. "Your final step, will be to create your very own lightsaber."

Summoning her own lightsaber away from the bindings from her belt, the ashen haired Jedi levitated her weapon out infront of her. Her fingers started to subtly move, each and every twitch of her fingers dissected the blade, splitting it into a floating jumble of parts with her own similar hued kyber crystal sitting at the core. “Just close your eyes. Quiet your mind. Reach out as we have practiced together. Trust in yourself and the Force.” Eisa advised before she closed her eyes. Suddenly, the pieces came together again, her lightsaber remade and whole once again, before the hilt shot into her grip.

Opening her eyes, Eisa looked over her soon to be padawan, as her hand moved to the side to set her reconstructed lightsaber down. "There are pretty much parts for all sorts of lightsaber styles and forms. There is no wrong or right way to build a lightsaber as each one is unique to its wielder" Eisa explained as she started to move the various components about between them. "Remember don't think, just feel, and your lightsaber will take shape based on what feels natural to you" she added, before casting the teen a reasurring smile. "But most of all, enjoy yourself, this is a moment that you would look back on in many years to come with fondness, trust me!" she concluded with a light chuckle, recalling the day she and the others that made up the first five padawans of the newly restored Jedi order had constructed their lightsabers.

Mavie looked at the crystals in her hand and then at her master. Almost like...it's having trouble deciding or something. Funny. She almost physically chuckled. Then again...her master was almost surprised by that. Which was worrying for her. Force and surprises didn't go well together at all. Her mind dismissed that thought, replaced by excitement and nervousness about the upcoming task. Just...building a saber. With telekinesis. No big deal.

She knelt down and held the crystals in her hands, sitting on her bum in front of the vast assortment of junk, her mind half-observing the saber construction Eisa was doing. No sense getting someone else's design into her brain, anyways. Her eyes shut and she very slowly reached out to the Force. Always a tender connection between her and it. Made things rather...rocky at times. But...something seemed right. It nudged her toward something. Half of an answer.

Some parts began to assemble themselves and come from the bag o' junk. Her voice, focused, responded.

"Right...no pressure."

A warm smile crossed Eisas features as she watched her student channel the Force around her, focusing it in on the assortment of components that would make up her lightsaber, the tool of a Jedi, used for the defence of those that Mavie would seek to protect, a conduit in which she could channel and focus on the Force through. And, more unconventionally a handy cutting tool when doing some modification works to a ship, or perhaps worse yet a means to simultaneously cut and toast bread! Something that Eisa wouldn't openly admit to doing herself during her first few weeks after constructing her own lightsaber.

Watching as her student manipulated the inner framework and components, with the Force the ashen haired Jedi quietly observed, watching and waiting for mavie to ask for any assistance, but it was unlikely that her student would need it, so far everything came together naturally. The movements were clean and fluid, it made the Jedi smile at the thought that after all the time she had guided the teenager, she had gradually grown to accept the Force a little more into her life.

Raising her gaze up towards Mavie as she spoke out, Eisa simply nodded in response as she internally chuckled. "No pressure at all, you're doing well Mavie, just take as long as you need" Eisa spoke out softly so not to distract the teenager away from her efforts. For now, all she would do is sit and wait, she trusted that the Force would guide mavie to the saber configuration that would be right for her.

Well, Eisa was right in the sense that everything came together according to her mind's eye. She could feel parts connecting, interlinking, the saber growing more complete as she furrowed her brow and fought to stay focused. It was...more difficult than a lot of the things she had done before. Her mind kept wanting to double, triple check her work, change something she like then but hated now. But that couldn't happen. Not initially. Her crystals hadn't even formed a color yet. That is, not one that was overly obvious. That infuriated her. Made her feel as though everything INCLUDING the Force was waiting for her to fail. She took a deep breath and forced herself to focus.

Eisa's voice was little less than a haze t this point, Mavie was so engrossed in completing her work. The design was simple, with a flashy air about it--reflective of the way she dressed when she was allowed to 'blend in'--whoever made such a silly word for disguising oneself had never met Mavie. The saber continued to click together.

"How will I know when it's right?"

Slowly but surely the young teens lightsaber continued to take form, the various internal components where now being hidden away by portions of the hilts outer shell, an amused grin crossed the Jedis features as she watched Mavie, attach a part of the lightsaber, before a few moments later, the part gets removed and replaced by another part. Clearly Mavie was either something of a perfectionist, or didn't deem that whatever the discarded parts were, they didn't seem to keep with the intended design that resided within the teens mind.
Eisas attention moved away from the formation of the lightsaber, and towards the teen, as she questioned how would she know when it would be done. It Was quite a perceptice question, how could you teak that a lightsaber was ready? Especially when the very heart of thr lightsaber was concerned. If the kyber was not properly installed and its wielder looks to use the lightsaber, there is the risk that the kyber could become destabilised.

'You'll, know that Is right, when your Kyber is at the heart of it, you should be able to feel the Force flow cleanly between you and your crystal, is if it were rested against your skin." Eisa explained to the padawan, though she was sure that the meticulous detail that the young teen was displaying ing as she constructed her lightsaber, the conne tions would be clean and the Force would flow freely between the Teen and her Kyber.

Mavise started to zone out as Eisa explained what would feel 'right'. It was vague, sure, and she certainly wasn't renowned for her ability to see the deeper meaning of things. Especially with the Force as a whole. But...even as her mind wandered, the saber continued to piece itself together. A longer hilt than normal. Two projectors. The saber began to click and screw itself together, and her eyes wavered behind their lids as she shifted and the hilt very slowly began to fall into her lap. She opened her eyes and looked at the object before her, then up to her Master.

"That's...that's it?"

Grinning slightly as she lifted up the hilt and shakily brought herself to her feet.

A warm smile crossed the Jedis features as her student tentatively questioned whether that was her saber complete, nodding in response to Mavie's question before easing herself back onto her own feet. Her gaze looking towards the completed lightsaber, her hand gesturing out towards the hilt. "I'll just take a quick look" Eisa spoke out as she manipulated the Force so that the newly constructed lightsaber would levitate into her hand. As soon as the hilt touched her fingers, the Jedi visually examined the hilt, regarding the configuration, a saber staff. Seemed ideal for Mavie, with a confident hand she would be able to hold a firm defence. Not only that but she was also tall enough to pull it off!

Closing her eyes, the Ashen haired Jedi probed the internals of the hilt, checking that everything was aligned. Opening her eyes, Eisa now beaming with a sense of pride for her ward as she handed the saberstaff back to Mavie with a respectful bow. "You have crafted an impressive lightsaber, you should be proud of what you have achieved" Eisa spoke out warmly as she stepped back a few steps, before folding her arms into her robes. "I Jedi Master Eisa Swan acknowledge that your training as an initiate is complete. Congratulations Mavie Arkantra, Jedi Padawan" she added with a wide beaming smile as she bowed to her student.

Taking another few steps back, to allow the padawan a bit more space, summoning the left over parts and stowing them into the earlier discarded bag, before summoning her own lightsaber back to her hand, making sure the area was clear of any potential slipping hazards. "Now, when ever you are ready, feel free to ignite your lightsaber" Eisa spoke out, inviting the teen to get a feel for her weapon.

Mavie almost protested as the saber flew out of her lap, standing up quickly and shutting her mouth. She reached her full height and looked down at Eisa, a difficult thing to deal with when she was supposed to listen to this person. She returned the bow and took her saber in her hands as her Master acknowledged her achievement. Mavie couldn't do much but smile, turning the saber hilt around in her hands as she took a couple steps back. It felt good. She had something in common with the saber. It rang with her in a way that few other things really ever had. A good feeling.

Mavie took a couple steps back, looking at her master uneasily. "You...you sure about that?" Then her hands found the ignition switches and she held the saber out in front if her.

Her eyes faltered to Eisa and then to the hilt, fingers clicking the buttons down as the device whooshed and spit out two brilliant yellow blades. Mavise turned it around slowly and exhaled in awe at the bright beams, looking back to Eisa with a slight smile. Easy, Mav. Just don't cut off your hands. Or hers.

A light chuckle escaped the Jedi Master's lips, as Mavie questioned whether she was sure about letting her Padawan ignite her lightsaber, a teasing smile crossing her features. "Well its not much use to you if its always off" Eisa playfully remarked, her emerald hued eyes watching as the teen positioned her grasp on the hilt so that it was held out flat in front of her, nodding in encouragement as the teen's gaze flickered between Eisa and the activation studs of her saber staff. Before the twin yellow blades erupted from the emitters of the newly fashioned lightsaber. Eisa's gaze narrowed as she regarded the projected hue of the blades of light. Curious, the Jedi Master thought to herself, the kyber sitting at the heart of the teen's lightsaber bore a mixture of green and yellow hues, yet when it was housed within a the weapon, Mavie's desire to bring and preserve peace to the Galaxy was the stronger of the two aspects.

Dismissing the thought for the moment, Eisa returned her full attention towards her student, watching as she tentatively maneuvered the blades of light around her, smiling back in response to Mavie's own slight smile. Despite there being an air of caution around the teen as she got a feel for her weapon, Mavie did seem to find wielding a saberstaff a natural fit. Taking a few steps out to the side, the ashen haired Jedi Master slowly circled around her ward, observing her stance and form. A hand occasionally raising up to her chin in thought, almost as if she was a tailor inspecting the fit of a bespoke piece of clothing.

Approaching in from behind Mavie, and placing her unladen hand upon the teen's shoulder, more to get her attention and make the Padawan aware that Eisa was behind her. "Relax your grip a little, makes it easier to hold and gives you a bit more flexibility to maneuver the hilt" The Jedi spoke out, before her free hand moved down and along the underside of the teen's arm, reaching out a finger to indicate a few dials. "These adjust the containment field on the blades, making them longer or shorter" she continued before moving her finger to point towards another knurled thumb screw. "This adjusts the power that is focused through your Kyber, You can turn it down for when you wish to spar, or simply stun your opponent" Eisa added before retrieving her hand back and taking a couple of steps backwards.

Circling her way back round so that she was once again standing in front of her Padawan, Eisa pursed her lips in thought as she scanned her gaze over the teenager, before stretching out her saber wielding hand out to the side. With what looked like a subtle twist of her wrist, the Jedi' Master's Lightsaber sprang to life, a bright cyan hued beam of light extending out from the hilt of her own weapon. Always one for the unconventional teaching methods, Eisa poised her lightsaber out so its blade was prone, and ready to strike. But she wasn't going to lash out in a flurry of well practiced strikes at her Padawan, No, Eisa was going to simply move her blade out in a slow sweeping arc, that would be easy for Mavie to position her blades and intercept the Master's blade. Eisa would maneuver her own blade to various points to create targets that would help build her student's confidence with her newly crafted Lightsaber,

Mavise would do as told, fixing her stance while the elder (yet shorter) Jedi pointed out the knobs and buttons on the hilt. She had a hunch that was what they were. After all, she had put the hilt together in the first place. She took a couple steps back as her master toggled on her own saber, the blade springing to life while Mavie nodded and smiled. She'd seen it a few times, but there was some special charm to having her own next to Eisa. But she didn't expect the next stage of this, the thumb screw on her saber turning down with a couple flicks of her own wrist to something more..safe.

She brought the staff up to deflect each of the strikes. It wasn't difficult; and she had plenty of experience with fighting with sticks from her childhood.

"Is this all, shorty?" She laughed slightly as she deflected each of the arcs her way, trying to keep in mind the two blades.

Arching one of her eyebrows upwards in response to her Padawan's... Sassy dig at her height, the ashen haired Jedi master chortled a little as she shook her head partly in disbelief that Mavie would still play the height card after all the time they had spent together. Retreating her free hand behind her back, the Jedi master continued to press with the intensity of her training strikes for the Padawan to intercept. "I see you're quick to build up your confidence with your new lightsaber, Mavie" Eisa spoke out as her concealed fingers wrapped around the grip of her hybrid lightsaber pistol, subtly removing the second weapon from it's holster and keeping it held behind her back, as the Jedi master continued to press on with testing her Padawan's defensive abilities.

Perhaps there was truth to her words, after all even though Mavie had been a reluctant student, she was quick to learn and had a latent natural ability. It was of course just the matter of getting the teen to draw on that untapped potential that lay within her very core. Silently The Jedi master continued to observe her student as she continued to teams Mavie's defences, identifying a few weeknesses in her stance and Form. Though if it hadn't been displayed enough, the Jedi master had the tendency to favour the less than traditional means of training. Stopping to discuss and give pointers, then resuming, she knew from her own experience was boring and quickly killed the mood, the best way to learn was of course by doing.

Taking a deep breath as she tightened her grasp of her fingers wrapped around the hilts of her lightsabers, Eisa allowed the force to fully flow through her, as she dug the sole of her feet into the ground below to get better traction. .Her eyes now narrowed and focused on her student. With a light cracking sound the ashen haired master burst forwards moving towards Mavie's right flank, the ignited cyan hued blade swinging out towards her ward's midriff, before suddenly jolting back as Eisa changed her approach at the last moment, using the built up speed to strafe to Mavie's left, as she revealed her previously concealed lightsaber and ignited the bright green blade and directing it towards the Padawan's shoulder. She wasn't by any chance considering going all out, nor would she land a blow upon her student, but she was going to heat things up a little and give the sassy teen a challenge.

Mavise knew that giving her master snark about her height, especially while training with weapons, was ill-advised. Oh well, it was too late anyways. She felt that Eisa was building up something, but by the time she could have even begun to find out what it was, the more experienced Jedi had already swung into action wiith what appeared to be a blindingly fast strike to the midriff. She angled the right blade of the staff toward that strike in an attempt to block it, only to find that the elder Jedi had brought another blade of her own into the mix.

Mavie looked up and dropped to a knee, quickly angling the other blade of hers to counter that strike flying toward her shoulder. Once this was deflected, she stood up and pushed out the blade facing the ground, intending to send that blade toward her Master's hip, leg, or, due to her verticality, her torso. The latter would only be possible if Mavie had enough space to stand up fully before the strike was complete. Well, at least I know I struck a nerve.

A wry smile crossed the ashen haired Jedi master's features as the young teen was able to react to the feint in her attack, the sassy young Padawan dropping down onto her knee, ducking down as she swung the blade of her saber staff out to intercept the blade that was moving towards Mavie's shoulder. Before following up the blocking manoeuvre, by driving back up to her full height and driving her trailing blade up towards the Jedi master's lower body.

Spinning the hilt of her traditional formed lightsaber within the palm of her hand, Eisa drove her now backwards blade downwards, before a sudden crack emanated from the Jedi master's feet, as she used the force to spring herself clear out of the strike zone. Her slight frame twisting round, as she brought her second blade round from above to connect with Mavie's second blade, using her strength and momentum to not only drive the lower blade back down, but the upper blade forwards. Looking to wrench the sabre staff out of her Padawan's grasp, or send her student corkscrewing along with her weapon.

Eisa was curious to see how Mavie would react, would she allow her blade to fall out of her hands or use the Force to manipulate her body to round along with her weapon? There was one thing that she had learnt over the time spent with the young girl, despite her at times being a snippy little madam, she was often full of surprises. Something that the Ashen haired Master sought to encourage, having learnt, often the hard way, that being predicable was dangerous. Those who were able to maintain themselves, whilst carrying a spontaneous air would have a better chance of survival.

Mavise knew she was significantly out of her league with the far-superior Jedi Knight/her master, and thus knew she was in some deep trouble when her blade got locked up. She bent her knees slightly and countered the spin as best as she could, though momentum was bound to win. She released the saber, letting it fly free while she sent a kick toward the smaller woman to put her off balance, her now free hands reaching out with the Force to grasp the hilt flying in midair even as the blade dissipated due to its fail safe.

Ideally the kick would connect due to Eisa's blades being free (and/or her unwillingness to dismember her Padawan) and Mavie had it in her to call the hilt back to herself. If not, this was about to get very embarrassing. Though, it appeared the hilt was altering its course, if only a little...

A light chortle escaped the ashen haired Jedi's lips, as she could feel the young teen's kick impact against the side of her shin moments after she had set her feet down onto the floor. With a light whining sound the two blades of her lightsaber's disengaged, the arcs of cyan and peridot hued light dissipated into nothingness, there was little point in risking potentially dismembering her student on the first occasion that she ignited her saberstaff. Allowing Mavie to retrieve her hilt, the Jedi Master holstered her secondary lightsaber, as she approached.

"So Mavie" Eisa spoke out whilst she approached her student, a light smile crossing her features. "How did it feel to wield your lightsaber for the first time?" she continued, inquiring as to what her student would have sensed or felt flow through her, either through the Force or whatever had ran through her mind during their sparing session. Her attention got pulled away briefly as she reached into a pocket and retired a small signalling device, pressing down on the button to activate its function before pocketing the device.

Inviting the teen back to where they had began for the morning, the Ashen haired Jedi perched herself against the edge of the meditation plinth, before rolling up the hem of her trousers to reveal a freshly formed bruise, a light chuckle escaping her lips as she rubbed it for a moment before turning her attention back towards her student. "Give you credit though, that was a well placed kick" She spoke out, casting the teen a quick wink. "Bit of a risky move to try in open combat, unless you are sure you will get a clean blow" Eisa advised, as she eased the hem of back down to her ankle. "A Force Push would also work to help drive an opponent back if they have disarmed you" the Master continued, her bright emerald eyes remaining on her student, whilst she kept a keen ear out for the distinctive sound of her summoned droid.

Mavie caught her hilt in her hand and was about to get ready to continue, but it seemed her master was about done with the impromptu sparring session. She thought for a couple seconds, a small smile on her face while she clutched her hilt in front of her legs. She shrugged, shyly looking toward the ground.

"It felt..right. I guess you could say we do, uh, get along."

Her expression changed to concern at the bruise on Eisa's person. She certainly hadn't meant to kick that hard, but evidently had a bit more strength over the shorter woman than she used to. She nodded as the woman gave her advice on the whole fighting thing, and, of course, recommended the Force. Mavie knew she had her reservations. She was just...scared. Given, the move was quite a stretch. But she knew that her master wasn't going to free her of a leg on purpose. If it was a Sith, she wasn't going to do that. Not if she still valued her life.

"Yes, master. Thank you, master."

She smiled again and turned her hilt in her hands.
